Aur aksar dekhne me aata hai ke khud Baithe-Baithe Ek Naya Masla’h Banaane Ki Koshish, har dam Ulema-e-Ahnaaf per Bhotaan lagaane ki Koshish me lagey rehte hain..

Agar Koi Sharaab Piyega to Usey Nahi Rokenge, Agar koi Bad-akhlaaq hai to Usey Bad-akhlaaqee Se Nahi Rokenge, Agar koi Be-Namaazi ho to Usey Namaazi banaane Ki Koshish Nahi Karte balke Agar Koi Sharaab Se Door Ho kar Namaazi Ban jaaye wo Usey Kehte hain Saaheb Aap ki Namaaz Nahi hui aur Jo shakhs Agar Koi Gandaa Kaam Karta ho Apne Buzrugo’n Ke Saath Be-akhlaaqi Karta ho Uski Taraf Inka Dhyaan tak Nahi Jaata Balki Jo Bechaarah Namaz Padhne Lage Uski Namaz me Khalal Daalte hain.

1. Hazrat Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) se rivaayat hai: Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne Farmaaya: Jab Mard aurat ke Chaaro koniyo ke beech baithe phir is per zor lagaaye (koshish kare) ya’ni Jima’ (Sexual Intercourse) karey to Ghusl Waajib ho gaya!! [Sahi Bukhaari, Hadees # 285]

Ye Hadees Mard-o-Aurat Ke liye hai Na-Baaligh Larka wa Larki ke Liye Nahi hai.!! Chunanchah Khud hadees ke Alfaaz hain Ke Mard-o-Aurat! Ghusl Ke Waajib Per Guftagu Aagey aa rahi Hai.!!

Imaam Bukhaari (rahimahullah) Is Hadees ko naqal karne Ke Ba’d Farmaya:

“Ghusl Kar lena Behter hai. Aur zaroori hai aur hamne jo (iske Khilaaf Hadees)  Hazrat Usmaan (raziallahu anhu) aur Ubayy-bin-Ka’ab (raziallahu anhu) ki Bayaan ki to isliye ke Sahaaba (raziallahu anhu) ka is masla’h me Ikhtilaaf hai.” [Sahi Bukhari Hadees # 285]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﻣَﻌْﻤَﺮٍ ، ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟْﻮَﺍﺭِﺙِ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ : ﻭَﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺳَﻠَﻤَﺔَ ، ﺃَﻥَّ ﻋَﻄَﺎﺀَ ﺑْﻦَ ﻳَﺴَﺎﺭٍ ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻩُ ، ﺃَﻥَّ ﺯَﻳْﺪَ ﺑْﻦَ ﺧَﺎﻟِﺪٍ ﺍﻟْﺠُﻬَﻨِﻲَّ ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻩُ ، ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﺳَﺄَﻝَ ﻋُﺜْﻤَﺎﻥَ ﺑْﻦَ ﻋَﻔَّﺎﻥَ ، ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺭَﺃَﻳْﺖَ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺟَﺎﻣَﻊَ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺟُﻞُ ﺍﻣْﺮَﺃَﺗَﻪُ ﻓَﻠَﻢْ ﻳُﻤْﻦِ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻋُﺜْﻤَﺎﻥُ : ” ﻳَﺘَﻮَﺿَّﺄُ ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﻳَﺘَﻮَﺿَّﺄُ ﻟِﻠﺼَّﻠَﺎﺓِ ﻭَﻳَﻐْﺴِﻞُ ﺫَﻛَﺮَﻩُ ” ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻋُﺜْﻤَﺎﻥُ : ﺳَﻤِﻌْﺘُﻪُ ﻣِﻦْ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ، ﻓَﺴَﺄَﻟْﺖُ ﻋَﻦْ ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﻋَﻠِﻲَّ ﺑْﻦَ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻃَﺎﻟِﺐٍ ، ﻭَﺍﻟﺰُّﺑَﻴْﺮَ ﺑْﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻮَّﺍﻡِ ، ﻭَﻃَﻠْﺤَﺔَ ﺑْﻦَ ﻋُﺒَﻴْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻭَﺃُﺑَﻲَّ ﺑْﻦَ ﻛَﻌْﺐٍ ﺭَﺿِﻲَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻨْﻬُﻢْ ﻓَﺄَﻣَﺮُﻭﻩُ ﺑِﺬَﻟِﻚَ .

