Kya Namaz-E-Witr Maghrib Ki Tarah Hai ?

(I):.. Sanad (Chain): Yazeed »» Hishaam »» Muhammad bin Sireen (rahmatullahi alaihim) »» Abdullah bin Umar (raziallahu ta’ala anhu)

Matn (Text): Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaya: “Maghrib ki Namaaz Din ke WITR hain, Tum Raat ki Namaaz ko WITR (TAAQ) banaao.” [Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal; Sunan Al-Kubra Li-Nusaa’i; Mu’ajjam As-Sagheer Tabrani; Mu’ajjam Ausat Tabrani]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪُ ، ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﻫِﺸَﺎﻡٌ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺳِﻴﺮِﻳﻦَ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﻋُﻤَﺮَ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﺻَﻠَﺎﺓُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ﻭِﺗْﺮُ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ، ﻓَﺄَﻭْﺗِﺮُﻭﺍ ﺻَﻠَﺎﺓَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞِ ”

Hafiz Iraaqi (rahimahullah) farmaate hain: “Is hadees ki Sanad Sahih hai.” [Sharah Muatta Zurqani (rahimahullah)]

ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻗﻲ : ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺳﻨﺪﻩ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ .

Is Hadees ko Ibn Sireen (rahimahullah) ne Mursalan bhi rivaayat kiya hai. [Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﻋُﺒَﻴْﺪٍ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺧَﺎﻟِﺪٍ ﺍﻟﺴُّﻠَﻤِﻲِّ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﺳِﻴﺮِﻳﻦَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ : ” ﺻَﻠَﺎﺓُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ﻭِﺗْﺮُ ﺻَﻠَﺎﺓِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ، ﻓَﺄَﻭْﺗِﺮُﻭﺍ ﺻَﻠَﺎﺓَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞِ ”

(II):.. Imaam Maalik (rahimahullah) Ka Maslak:

Imaam Maalik (rahimahullah) ne Ibn Shihaab (rahimahullah) se rivaayat naqal ki hai ke, “Sa’d bin Abi Waqas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) Namaaz-e-Isha’ ke ba’d WITR ki EK Raka’t parhte the.”

ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﺷِﻬَﺎﺏٍ ، ﺃَﻥَّ ﺳَﻌْﺪَ ﺑْﻦَ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻭَﻗَّﺎﺹٍ ، ” ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﻳُﻮﺗِﺮُ ﺑَﻌْﺪَ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺘَﻤَﺔِ ﺑِﻮَﺍﺣِﺪَﺓٍ ” .

Yahya Al-Laysi (rahimahullah) farmaate hain ke Imaam Maalik (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: Hamaare nazdeek is per amal karna durust nahi kyonke Witr ki kam az kam 3 Raka’t hain. [Muatta Maalik ba-rivaayat Yahya Al-Laysi (rahimahullah)]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚ : ﻭَﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻤَﻞُ ﻋِﻨْﺪَﻧَﺎ ﻭَﻟَﻜِﻦْ ﺃَﺩْﻧَﻰ ﺍﻟْﻮِﺗْﺮِ ﺛَﻠَﺎﺙٌ .

(III):.. Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahimahullah) Ka Maslak:

Sanad (Chain): Muhammad »» Maalik »» Abdullah bin Deenaar (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Abdullah bin Umar (raziallahu anhu) ne farmaaya: “Namaaz-e-Maghrib Din ki Namaaz-e-Witr hai.”

ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚٌ ، ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺑْﻦُ ﺩِﻳﻨَﺎﺭٍ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﻋُﻤَﺮَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﺻَﻼﺓُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ﻭِﺗﺮُ ﺻَﻼﺓِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ” .

Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah) farmaate hain: Hum Isi par amal karte hain. Jo Aadmi Maghrib ko Din ke WITR khiyaal karta hai Jis tarah ke Ibn Umar (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya hai, Usey Chahiye ke WO RAAT KE WITR isi tarah Parhe. In ke darmyaan SALAAM pheir kar FARQ NAHI Kare Jis tarah Maghrib Ki Namaaz me SALAAM pheir kar FARQ nahi kiya jaata. Hazrat Imaam Abu Haneefah (rahimahullah) ka Yehi Qaul hai. [Muatta Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah)]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ : ﻭَﺑِﻬَﺬَﺍ ﻧَﺄْﺧُﺬُ ، ﻭَﻳَﻨْﺒَﻐِﻲ ﻟِﻤَﻦْ ﺟَﻌَﻞَ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏَ ﻭِﺗْﺮَ ﺻَﻼﺓِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ، ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﺑْﻦُ ﻋُﻤَﺮَ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳَﻜُﻮﻥُ ﻭِﺗْﺮُ ﺻَﻼﺓِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞِ ﻣِﺜْﻠَﻬَﺎ ، ﻻ ﻳَﻔْﺼِﻞُ ﺑَﻴْﻨَﻬُﻤَﺎ ﺑِﺘَﺴْﻠِﻴﻢٍ ، ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﻻ ﻳَﻔْﺼِﻞُ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ﺑِﺘَﺴْﻠِﻴﻢٍ ، ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﻗَﻮْﻝُ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﺣَﻨِﻴﻔَﺔَ ، ﺭَﺣِﻤَﻪُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ .

