Jab Ulema’-e-Ahnaaf ANGREZO’N ke khilaaf JIHAAD me masroof the to ANGREZO’N ki Himaayat (Support) me Ghair-Muqallideen (MUWAHHIDEEN) ne MUJAAHIDEEN-E-AHNAAF ke Khilaaf “Ahl-e-Hadees” Naam ki TEHREEK (Movement) chalaayi aur ANGREZO’N ke khilaaf JIHAAD ko HARAAM qaraar dete hue 2 Kitabein likh daali Ek (Al-Iqtisaad Fee Masaa’il Al-Jihaad) Mu’allifah Wakeel Ahle Hadees Hind, Maulvi Muhammad Hussain Bataalvi aur Doosri (Tarjumaan-e-Wahaabiyah) Mu’allifah Nawaab Siddeeq Hassan Sahab. Us daur me Ye 2 Kitaabei’n Muft (Free of cost) Taqseem ki Jaati thi.

Is Tehreek ka asal maqsad tha ke ANGREZO’N ke khilaaf JIHAAD karne waale Ulema-e-Ahnaaf ke MASLAK ko BAD-NAAM kiya Jaaye taa ke Ye Hazraat Maidan-e-Jihaad Chhor dein aur Apne Maslak ke difa’ me Jut Jaayei’n.

Nabuwwat ka Jhoota Daawedaar Mal’oon Ghulam Ahmed Qadyni aur Us ke Pairokaar Lafz “Ahmed” Qur’an [Surah 61: Aayat 6] se dikhaa kar Logo’n ko FAREIB dete the ke Us ka Zikr Qur’an me aaya hai Isliye Wo Haqq per hai theek Isi tarah Bholi Bhaali Awaam ko Ye Ghair-Muqallideen Kutab Ahaadees se Ya Phir Ulema’ ki Kitabo’n se Lafz “Ahl-e-Hadees” Ya “As’haabul Hadees” dikha kar FAREIB dene ki Koshish karte hain. Jab ke Angrezi daur me inka naam MUWAHHIDEEN hua karta tha phir chand Saalo’n ke ba’d Angrezi Hukoomat ko Arzi de kar apna Naam “Ahl-e-Hadees” Oficially allot karwaaya.

Is Daud me Ye Akele bhi nahi hain balke Firqah Ahl-e-Qur’an aur Firqa Jama’tul Muslimeen wagherah bhi inhi ki tarah apne Firqah ka naam Ahadees aur Ulema’ ki Kutab se dikhaa kar Logo’n ko Mughaaltah dete hain.

Ahl-e-Qur’an aur Ahl-e-Hadees dono Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t me shaamil Ilmi Tibqaat ke naam hain Koi Maslaki Firqah Ya Jama’t hargiz Nahi hai balke Qur’an ke Huffaaz aur Muhaddiseen ke liye Iste’maal hote hain.

Aitraaz:
Ghair-Muqallideen (Naam Nihaad) Ahle Hadees, Ma’navi Tehreefaat karne ke liye to kaafi Mash’hoor hain Aur saath hi Inki Ek Kaseer Te’daad Aql se bhi Paidal Nazar aati hai.

ISLAM ME GANDAGI KA DHONA:
Allah ta’la ne Najaasat door karne ke liye 2 Cheezei’n batlaayi Jaisa ke Allah ta’la farmata hai, “Humne Aasmaan se Tum per Pani Utaara taa ke Tumhein PAAK Kar dein.” [Surah Al-Anfaal: 11]

Ek jagah Yu’n farmaya: “(Agar) Paani Na Paao to PAAK MITTI se TAYAMMUM Kar lo.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah: 6]

Phir Fiqh-e-Hanafi ki Ibarat per Aitraaz karte hue likha hai.

FIQH-E-HANAFI ME GANDAGI KA CHAATNA:
Lekin Ahnaaf ne Ek Nayaa Tareeqah Eijaad kiya hai, Mulaahizah farmayein..

(FATAAWA AALAMGEERI) me hai: “Agar Jism ke Kisi ‘Azoo (body part) ko Najaasat (Gandagi) lag jaye to aur Agar Zubaan se Usey Chaat le Yaha’n tak ke Uska Asar (Nishaan) Zaa’el (khatm) ho jaye, Isi tarah Agar chhuri per Najaasat lag Jaaye to Zubaan se Usey Chaat le Ya THHOOK se Saaf Kar de Ya Kaprey per Lagi Najaasat ko Zubaan se Chaat le Yahan tak ke Uska Asar Khatm ho Jaaye to PAAK ho Jayega.”