3. Hazrat Abu Ayoob Ansaari (raziallahu anhu) ne Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) se Aisa hi suna (jaise Hazrat  Usmaan (raziallahu anhu) ne suna.) [Sahi Bukhari Hadees # 286]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ : ﻭَﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺳَﻠَﻤَﺔَ ، ﺃَﻥَّ ﻋُﺮْﻭَﺓَ ﺑْﻦَ ﺍﻟﺰُّﺑَﻴْﺮِ ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻩُ ﺃَﻥَّ ﺃَﺑَﺎ ﺃَﻳُّﻮﺏَ ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻩُ ، ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﺳَﻤِﻊَ ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﻣِﻦْ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ .

5. Hazrat Ubayy-bin-Ka’ab (raziallahu anhu) ne Bayaan kiya ke Unhoney Poocha Ya Rasooullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Jab koi Mard (shoher) Apni aurat (biwi) se Jima’ Kare aur Inzaal na ho to kya Kare.? Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne Farmaya: Aurat ke Badan se jo lagaya usko Dho daale phir WUZU ker le Aur namaz Padhle, [Sahi Bukhari Hadees # 287]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻣُﺴَﺪَّﺩٌ ، ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻫِﺸَﺎﻡِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋُﺮْﻭَﺓَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺃَﻳُّﻮﺏَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﺃُﺑَﻲُّ ﺑْﻦُ ﻛَﻌْﺐٍ ، ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻳَﺎ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺟَﺎﻣَﻊَ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺟُﻞُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺮْﺃَﺓَ ﻓَﻠَﻢْ ﻳُﻨْﺰِﻝْ ؟ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻳَﻐْﺴِﻞُ ﻣَﺎ ﻣَﺲَّ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺮْﺃَﺓَ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ ، ﺛُﻢَّ ﻳَﺘَﻮَﺿَّﺄُ ﻭَﻳُﺼَﻠِّﻲ ”

Imaam Bukhaari (rahimahullah) ne Farmaya Ghusl kar lene me Zyadah Ehtiyaat hai.!! [Sahi Bukhari Hadees # 287]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﻋَﺒْﺪ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ : ﺍﻟْﻐَﺴْﻞُ ﺃَﺣْﻮَﻁُ ﻭَﺫَﺍﻙَ ﺍﻟْﺂﺧِﺮُ ، ﻭَﺇِﻧَّﻤَﺎ ﺑَﻴَّﻨَّﺎ ﻟِﺎﺧْﺘِﻠَﺎﻓِﻬِﻢْ

Note: Ye Tamaam Ahadees Aadmi Ke Mu’amlah me hain Jo Ke Aksar Firqa (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees Peish Karte hain, Qara’een.! Jab Ye Ahadees Aadmi Ke Masla’h me hai To Is Masla’h me Ulama-e-Ahnaaf Ka Kehna hai ke Ghusl Waajib hoga Aadmi aur Aurat Per! Lekin (Na-Baaligh) Baccho’n Aur Bachiyo’n per Nahi!

Aur isi Terha Ek Hadees Aur Jo Bachho Ke baare me hai Un per Kuch Waajib Nahi!!

