Kutta Goad (Lap) Me Le Kar Namaz Padhne Ka Masla’h Aur Asal Haqeeqat

Daur-e-Bartaanyah (British ke daur me) Angrezon ko Khush karne ke liye Jab Firqa (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees ki bunyaad rakhi gayi to Unhone dekha ke Unke Aaqa’-e-Ni’amat ANGREIZ Kutte se bada Pyaar karte hain to Ghair-Muqallideen ne bhi Kutte ki SHAAN me Qaseedah Khwaani shuroo’ Kar di.

Ghair-Muqallid, Nawaab Siddeeq Hassan likhta hai ki “Kutte ka Gosht, Khoon, Baal, aur Paseenah ke Najas hone par Daleel Nahi hai.” [Badrul Ahilla pg16]

Ghair-Muqallid, Allamah Waheeduz Zama’n (Jisko PAAK-O-HIND KE 40 JALEEL-O-QADAR Ulema’-e-Ahle Hadees me shumaar kiya gaya hai) likhta hai: “Logon ne Kutte aur Khinzeer aur Inke JHOOTE ke muta’llaq IQTILAAF kiya hai. Zyadah RAAJEH YE HAI KE INKA JHOOTA PAAK hai. Aise hi Logon ne Kutte ke PEISHAAB, PAAKHANAH ke muta’llaq Iqtilaaf kiya hai. HAQQ BAAT Ye hai ke Inke NA-PAAK hone per Koi DALEEL NAHI.” [Nuzoolul Abraar 1/50]

(Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees ne Jab Fiqh-e-Muhammadiyah ke Naam se Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ko BAD-NAAM Kiya to Logon ne Ye Sawaal kiya ke Agar Aap Sachche Ahl-e-Hadees hain to Ek-Ek Sareeh Saheeh Hadees laayein ke Kutte ka Gosht, Haddi, Khoon, Paseenah, Paakhanah, Peishaab, Jhoota sab Kuch Paak hai to Wo Jawaab Khud Hadees se Peish Na Kar sake aur phir La-Jawaab ho kar Waswasah Andaazi par utar aaye aur Fiqh-e-Hanafi ko Nishaana banana shuroo kiya.

ANGREZON ke daur se pehle to Is Firqa ka Koi WUJOOD hi Na tha Isliye FIQH-E-HANAFI ke khilaaf bhi Inki Koi Kitab bhi Maujood Nahi thi albattah ANGREZON ke daur se pehle SHIA’, Ahnaaf ke khilaf Kitabein likhte the Jinse In Ghair-Muqallideen ne Aitrazaat churaaye hain aur ab tak Ahnaaf ke khilaf Kitabein likhte Ja rahe hain.

Aaj ke daur ka Mash’hoor Fitna Parwar Aalim Talibur Rahman FIQH-E-HANAFI ko HADEES ke mukhaalif saabit karne ke liye Apni Kitab [KYA FIQH-E-HANAFI QUR’AN WA HADEES KA NICHOR HAI.? AL-JAWAAB:

KHINZEER NAJAS AL-AYN hai Ya’ni Wo PEISHAB WA PAAKHAANAH ki tarah Andar aur bahar se NAJAS hai. Iski Misaal Aadmi ke PAKHANAH Jaisi hai, Jo Khushk hone par bhi PAAK Nahi ho sakta.

Iske alaawah doosre JANWAR Jaise Kutta, Bheirya, Bandar, Billi, Sheir wa Hathi waghera Ye sab HARAAM hain Jis tarah Mare hue Janwar Gaa’i, Bakri Ya Oont waghera HARAAM hain Par Inka NAJAS AL-AYN hona Kisi DALEEL SHARA’I se sabit Nahi hai. Isliye Ye HAIWANAAT NAJAS AL-GHAIR hain ke Inki Zaat Peishaab wa Paakhanah ki tarah NAJAS NAHI, Balke Inki ZAAT ooper se PAAK hai.

Albatta Inki ANDROONI Ratoobaat NAJAS hain. Aur Is a’itebaar se INSANO aur HALAAL JANWARON ka bhi Yehi Hukm hai. Inka ooper wala Jism PAAK hai magar Andar ki Ratoobaat NAJAS hain. Aur Jab tak Andar wali NAJAS Ratoobat ka Asar Jism ke ooper Zaahir Na ho Wo Jism PAAK Shumaar hota hai.

Androoni NAJAS Ratoobat ka Asar Jism ke ooper 2 Soorton me Zaahir hota hai:

Kyonke Koi Cheez Mufsid-e-Namaz (Namaz ko Torne wali) Peish Nahi aayi aur PAAK CHEEZ Amal Kaseer ke baghair Uthaana Namaz ke liye Mufsid Nahi Jaisa ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Apni Nawasi Umaamah ko Utha kar Namaz Parhi.