TAHAARAT ke Naye Tareeqah se Jism ke A’zaa PAAK karne ke liye Zubaan chaahe NA-PAAK ho Jaaye Koi PARWAAH Nahi. [Kya Fiqh Hanafiyah, Qur’an wa Hadees Ka Nichor Hai.? Page: 33, 34]

NOTE: Ghair-Muqallideen ke JAAHIL SHUYOOKH ki Jaanib se Yehi AITRAAZ (BEHISHTI ZEVAR) ki Ibaarat per bhi hua hai. In sha’ Allah! Jawaab me mulaahizah farmaayein.

AL-JAWAAB:-

GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE AITRAZAAT KI CHAND KHOOBIYA’N:

1. Inke Aitrazat JIHAALAT, BAD-FAHMI, KAJ-FAHMI se bhare hote hain.

2. AHAADEES-E-RASOOL (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se BE-EIMAANI karte hain (Ya’ni Ye Nahi bataate ke Jisko Wo FIQH ka Masla’h bata rahe hain, Us ke mutaabiq Ahaadees bhi Maujood hoti hain balke Un Muta’riz Ahaadees se bilkul hi Anjaan bante hue SHAHEED kar dete hain).

3. KHAIRUL-QUROON se BE-EIMAANI karte hain (Ya’ni Sahaba-e-Kiraam (rizwanullahi ajma’een) se Jaari kardah Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki SUNNAT ko Nahi bayaan kartey, Inke Aasaar ko SHAHEED kar dete hain).

4. FIQH-E-HANAFIYAH ki Ibarato’n se BE-EIMAANI karte hain (Ya’ni Dhoka dene ke liye poori Ibarat Naqal Nahi karte Ya phir Alfaaz ka Ghalat Maf’hoom wa Ma’na karte hain).

TALIBUR RAHMAN KI BAD-FAHMI WA JIHAALAT:
Hum Talibur Rahman ki bad-fahmi ko Ek misaal ke zariyah samjhaate hain.

Ek Hanafi Aalim ne Talibur Rahman se kaha: “Agar Tum Chhuri (Knife) se Apna Gala Kaat logey to Mar Jaoge.”

Talibur Rahman ki Aali Faham me Ye masla’h kuch is tarah samajh me aayega ke, “Ye Dekho Hanafiyo’n ne Khudkushi (Suicide) karne ka Tareeqah bataya hai ke Chhuri se Gala Kaat lena Chahiye Jab ke Allah Ta’la ne Khudkushi Karne se mana’ Farmaya hai.” [Surah An-Nisa’: 29]

Lekin Haqeeqat me Hanafi Aalim ka Qoul Qur’an ke Khilaaf nahi tha magar Alfaaz ke Kheil se Isko Qur’an ke khilaaf banaaya gaya. Bilkul Yehi haal Aitraaz waali Ibarat ka hai.

Talibur Rahman ka Aitraaz to Tab Durust hota Jab FIQH me likha hota ke Najaasat se PAAKI Haasil karne ke liye Paani ka Iste’maal na kiya Jaaye balke Zubaan se Chaata jaaye.

Lekin FIQH me Najaasat ko Chaat kar PAAK karne ka aisa Koi Hukm Nahi diya gaya hai balke Faqat Ye Masla’h bayaan Kiya Gaya hai ke..

AGAR KOI SHAKHS NAJAASAT KO CHAAT KAR USKA ASAR YA NISHAAN KHATM KAR DE TO PAAK HOGA YA NAHI.?

To Fuqaha-e-Ahnaf ka Kehna hai ke PAAK ho Jaayega.

Chounke Firqa Ahlul Hadees ne is per Aitraaz kiya hai isliye Ye samjga Jaayega ke Unke Nazdeek Paak Nahi hota. Allah hi Jaane Na-Paak hi rehne ki inke Paas Konsi Daleel hai.?

Mutaalbah: Firqa Ahlul Hadees ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ Apne is Da’we ki daleel me Sirf Ek Sareeh Qur’ani aayat Ya Hadees peish karein.?

