Ghair-Muqallideen (Naam Nihaad Ahle Hadees) Ke 3 Usool

1. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK SHARA’I DALEELEIN SIRF 2 HAIN

(i) Qur’an

(ii) (Sahih) Hadees

Inka da’wa aur Na’rah hai Ahl-e-Hadees ke 2 Usool Farmaan-e-Khuda wa Farmaan-e-Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).

Chunacha Mash’hoor Fitnah parwar Aalim, Jiska Tarjuma’h Kiya hua Qur’an har Ghair-Muqallid Masjid ki Shaan hai, Muhammad Joonagarhi likhta hai:

“Biraadraan! Aap ke 2 hath hain aur In dono me 2 Cheezein Shari’at ne di hain. Ek me Kalaamullah aur doosre me Kalaam Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)………. Ab na Teesra hath hai Na Teesri Cheez.” [Tareeq Muhammadi pg 19, Tiba’ Lahore]

2. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK NABI (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) HO YA UMMATI, KISI KI RAA’I WA QIYAAS HUJJAT WA MU’TABAR NAHI

Chunacha Muhammad Joonagarhi likhta hai: “Suniye Janab! Buzrugon ki, Mujtahidon ki aur Imamo ki Raa’i, Qiyaas, Ijtihad wa Istinbaat aur Unke Aqwaal to Kahan.? Shari’at-e-Islam me to Khud Paighambar (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) bhi Apni taraf se baghair Wahi Ke Kuch farmayein to Wo HUJJAT Nahi.” [Tareeq Muhammadi pg 57, Tiba’ Lahore]

Neiz likhta hai: “Ta’jub hai ke Jis Deen me Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa’i Hujjat Na ho Is Deen waale Aaj Ek Ummati ki Raa’i ko Daleel samajhne lage.” [Tareeq Muhammadi pg 59]

Ghair-Muqallid Abu Jabir Abdullah Daamanvi likhta hai: “Maqaam-e-Ghour hai ke Jab Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Khwaahishaat aur Raa’i ki Pairvi bhi Laazim qaraar Na Paaye to Phir Kisi aur Shaqs Ya Imam ki Zaati Aaraa’ Kis tarah Deen ban sakti hain.? [Muqaddamah Noorul Ainain pg 19]

Ghair-Muqallid, Muhammad Abul Hasan likhta hai: “Qiyaas Na Kiya Karo kyonke Sab se Pehle Shaitan ne Qiyas kiya.” [Al Zafarul Mubeen pg 14]

3. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK UMMATIYON KI TAQLEED SHIRK HAI

Ghair-Muqallideen ke Azeem Muhaqqiq Maulana Muhammad Abul Hasan likhta hai: “Aur Is baat me Kuch bhi SHAKK Nahi ke TAQLEED Khwaah A’imma-e-Araba’h me se Kisi ki ho Khwaah Unke siva Kisi aur Ki, SHIRK hai.” [Al Zafarul Mubeen pg 20]

Neiz Muhammad Joonagarhi Sawaal wa Jawab ke Unwaan se Ek masla’h likhta hai.

Sawaal# 40: Kya Ye SAHEEH hai ke Jis Wahhabi (Ghair Muqallid) ka Baap Hanafi ho kar Mara Wo Ye dua Na parhe, RABBIGHFIRLI WALI-WAALIDAYYA.?

Jawaab: Mushrikeen ke liye Dua’-e-Maghfirat Na-Jayez hai. [Siraj Muhammadi pg 47, Tiba’ Lahore]

Aur Isi Kitab ke [page 12] par Numaayaa’n Surkhi qayem ki hai: “TAQLEED SHIRK HAI”

Ghair-Muqallid, Abul Hasan Taqleed ki Ta’reef Yun karta hai: “Taqleed ke ma’ne Ye hain ke baghair Daleel ke Kisi ke Hukm ko maan lena aur Ye daryaft Na karna ke Ye Hukm Khuda aur Uske Paighambar ki taraf se bhi hai Ya Nahi.” [Al Zafarul Mubeen pg15]

KHULASAH: Jab Ghair-Muqallideen ke Nazdeek Qiyaas karna Shaitan ka Kaam hai aur baghair Wahi ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa’i Hujjat Nahi aur Ummatiyon ki Taqleed SHIRK hai to phir Wo Apne In Usoolon ke mutabiq Kisi Raavi ko SIQAH Ya ZA’EEF Nahi keh sakte ke Ye MUHADDISEEN ki Raa’i wa Ijtihaad hai WAHI Nahi hai aur Kisi Hadees ko SAHEEH ya ZA’EEF Nahi Keh sakte ke Ye bhi Ummatiyon ki Raa’i wa Ijtihaad hai WAHI Nahi.

Lihaaza, Ghair-Muqallideen, Raavi ka SIQAH Ya ZA’EEF hona, Hadees ka SAHEEH Ya ZA’EEF hona Qur’an wa Hadees ki WAHI me dikhayenge.