(IV):.. Sanad (Chain): Abdur Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Mas’oodi »» Amr bin Murrah »» Abi Ubaidah (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya: WITR, Maghrib ki 3 Raka’ton ki tarah 3 Rakatei’n hain. [Muatta Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah)]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَﻦِ ﺑْﻦُ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩِﻱُّ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﻤْﺮِﻭ ﺑْﻦِ ﻣُﺮَّﺓَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻋُﺒَﻴْﺪَﺓَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺑْﻦُ ﻣَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩٍ : ” ﺍﻟْﻮِﺗْﺮُ ﺛَﻼﺙٌ ﻛَﺜَﻼﺙِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ”

Is ki Sanad Sahih hai albattah is me Ye shubah hai ke Abi Ubaidah (rahimahullah) ne apne Baap Ibn Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) se suna hai ya nahi.

Lekin is ki Shaahid maujood hai.

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﻣُﻌَﺎﻭِﻳَﺔَ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻜْﻔُﻮﻑُ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻷَﻋْﻤَﺶِ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺍﻟْﺤَﺎﺭِﺙِ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻣَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﺍﻟْﻮِﺗْﺮُ ﺛَﻼﺙٌ ﻛَﺼَﻼﺓِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ”

Ye asar bilkul Sahih hai.

(V):.. Ye Hadees Marfoo’an bhi rivaayat ki gayi hai.

Matn (Text): Ibn Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: “Raat ke Witr 3 hain Jaise Din ke Witr Ya’ni Namaaz-e-Maghrib.” [Sunan Daarqutni]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺤَﺴَﻦُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺭَﺷِﻴﻖٍ ﺑِﻤِﺼْﺮَ ، ﺛﻨﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺃَﺣْﻤَﺪَ ﺑْﻦِ ﺣَﻤَّﺎﺩٍ ﺍﻟﺪُّﻭﻻﺑِﻲُّ , ﺛﻨﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺧَﺎﻟِﺪٍ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺳِﻨَﺎﻥٍ , ﺛﻨﺎ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ ﺑْﻦُ ﺯَﻛَﺮِﻳَّﺎ ﺍﻟْﻜُﻮﻓِﻲُّ , ﺛﻨﺎ ﺍﻷَﻋْﻤَﺶُ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺍﻟْﺤَﺎﺭِﺙِ , ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺨَﻌِﻲِّ , ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻣَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩٍ , ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ : ” ﻭِﺗْﺮُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞِ ﺛَﻼﺙٌ ﻛَﻮِﺗْﺮِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ﺻَﻼﺓُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ”

Imaam Daarqutni (rahimahullah) ne is ke Ek Raavi Yahya bin Zakariyya ko Za’eef kaha hai.

Magar Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) ne in ko [Kitaab As-Siqaat] me shumaar kiya hai.

Ye Hadees agarchah Sanadan kuch Za’eef hai lekin Matn ke lihaaz se bilkul SAHIH hai Jaisa ke Ibn Umar (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ki Marfoo’ rivaayat aur Ibn Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ke Mauqoof Aasaar is ke SHAAHID hain.

(VI):.. Sanad (Chain): Isma’eel bin Ibraheem »» Lais »» Ata’ (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Abdullah bin Abbas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya: “WITR, MAGHRIB ki Namaaz ke maanind (tarah) hain.” [Muatta Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah)]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﺇِﺳْﻤَﺎﻋِﻴﻞُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺇِﺑْﺮَﺍﻫِﻴﻢَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻟَﻴْﺚٍ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﻄَﺎﺀٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﺑْﻦُ ﻋَﺒَّﺎﺱٍ ﺭَﺿِﻲَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻨْﻬُﻤَﺎ ، ” ﺍﻟْﻮِﺗْﺮُ ﻛَﺼَﻼﺓِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻐْﺮِﺏِ ”

(VII):.. Sanad (Chain): Ya’qoob bin Ibraheem »» Hussain bin Ibraheem (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya: “Sirf 1 Raka’t (WITR) bilkul JAAYEZ Nahi.” [Muatta Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah)]

