Taqleed Ki Ta’reef Aur Ghair-Muqallideen Ki Jahilanah Samajh Ki Haqeeqat

TA’REEF: “Mujtahid ke Qoul par bila daleel ke amal karna Taqleed hai.”

(Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees, Iski Ye Tashreeh karte hain ke Bila Daleel se Qur’an wa Hadees se Koi Daleel na hona muraad hai.

HAQEEQAT-E-HAAL: Agar Hum Haal ki Haqeeqat dekhein to Shuwaafe’ wa Hanaablah Apne Apne A’immah ki Taqleed me Aameen Baland Aawaz se kehte hain aur Rukoo’ se pehle aur ba’d me Rafaul-Yadain karte hain, Shuwaafe’ Khalaf Al-Imam ke qaayel hain waghera. To ab bataa’iye ke Taqleed Qur’an wa Hadees se sabit hui Ya Nahi.?

TAQLEED KI HAQEEQAT: Mujtahideen Shaari-e-Deen nahi hote balke Shaarih-e-Deen hote hain. Ya’ni Ye Deeni Masaa’il ka Jawab Khud banaate nahi balke bataate hain Quran wa Sunnat ki Roshni me.

Quran wa Sunnat ke Jo Ahkaam Sareeh hain, Unme Hum Kisi ki Taqleed nahi karte albattah Wo masaa’il Jinke samajhne me Dushwaari peish aati hai Jinko Masaail Ijtihadiyah Ya Fro’i masaail bhi kaha Jaata hai sirf inhi masaail me Hum Kisi Maahir Faqeeh ke Mazhab ki Taqleed karte hain Un par Aitemaad karte hue ke Unke Paas apne Qoul ki Koi Mazboot Qurani Ya Hadeesi Daleel maujood hai.

LAFZ (BILA-DALEEL) KI WIZAAHAT: Hum Daleel ka mutaalbah isliye Nahi karte ke Dalaa’il me Muhaakmah karne ke liye Jo Quwwat-e-Ijtihaad darkaar hai, wo Hum me Nahi hai. To Hum Mujtahid ke Qoul ko Iqtiyar karne ke liye Hum Uski Daleel ko Achhi tarah samajh lene ko SHART NAHI samajhte Isliye Hum Taqleed ki Ta’reef me BE-DALEEL ka Izaafa karte hain, Lekin Ghair-Muqallideen, Logon ko Ye Mughaaltah dene lage ke BE-DALEEL asal Shart hai.

Algharz, Jab Be-Daleel hona Shart nahi hua to Mujtahid ke Dalaa’il ka Ilm hona bhi TAQLEED ke munaafi Nahi. Lihaazah Dalaa’il ka Ilm haasil karne me Jitni bhi Koshish ki Jaaye Us se TAQLEED ki mukhaalifat Laazim Nahi aati.

MU’AASHRAH ME RAA’IJ TAQLEED KI DO QISMEIN HAIN:

1. Taqleed-e-Mutlaq: Jisko Ghair Shaqsi bhi Kaha Jaata hai Yani Kisi masla’h me Ek Imam ke Maslak ki Taqleed ki jaati hai aur Doosre Masla’h me Kisi doosre Imam ke Maslak ki. Ghair-Muqallideen ke Buzrug Isi Taqleed-e-Mutlaq ke qaayel the Lekin Inhi me se Kuch Logon ne Taqleed ka Sirey se hi Inkaar kar diya aur Shirk wa Bid’at me shumaar kiya. Ye Log Khud Kayi Iqtilaafaat me Phanse hue hain.

2. Taqleed-e-Shaqsi: se muraad Ye hai ke Kisi Ek Khaas Imam ke Maslak ki Taqleed ki Jaaye.

Ummat ki Aksariyat (Majority) Taqleed-e-Shaqsi par Jama’ hui hai. Albattah Kuch Logon ne Iftiraaq kiya hai aur Taqleed chhor kar Kayi Firqo’n me batt gaye aur Sab se Mutashaddid firqa (Naam Nihaad) Ahle Hadees hai. Is Taqleed-e-Shaqsi se Ek Azeem Faidah Ye hai ke Log Nafs Parasti se Bachte hain.