6. Hazrat Aaishah (raziallahu anha) se rivayat hai Nabi Kareem (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Farmaya: Teen logo’n se Qalam Utha liya jaata hai, soye hue se Yahan tak Ke Jaag na Jaaye aur kam Umar se (na-baalig) se Yaha’n tak ke Bada (baligh) na ho jaaye, Paagal se yaha’n tak ke aqal aye ya hosh sambhaale. [Sunan Nas’ai, Ghair-Muqallid Sheikh Albani ne is Hadees ko Sahi Kaha hai]

Hazrat Usmaan (raziallahu anhu) ki Rivaayat aur Baaqi Sahaaba Ki Rivaayat se pata chala ki Ghusl Waajib Nahi, Imaam Bukhaari (rahimahullah) ne Farmaya Ahtiyaat ye hai ke Ghusl Kar liya Jaaye!!

Isiliye Hakeem-ul-Ummat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thaanvi (Rahimahullah) ne is ko Waajib Nahi Kaha!! Balki Hashiyah me Likha Ahtiyaat ke Baare me Jo ke Aksar Ghair-Muqallideen nahi Padhte!!

      1)kya choti umr ki ladki ( nabaligh ) se sohbat ki ijjazat hai ?
      2)Aur is tarah ke masail kitaab mein kyo rakhe gai hai ?
      3) Kya quran ko tarjuma se nahi padhni chahiye , kyo ke mere ghair muqallid dost ko roka gaya hai ?
      4)Talighi jamaat main 3/10/40 din ya 4 mahine hi kyo muqarar hai ?
      5) tablighi jamaat main sirf fazaail e amaal hi kyo padhaya jata hai jabki tafseer e quran bhi zaya zaroori hai ?

        Al-Jawab: Abdul Rauf Bhai pehle to aap ye bataye ke sawalaat (Khaskar pehle 2 sawal) aap ko kis GM ne poocha hai? Ghair-Musalaman ne poocha hai ya Ghair-Muqallid ne poocha hai?

        Ye dono sawal aap kisi bhi mutassib Ghair-Musalaman ki kitab main dekhlizye. Jab Islam per kalaam karta hai to ye sawal wo apni kitab main likhta hai. Christian, Hindu, Jews, Munkireen Hadees ki kitab ya unke website per aapko unka ye aitraaz miljayega.

        “choti umr ki ladki (nabaligh)” se aapka kia muraad hai? Zara khool kar maidan mai kadam rakhye Janab!

        Darasal ye dono sawal ka talluq Ummul Momeneen Hazrat Ammi Aisha Siddiqa (Radiallahu Anha) se hai. Bukhari Shareef ki riwayat (7:65 aur 7:88) ke mutabik aapka Nikah Nabi-e-Rehmat (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se 6 saal ki Umr mai hui aur aapse Sohbat ka Umr 9 saal bataya gaya.

        Is riwayat se kia pata chala? Aap kis ke chakkar mai aakar kis per Kalam kar rahe hai?

        * Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) per?
        * Ammi Aisha Siddiqa (Radiallahu Anha) per?
        * Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) per?

        Aaj Ghair-Muqallideen hazraat itna gir gaye hai ke Ahle Sunnat per kalam karne ke liye

        Kafiro ka sahara le rahe hai! Na Khuda ka khauf hai aur na Sharm-o-Haya. Yaad rahe jinlogo

        ka tarika pasand karte hai kal Qayamat ke din unhi logo ke saath unka hashar hoga. Mere pas

        alfaaz nahi isliye bus mai shayar ki Zuban main kehta hu:

        “AGAR HAQ PEHCHAANNA HAI,
        TO BATIL KE TEER KA NISHANA DEKH LO,
        JAHAAN TEER LAG’AIN, WOHI HAQ HAI”

        Teer kaha se laya gaya hai aur kis per nishana badha gaya hai, khud dekh lizye. Baqi Aqalmand Ke Liye Ishara Kafi Hai……

        Ab practical nazariye se aapka sawal ka jawab dekhye. Ek Musalman ko har halat mai Quran-o-Sunnah per amal pera hona hai. Aapko khoob maloom hoga Rajisthan, Bihar wagira mai kam Umr ki ladki ki shadi kardi jati hai. Ab aise halat mai Sohbat ki jayegi ke nahi? Iska jawab aap Quran ya Sahih Sareeh hadees se pesh kijye.