TEHQEEQI JAWAAB:
Talibur Rahman ne Apni Kam-Fahmi (Na-samajhi), bad-Fahmi, Kaj Fahmi (stupidity) aur Jahiliyat ki bina par [FATAAWA AALAMGIRI] ki Aa’lami Haisiyat Nahi Samjhi. Ye Fatawa ‘Alaamgiri, Ba-fazlihi Ta’la, ‘Aalami Fataawa hai. Isme Wo tamaam Masaa’il ko hal (solve) karne ki Koshish ki gayi hai Jo ‘Aalam-e-Islam me Umooman Ya Khusoosan peish aate rehte hain ya phir Aa sakte hain taa ke Mamlikat-e-Islamiyah (Islamic Government) ke Qaazi (Judges) in Fataawaat se Istifaadah Kar ke inse Naadir se Naadir Waqeat (rare happenings) wa Muqaddimaat (cases) ka hal daryaaft kar sakei’n.

IBAARAT PAR AITRAAZ KI HAQEEQAT:
Agar Haath ki Kisi Ungli par Peishaab ya Sharaab ya Khoon ya Koi Aur Najaasat lag Jaaye to Ungli ko Us Najaasat se PAAK karne ke liye Koi bhi Aqalmand Aadmi Paani ka hi isti’maal karta hai Na ke Apni Zubaan ka. Magar Paagalo’n aur Bachcho’n se Ye Umeed Nahi rakhi Ja sakti ke Wo is Najasat ko Paani se hi Saaf Karenge balke Yaha’n Mumkin hai ke bajaaye Ungli ko Paani se dhone ke Wo usey chaat lei’n. (Al-Ayaazu billah)

Agar Kisi Paagal ya Kam Aql bachche ne Apni Ungli ko Lagi NAJAASAT ko Chaatne ke ba’d wahi Ungli kisi Shakhs ke Paani me dubo de aur Wo Shakhs, Islaami Adaalat me is No’iyat (peculiarity) ka muqadmah daayer kar de ke.. “Maine 50 rupye ka (maslan Paani khareed kar Matkay me daala tha) falaa’n Paagal Ya Bachchey ne Najaasat lagi hui Ungli ko Pehle Achhi tarah Chaata phir Apni Ungli ko mere Paani me dubo diya Jisse Paani Paleed (impure) aur bekaar ho gaya. Lihaza Mujhe Paagal ke maal se Paani ki Qeemat dilayi Jaaye..” To Jis Qaazi ne Fatawa Aalamgiri ka oopar wala masla’h parha hoga, Wo ye keh kar Muqadmah khaarij (reject) kar dega ke Jab Mudda’i (plaintiff) Khud Tasleem karta hai Paagal ne pehle Ungli se Najaasat ko Chaat kar Zaaya kar diya tha Phir Paani me duboya tha to Paagal ki Ungli ke sabab wo Paani paleed (Impure) Nahi hua.

Aitraaz wali ibaarat ka Ye matlab hargiz Nahi ke (Ma’z Allah!) Najaasat ko Chaatna Jayez hai ya phir Ye ke Fiqh-e-Hanafi me Ungli Paak karne ka Yehi Tareeqah hai.

Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullahi alaih) farmaate hain: “Haath me Koi Cheez lagi thi, usko Kisi ne Zubaan se 3 dafa’h Chaat liya to bhi PAAK ho Jaayega, Magar chaatna Mana’ hai.”

To Ghair-Muqallideen Yahan [BEHISHTI ZEVAR] ki is Ibaarat me BE-EIMANI karte hue is Ibaarat ka hissah “Magar Chaatna mana’ hai” ko Hazam kar lete hain aur phir Ibaarat ko FIQH-E-HANAFI ka Mazaaq udaaney ke liye Peish kar dete hain.

Maulana ne Is Ibaarat ke saath saath Ek misaal bhi peish ki hai, likhte hain: “Chhaati (Chest) per Bachchay ki Qa’i ka Doodh lag gaya phir bachchay ne 3 dafa’h Choos kar pee liya to PAAK ho gaya.” [Behishti Zevar- Najaasat ko Paak Karne Ka Bayaan; Hissah: 2/ Page: 84/ Masla’h: 26]

NOTE: Kam se Kam 3 dafa’h Chaat lene se PAAK ho Jaayega. Agar Nahi hua to Asar khatm hone tak Chaat liya to Poori tarah se PAAK ho Jaayega.