Ghair-Muqallideen ki Wahi baat Mu’tabar hogi Jo Hadees me Siraahtan (Clearly) dikhayenge aur Agar Sirahtan Hadees me Na dikha sakein to Wo Ummatiyon ki Raa’i hai Ya’ni Jo bhi Alfaaz wo Hadees ke alaawah bayan karenge Wo Raa’i me shumaar hogi. Aur Unke Nazdeek Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa’i bhi baghair Wahi ke Hujjat Nahi to Ghair Nabi ki Raa’i Kaise Hujjat.?

AHL-E-SUNNAT WAL JAMA’T KE 4 USOOL:

Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t me Shareek 4 Makaatib-e-Fikr [Hanafi, Shaafa’I, Hanbal wa Maaliki] Sab ke Nazdeek Shara’I Ahkamaat saabit karne ke liye 4 Daleelein hain.

(i) Kitabullah

(ii) Sunnat-e-Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)

(iii) Ijma’-e-Ummat

(iv) Qiyaas-e-Shara’i

Pehle 3 Usool to sab ki samajh me aa gaye honge, baqi rehta hai Qiyaas. Shari’at ke ba’z Ahkaam Kitabullah, Sunnat-e-Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ya Ijma’-e-Ummat se saabit Na ho’n to phir Qiyaas-e-Shara’i ki Zaroorat padti hai.

Allah Ta’la ka irshaad hai: “Aur Humne Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) per Ye Qur’an utaara hai taa ke Aap Logon ke liye wo Mazaameen Zaahir kar dein Jo logon ke Paas bheje gaye hain aur taa ke Wo (bhi) Ghour-o-Fikr karein.” [Surah Nahal: 44]

وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

Is aayat se saabit hota hai ke Bayaan-e-Nabawi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke ba’d bhi Ghour-o-Fikr aur Sonchne ki Haajat baaqi rehti hai. Yehi wo Ijtihaadi Masaa’il hain Jo Mujtahideen ke Ghour-o-Fikr ke Muhtaaj hain.

Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Hazrat Mu’az (raz.) ko Yeman ka Haakim bana kar bhejne ka Iraadah kiya to daryaft kiya: Agar Tumhaare saamne Koi Muqadmah peish aaye to Faislah kaise karoge.? To Unhone farmaya: Kitabullah se Faislah karoonga. Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaya: Agar Qur’an-e-Kareem me Hukm Na mile to Kya karoge.? Jawab diya ke: Sunnat Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se Faislah karoonga. Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne phir daryaft farmaya: Agar Sunnat me bhi Hukm Na mile to Kya karoge.? Unhone Jawab diya: Apni Raa’I se Ijtihaad karoonga, aur Koi Kami Kotaahi Na karoonga. Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Unke Seene ko ThhapThhapaaya aur Farmaya: Allah hi ke liye Tamam Ta’reefein hain Jisne Allah ke Rasool ke Rasool (Ya’ni Mu’az) ki Is Cheez ki Taufeeq di Jis se Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Raazi hain. [Sunan Abu Dawood]

قَالَ أَجْتَهِدُ رَأْيِي وَلَا آلُو فَضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدْرَهُ وَقَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَفَّقَ رَسُولَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ لِمَا يُرْضِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ

Is se 2 baatein ma’loom hui hain:

(i) Jab Nus (Qur’an wa Hadees) me Sareeh Hukm maujood Na ho to Hukm Shara’i Ijtihaad se daryaft karna chahiye aur Isi ka Naam Qiyaas hai.

(ii) Aur Ye baat Ain Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Mansha’ ke mutabiq hai Ya’ni Rasoolullah (sallallahu alihi wa sallam) ko Pasand hai.

Har Musalman Har Shara’i Hukm se waqif Nahi ho sakta. Chunacha Allah Ta’la ka Irshaad hai: “Agar Tumko Ilm Nahi hai to Ahl-e-Ilm se poocho.” [Surah Nahal: 43]

فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

 Aur Hadees Shreef me bhi hai ke, Darmaandah ki Shifa’ Sawaal karne me hai. [Sunan Kubra Bayhaqi]

انما شفاء العى السؤال

 In NUSOOS se Ye baat Saaf Ma’loom hoti hai ke Ba’z Ahkaam Ahl-e-Ilm hi Jaante hain, doosre Musalmano ke liye Zaroori hai ke Wo Unse daryaft kiya karein.

Qiyaas-e-Shara’i ka Matlab Ye hai ke Kitab wa Sunnat me mazkoor Hukm Ya Ijma’I Hukm ke Zaman me Makhfi wa Mastoor (Chhupa hua) Qaaydah Kulliyah (Usool) ko Talaash kar ke Ghair-Mansoos Masla’h ko Is Qaaydah Kulliyah ke Zariye Hal kana aur Uska Shara’I Hukm ma’loom karna hai.

Misaal: Hadees Paak ka Maf’hoom hai ke Khaane me Agar Makkhi (House Fly) gir Jaaye to Usko Ghouta de kar Nikaal do aur Khana Kha lo. Agar Khaane-peene ki Cheez me Makora, Tidda, Machhar, Jugnoo waghera gir Jaayein to Kya Hukm hai.?