        Aur is tarah ke masail ayenge to iski rehnumayi bhi zaroorat hai. To kitab mai likhne harz kia hai? Kia hadees ki kitabon main Sohbat aur aurton ke periods wagira ke masail nahi likha?

        Mujhe to aisa lagta hai Allah kisi ka aqal zaya karna chata hai to usse FTINA GHAIRMUQALLIDIYAT ka hami bana deta hai. Aise log Aqal parasti ka sikar hote hai. Mai kehta hu Aise logo se Beghair Sahih Ilm-e-Deen ke baat karna khatra se khali nahi!

        Chaunke maine ye assume karke likha hai ke ye sawal aapke Ghairmuqallid dost ne poocha hai isliye Ghairmuqallideen Ke masail per zara ek jhalak dekh-lizye:

        3) Kya quran ko tarjuma se nahi padhni chahiye , kyo ke mere ghair muqallid dost ko roka gaya hai?

        Al-Jawab: “Mujhe Quran Ka Tarjuma padhne se roka gaya.” Ye Ghairmuqallideen ka kafi purana

        gheesa-peeta waswasa hai.

        Pehli baat:

        Bhai Jisne Roka sawal unse kijye. Mujhe kia maloom Kisne aur kaise roka?

        Jisne roka hai kia wo koi Motabar bade Aalim hai? Agar hai to kia aap mere saath unki meeting skype per karwa sakte hai? Aap kaha se hai? Agar jagah bata de to acha rahega ya apna contact number mujhe e-mail kare. Mera koi jaan-pehchan wala us ilake mai hoga to unhe kahunga us shaksh se jakar direct baat kare jinhone ne tarjuma padhne se roka hai.

        “Roka” se kia muraad? Saaf alfaaz mai bataiye. Quran haath se chin lia tha? Sir per pistol lagaya tha kia? Ke Quran ka Tarjuma padhoge to shoot kardunga? Ya sirf Zubani kaha “mat Padho” ya saath kuch aur bhi kaha tha?

        Dusri baat:

        Dekhye Tarjuma isi liye kia jata hai takay awam padh sake warna Tarjuma karne ka faida kia hai? Ulema Tarjuma khud padhne ke liye likhte hai ya awam ke liye likhte hai?

        Dusri baat khalish tarjuma padhne se baat puri tarha saaf nahi hoti, Quran ko samajhne ke liye Hadees ki zaroorat padhti hai. To behtar ye hota hai ke Tarjuma ke bajaye Tafseer pada jaye. Isme faida ye hota hai ke aapko Ayat ki Shan-e-Nuzool aur ahkaam bhi samajh ajate hai aur Ahkaam-e-Ilahi per amal karna ashaan hojata hai. Ghalati samajhne ki gunzaish kam hoti hai.         “Fazail Amaal” Fazail ki kitab hai. Is tarha ki kitab pehle bhi likhi gayi hai.Aise kitab ka maqsad sirf Amaal per raghbat dilana hota hai. Is kitab ke chapter dekhye Isme Fazail Quran per ek chapter bhi hai. Chunacha mana kisi ne nahi kia, aapke pas time hai to aap Tafseer ki kitab khud padhye. Tabligh ke asani ke liye ek khas Nisab murattab kia gaya hai.Ye awam wa khawas sabke liye yaksa hai. Ashaan hai, koi bhi samjh sakta hai. Isper kalam karne wale ko bewakoof he kaha jasakta hai.         5. Kia aaj Jihad ki zaroorat nahi? Masha’Allah Dr.Zakir Naik ke pas itna bada International platform hone ke bawajood wo jagah jagah jakar aur apne peace tv per Jihad Ke Fazail per rozana 4-5 ghante program kyu nahi karte?

      Bhai Biwi ke saath periods (haiz, dates, mense) ke dauran sohbat karna haram hai. Agar aisa kisi ne ghalati se karliya to Taubah karna zaroori hai.