Qaara’een-e-Kiraam! Behishti Zewar ki Ibaarat me Maulana ne Najaasat ko Chaatne se mana’ farmaya hai Iski wajah to Ye ho sakti hai ke Chaatne se Wo Azoo’ (Body part) Jisko Najasat lagi thi PAAK to ho Jaayega per Mumkin hai ke Najaasat Peit (Stomach) ke andar Chali Jaaye.

Aur Azoo’ ke PAAK ho Jaane ki DALEEL ye hai ke Insan ka THHOOK (Saliva) PAAK hai aur PAAK karne wala bhi, Jis tarah PAANI PAAK hai aur PAAK karne wala bhi.

Chunanchah Imam Bukhari (rahmatullahi alaih) ne Ammi Aa’ishah (raziallahu ta’la anha) se rivaayat naqal ki hai ke, Wo farmaati hain: “Agar hamaare paas Ek hi Kapra hota aur usko Haiz (Menstrual blood) ka kuch khoon lag jata to us per Thhook kar Naakhun se saaf kar letee’n.” [Saheeh Bukhari, Kitabul Haiz H#312]

Is Hadees se bilkul Waazeh ho gaya hai ke THHOOK PAAK hai aur Is se PAAKI bhi haasil ki Ja sakti hai.

Ammar bin Yasir (raziallahu anhu) farmate hain: “Main Kunwei’n per apni Chhaagal me paani Kheinch raha tha ke Mere paas Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Tashreef laaye aur farmaaya ke Ammaar kya kar rahe ho.?
Maine Arz kiya: Ya Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Mere Maa Baap Aap per Qurban ho. Main apna kapda dho raha hoon isey Thhook lag gaya hai. Aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya ke Kapde ko 5 Cheezei’n lag jaane ki wajah se dhona chahye…

2. Pakhanah
3. Qayy
4. Khoon
5. Mani
Ammar Tumhaara Thhook Tumhaari Ankho’n ke Aansoo aur wo Paani Jo Tumhaari Chhaagal me hai sab Baraabar hain (Ya’ni Thhook aur Aansoo, Paani ki tarah Paak hain). [Sunan Darqutni Jild 1, Page 27]

Is hadees se THHOOK ka Paani ki tarah PAAK hona saabit hua. Jis tarah Paani se Paaki haasil hoti hai theek isi tarah THHOOK se bhi Paaki haasil hoti hai. (Alhamdulillah)

Ab (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees THHOOK ko Na-Paak samajhte hain aur is se Paaki haasil hone ka Inkaar karte hain to goya Wo Sareeh Sahih Ahadees ke Munkar hain. Aur aise Munkareen-e-Ahadees ko Ahle Hadees Nahi kehte.

Ghair-Muqallideen, Ahnaaf se itna Bughz rakhte hain ke Wo Ahnaaf ke khilaf Jhoot ki intihaa bhi paar kar denge. Aisa Jhoot to unki Dimaghi Najaasat ka Nateejah hai..

Ab (FATAAWA AALAMGEERI 5/298) par maujood ek aur ibaarat par Nazar daalte hain, Jo Ghair Muqallideen ki Fiqah-e-Hanafi me Ma’navi Tehreef karne ka saboot deti hai.

“Jo Halaal Janwar Najaasat Khaata ho, Usey (Us Janwar ko) Na Khaayein balke Kayi Din tak Baandh Rakhein ke (Wo Jaanwar) Najaasat Na Khaane Paaye. Phir Jab Uska Gosht, Najaasat ke Asar se PAAK ho Jaaye to Zabah Kar ke Khaayei’n. Oont (Camel) 40 din tak baandha Jaayega, Gaa’i (Cow) 20 din tak, Murghi 3 din tak aur Chirya 1 din tak.”

Qaara’een-e-Kiraam! Jis Hanafi Mazhab ne PAAKI ka itna Khayaal Rakha hai ke Najaasat Khaane waale Jaanwar ko bhi Khaane se Rok diya hai to Phir Ye Mazhab Kaise Iski Ijaazat de sakta hai ke Najaasat ko Chaat kar saaf karna chaahiye.?

MAZEID WIZAAHAT:
Itni wizaahat ke ba’d bhi Ghair-Muqallideen ke kuch Jaahil apni ZIDD per aday rahe aur Mujhse Mutaalbah karne lage ke [FATAAWA AALAMGIRI] me dikhao ke Ye Masla’h Bachho’n aur Paagalo’n ke liye hai. Khair, Jisey Allah Ta’la GUMRAAH kar de Wo phir kaise HAQEEQAT ko Qubool kar sakta tha.?