Chunacha Abu Qataadah Ansaari (raziallahu anhu) se rivayat hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Umaamah bint Zainab bint Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ko Namaz parhte waqt Uthaaye Rehte the. Abul Aas bin Rabee’ah bin Abdush Shams ki Hadees me hai ke, Jab Sajdah me Jaate to Utaar dete aur Jab Qiyaam farmaate to Uthaa lete. [Sahih Bukhari – Kitab: As-Salaah]

عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ حَامِلٌ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلِأَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ شَمْسٍ فَإِذَا سَجَدَ وَضَعَهَا وَإِذَا قَامَ حَمَلَهَا

 Ab Is Hadees ka Ye Matlab to Hargiz Nahi ke Jab bhi Namaz parho to Kisi Larki ko Goad me Uthaa kar Namaz parha karo balke Hadees ka Ye Matlab hai ke Agar Kisi ne GOAD me Larki ko Uthaa kar Namaz parhli to Uski Namaz FAASID Nahi hui Kyonke Ye AMAL QALEEL hai.

Isi tarah FIQH Ye Nahi kehta ke Jab bhi Namaz parho to KUTTA Goad me Uthaa kar Namaz parha karo balke Faqat Ye Masla’h bayaan kiya gaya hai ke Agar Koi Shaqs Kutta Uthaa kar Namaz parh le to Namaz hogi ke Nahi.?

Chounke Kutta NAJAS AL-AYN Nahi hai balke Uski ZAAT Ooper se PAAK hai aur GOAD me Uthaane se Namaz ka FAASID Na hona HADEES se saabit hai. Is bina per Fuqaha-e-Ahnaaf (rahmatullahi alaihim) ne farmaya ke Agar Koi Kutta GOAD (Lap) me Utha kar Namaz adaa kare to Namaz ho Jaayegi.

In Ibaarato’n ka Ye matlab Nahi ke Khwaah Makhwaah KUTTEY ko GOAD me uthaa kar Namaz parha karo. Jo In Ibaaraton ka Aisa Maf’hoom nikaalte hain Ye UNKI NARI JIHAALAT wa HIMAAQAT wa KHIYANAT ka Saboot hai.

(NAAM NIHAAD) AHL-E-HADEES TALIBUR RAHMAN KI JIHAALAT YA KHIYANAT:

Talibur Rahman Na-Laayeq NAJAS AL-AYN aur NAJAS AL-GHAIR ke FARQ se JAAHIL hai aur Is se bhi JAAHIL hai ke Kutta NAJAS AL-GHAIR hai aur NAJAS AL-GHAIR ka Jism PAAK hota hai Jab tak Koi NAJASAT Na lage. Agar Ye Sab Kuch Ma’loom hone ke ba-wajood Mehaz FIQH DUSHMANI ki wajah se A’itraaz karta hai to Ye Uski KHIYANAT hai.

Allah Ta’la se dua hai ke Aise Jaahilon wa Khaayeno se Hamaari Hifaazat farmaaye.

NOTE: KUTTE ko FAROKHT karna, UJRAT per dena aur ZAMANAT per rakhna, Ye Sab DURUST wa JAAYEZ hain. Agar Jaahil Ghair-Muqallido’n ko Is per bhi Aitraaz hai to bata doon ke KUTTON se SHIKAAR kheilne ki, BAKRIYON wa KHEITON ki Dekh bhaal karne ke liye rakhne ki Ijaazat di gayi hai. Is wajah se Kutto’n ko Khareedna wa Beichna ho sakta hai aur Jab Kutte ki Qeemat (Value) hai to phir Isko Zamaanat per bhi rakha Ja sakta hai.

Haan! Agar Koi KUTTA Isliye Khareedta hai ke Usko GHAR le Jaaye to Phir Ye Jayez Nahi Kyonke Hadees Shareef me aata hai ke Farishte Us Ghar me Daakhil Nahi hote Jis Ghar me Kutta Ya Tasweer ho. Aur Ek Hadees ka Maf’hoom hai ke Jo Shaqs Paalne ki Niyyat se Kutta Apne Ghar me rakhta hai to Uske Ajar me se 1 Ya 2 Qiraat kam kar diya Jaata hai aur 1 Qiraat Uhad ke Pahaad ke barabar hota hai.

GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN SE MUTAALBAT:

 1. KUTTA Najas Al-Ayn hai Ya Nahi.? Agar Najas Al-Ayn hai to Iska Najas Al-Ayn hona Qur’an ki Kisi Sareeh Aayat Ya Sareeh Saheeh Marfoo’ Hadees se saabit karein.?

2. Agar Koi Shaqs Kutte ka Pilla Utha kar Namaz parhe Jis ke Jism par Koi Najasat Nahi, Na Namaz ke darmyan Koi Kutte ki Najasat Namazi ke Badan wa Kapron par Lagi, Na Amal Kaseer hua to Ye Namaz Saheeh hai Ya Faasid hai.? Aap ki Nazar me FAASID hai to Sareeh aur Saheeh Marfoo Hadees se saabit karein.?

3. Kutto’n ko Khareedna wa Beichna SHIKAAR ke liye Ya Kheit wa Paaltoo Janwaron ki Rakhwali ke liye hota hai. Kya Ye Khareed-o-Farokht Jayez hai Ya Nahi.? Agar Jayez Nahi to Sareeh aur Saheeh Hadees Peish karein aur Sath hi Iska Jawaaz bhi Hadees se saabit karein ke Kutton ko Khareedna Nahi balke Chori kar ke laana Chaahiye.?