Chounke In Cheezon ka Hukm Siraahtan Kitab-o-Sunnat me Nahi milta Na Ijma’ se saabit hai to Imam Abu Haneefah (rah.) ne Qiyaas-e-Shara’I ke Zariye Inka Hukm bataaya hai. Unhone Hadees me Ghaur-o-Fikr ke ba’d Usme Makhf Qaaydah kulliyah Dhoond nikaala ke Makkhi ki wajah se Khana Isliye Haraam wa Na-Paak Nahi hota ke Uski Rago’n me Gardish (Behta) karne wala Khoon maujood Nahi lihaaza Tamam Aise Chhote Chhote Janwar Jinki Rago’n me Gardish karne wala Khoon Nahi Unka hukm bhi Makkhi wala hoga Ya’ni Unko Nikaal kar Pheink diya Jaaye albatta Ghouta de kar Nikaalna sirf Makkhi ke liye KHAAS hai Kyonke Hadees Shareef me hai ke Iske Ek Par me Beemari hai, doosre me Shifa’ hai. Wo Girti hai to Hamesha Beemari wala Par duboti hai lihaaza Nikaalne se pehle Usko Ghuta diya Jaaye taa ke Shifa’ wala Par bhi Doob Jaaye Jabke Aisi Khusoosiyat baaqi Cheezon me Nahi hai, Isliye unko Ghouta dene ki Zaroorat Nahi.

So Qiyaas-e-Shara’I se muraad Khud ki Aaraa’ Nahi hoti balke Ye Qiyaas NUSOOS (Qur’an wa Hadees) Ya Ijma’ ki taraf Mansoob hai. Aur Jo Mansoob Nahi hota wo Shaitani Qiyaas hai.

IJTIHAADIYAH MASAA’IL SHARIYAH KI 3 QISMEIN HAIN:

1. Wo masaa’il Jo Kitab-o-Sunnat me sirey se Mazkoor hi Nahi hain. Jaise Aizaa’ ki PewandKaari, Telephone per Nikaah, Rozah me Injection waghera.

2. Wo masaa’il Jinke Adillah Muta’riz hain (Ya’ni Ek Hadees ke ba-zaahir khilaaf doosri Hadees bhi maujood hona). Jaisa ke RafaulYadain, Qira’t Khalaf Al-Imam waghera me Karne aur Na Karne ke dono qism ke Ahaadees KUTAB me maujood hain.

3. Wo masaa’il Jinke Adillah me Ta’ruz Nahi Lekin Ma’ne ke Aitebaar se Inme Kayi Ahtemaalaat hain. Misaal ke taur per Qur’an me MUTALLIQAH Aurat ke bare me QUROO’ ka lafz aaya hai Jiske ma’na HAIZ (Periods) bhi hain aur TUHAR (Paaki) bhi hain. To Imam Sahab ne Haiz ka ma’na muraad liya hai aur Imam Shaafa’I (rah.) ne Tuhar wala ma’na muraad liya hai.

Jo Log Khud se In Ijtihaadiyah Masaa’il Shariyah me Ijtihaad karne ke Ahal Nahi hain Unke liye Zaroori hai ke Wo In Masaa’il Ijtihaadiyah me Us MUJTAHID ke IJTIHAAD ki TAQLEED karega Jo Unke Nazdeek KITAB-O-SUNNAT ka Zyadah MAAHIR hai. Aur Uske IJTIHAAD me Nisbatan Baaqi MUJTAHIDEEN ke DURUSTI, BEHTERI GHAALIB hai. Iske alawah Aise Logon ka Amal karne ka doosra Tareeqah Na Aqlan Jayez hai Na Shari’an…

AAKHRI BAAT: Humne Ye Tamheedi Amoor is gharz se batayein hain ke Aaj ke daur me Arab wa Ajam ke Ahle Isnaad Tibqah (Naam Nihaad, Ahle Hadees) ne Arse se Ek bohat bada FITNAH Shuroo Kiya hua hai, Jo Rafta Rafta Poori Dunya me Phailta Ja raha hai aur bade bade Ulema’ ko Apni Lapeit me Le raha hai.

Ye log Amal bil Hadees ke Usoolon ko Nazar Andaaz kar ke Raaviyon par adnaa Jarah ki bunyad par Ma’mool biha Hadeeson ko Za’eef qaraar de kar Radd kar ke Khud MUNKAREEN-E-HADEES ban rahe hain aur doosron ko bana rahe hain.

Qaara’een-e-Kiraam.! Aap log In Tamheedi Amoor Ko Peish-e-Nazar rakh kar Masaa’il ka Mutaali’a karenge to Phir Ma’mool biha Ahadees ko SHAHEED karne ke liye (Naam Nihaad Ahle Hadees) Ke Hamlay Insha’ Allahul Azeez Na Kaarah aur Na Kaam Sabit hoga.