NAJAASAT ko Chaat kar Uska Asar Khatm kar dene se Najaasat laga hua ‘Azoo PAAK ho Jaayega Ye Ek Aam Usool hai. Bachho’n aur Pagalo’n ki misaal is Usool ko samjhaane ke liye di gayi hai.

Chaliye Hum Aaqil, Baaligh Logo’n ki Misaalei’n peish karte hain taa ke Ghair-Muqallideen ki rahi sahi Shikaayat bhi door ho Jaaye.

1. Ghair-Muqallid Talibur Rahman, Rote Rote Chhuri (Knife) se Pyaaz (Onion) Kaat raha tha ke Uski Ungli Kat gayi aur Khoon Jo Najis hota hai, Nikal aaya. Ab Usko Paani Nahi mila to Jhhatt se Usne Apne Munh me Ungli daal li aur Najis Khoon Choos kar Thhook diya To HANAFI MAZHAB ke mutabiq Uski Ungli PAAK ho gayi. Agar Khoon Choos kar Pee lega to MAKROOH hoga.

2. Ab doosri misaal Ghair-Muqallideen ki Sab se Zyadah Pasandeedah Cheez MANI (Sperms) ki dete hain.

Ghair-Muqallideen ke haan Mani Khwaah Gaarhi ho Ya Patli, Khushk ho Ya Tarr Har haal me PAAK hai. [Nuzoolul Abraar 1/49]

Aur Mani ke Paak hone ke sath sath Khaane ki bhi Ijaazat hai. [Fiqh-e-Muhammadiyah 1/46]

Hanafi ne kaha: Ye Jo Mani (Sperms) lagi hui hai Na-Paak hai.
Talibur Rahmaan ne kaha: Ye Paak hai aur Ek Qoul me khaana bhi Jaayez hai.
Phir Hanafi ne kaha: Agar Tum Chaat kar saaf kar lo to Tumhaara Naashtah ho jaayega aur Jab iska asar khatam ho jaayega to Mera Jism Paak ho jaayega.

Ab Koi Mujhse Ye Na poochna ke Phir Talibur Rahmaan ne Kya kiya..?

Al-gharz, Ye to sirf Misaalei’n hain Un Ghair-Muqallideen ke liye Jo Apni JIHAALAT ko Chhorna Nahi Chaahte. Warna Hum Ahle-Ilm ka Ahteraam karna Khoob Achhi tarah se jaante hain.

Allah se dua hai ke, humei’n Deen ki Sahih Samajh de. Aur Firqa Ahlul hadees ki Makkari wa Fareib se Hamari hifazat farmaaye. (Aameen)

GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN SE CHAND MUTAALIBAAT:

1. Insaan ka THHOOK Paak hai Ya Na-Paak.?

2. Agar Insaan ka Thhook PAAK hai to Is se PAAKI haasil hogi Ya Nahi.? Agar hogi to phir Aitraaz Kyon.? Agar Nahi hogi to Kyon Nahi hogi Kisi Saheeh Sareeh Hadees se saabit karein.?

3. Agar Insaan ka Thhook NA-PAAK hai to Is da’we ki Daleel me Ek Sareeh Saheeh Hadees peish karein.?

4. Mani (Sperms) ko Khaana Jaayez hai Is da’we ki Daleel me Ek Saheeh aur Sareeh Hadees peish karein.?

5. Agar Tum Log Apne Mullao’n ke Aqwaal se be-Niyaaz bante ho to Phir Tumhaare Mullao’n ka Kya Hukm hai Jo FIQH-E-MUHAMMADIYAH ke Naam se Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ko Bad-Naam kar rahe hain.?

6. Kya Tum logo’n ne Apne In Mullao’n ke khilaaf Koi Ek Kitaab bhi Taaleef farmayi hai.? Agar Nahi to Phir Ahnaaf ke khilaaf Dheir saari Kitabein Kyon.?

7. ANGREZO’N ke daur se pehle Ahnaaf per Kisi ne Ye NAJAASAT KO CHAAT KAR PAAK karne ka Ilzaam lagaaya hai Ya Nahi.? Agar Lagaaya hai to Kisne aur Kab aur Kis Kitaab me.? Agar Nahi to phir Kahi’n Aap ka Firqa ANGREZO’N ki Paidawaar to Nahi.?