(VIII):.. Sanad (Chain): Sa’eed bin Aroobah »» Qatadah »» Zaraarah bin Abi Aufa »» Saeed bin Hishaam (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Aishah (raziallahu ta’ala anha) se rivaayat hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) WITR ki 2 Raka’t me SALAAM Nahi Pheirte the. [Muatta Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah)]

(IX):.. HADEES: Hazrat Aishah (raziallahu ta’ala anha) farmaati hain ke: Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), Ramazan aur Ghair-Ramazan me 11 Raka’ton se Zyadah Nahi Parhte the. Pehle 4 Raka’tein parhte, Kuch Na poocho ke Wo Kitni Haseen wa Taweel hoti thi’n, Phir 4 Raka’tein parhte Kuch Na Poocho Kitni Haseen aur Taweel hoti thi’n, Phir 3 RAKA’T WITR parhte the. [Sahih Bukhari; Sahih Muslim]

(X):.. HADEES: Abdullah bin Abbas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) farmaate hain ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Raat ko Pehle 8 Raka’t (Tahajjud) parhte Phir 3 Raka’t WITR parhte, Phir 2 Raka’t (Sunnat) FAJAR KI NAMAZ se pehle Parhte. [Sunan Nisaa’i]

(XI):.. Sanad (Chain): Abu Haneefah »» Abu Ja’far (rahmatullahi alaihim)

Matn (Text): Abu Ja’far (rahimahullah) farmaate hain ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Namaaz-e-Esha’n aur Namaaz-e-Fajar ke darmyaan 13 Rakatei’n parha karte the. 8 Raka’t Nawaafil, 3 Raka’t WITR aur 2 Raka’t FAJAR ki SUNNATEI’N.

SAHEEH AHAADEES WA AASAAR SE SAABIT HO GAYA HAI KE WITR KI NAMAAZ MAGHRIB KI NAMAAZ KI TARAH HAI AUR KHUD RASOOLULLAH (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se 3 RAKA’T WITR PARHNA SAABIT HAI.

Jo Log HANAFI MASLAK ke DUSHMAN hain. Jo 3 Raka’t WITR parhne waalo’n ko Ahadees ka Mukhaalif girdaante hain, Aksar dekha gaya hai ke aise Log Hadees peish karte hain Jiska Mazmoon hai: WITR KO US TARAH NA PARHO KE MAGHRIB SE MUSHABIHAT (Imitation) HO.

Is Hadees ko rivaayat kiya hai Imam Haakim ne Apni [AL-MUSTADRAK] me.

Jin rivaayaat me WITR ko MAGHRIB ki Namaaz ki tarah bayaan kiya gaya hai, Un ki Roshni me Is Hadees ka Maf’hoom samjha Jaayega.

Asal baat Ye hai ke WITR aur MAGHRIB ki Namazo’n me MUSHAABIHAT bhi hai aur FARQ bhi hai.

MUSHABIHAT: Ye hai ke MAGHRIB aur WITR ki 3 Rakatei’n hain aur Dono 1 Salaam se adaa ki Jaati hain.

ADAM MUSHABIHAT (Ya’ni WITR aur MAGHRIB me FARQ): Ye hai ke Maghrib ki Teesri Raka’t me sirf Surah Fatihah ki Qira’t hai aur Witr ki Teesri Raka’t me Mukammal Qira’t hai. Aur Maghrib ki Namaz me Qira’t ke fauran ba’d Rukoo’ hai aur Witr me RafaulYadain aur Qunoot ke ba’d Rukoo’ hai.

To FARQ ho gaya aur WITR ki MAGHRIB ki Namaaz se MUSHABIHAT Khatm ho gayi.

Agar Is Hadees ka Maqsad Ye hota ke Te’daad-e-Raka’t me MUSHABIHAT Khatm karne ki baat kahi Ja rahi hai to Phir Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne 3 Raka’t WITR bhi parhe hain Jo SAHIH BUKHARI wa SAHIH MUSLIM ki rivaayaat se saabit hain.

Waise Mukammal Hadees ka Maf’hoom Kuch Is tarah banta hai: 3 Raka’t ke saath WITR mat Parha Karo, balke 5 Ya 7 Parho aur Maghrib ki Namaz se Mushaabihat mat Ikhtiyaar Karo.

Ya Phir Yu’n ke, MAGHRIB ki Namaaz se Mushabihat mat Ikhtiyar Karo, WITR ke taur par 5 Ya 7 Ya 11 Ya Zaayed raka’t Parha karo.

To Ye Zaayed mazmoon ye bataata hai ke Maqsad Ye Nahi ke darmyaan me SALAAM pheira Na Jaaye Ya Qaidah Na kiya Jaaye balke In Rivayaat ka Maqsood Ye hai ke Aadmi WITR ki 3 Raka’t par hi Iktifa na kare balke 2-4-6 Jo ho sake Mazeid Ba-taur Nafl wa Tahajjud adaa kare.
