Masla Nikah – Ek Mukaalma

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Ek Sunni aur Ghairmukallid Ke beech azdawaj Ke Silsile se Baat-Chit. Umeed hai sab ke liye mufeed sabit hoga.

Sunni: Assalamu alaikum

Ghairmuqallid: Wa Alaikum Assalam.

Sunni: Kya Apka Nikah hogaya hai?

Ghairmuqallid: Alhamdu lillah Sunnat tareekhe par hua hai.

Sunni: Ap log to khud ko Ahle Hadees kehte ho phir Sunnat tareekhe par Nikah? Zara tafseel batayen.

Ghairmuqallid: Arey tum log jahil ke jahil rahogey, tum kahan SUNNAT par NIKAH kar sakte ho. Sunnat par NIKAH to hum karte hain. Tum log to TAQLEED karte ho. Dekho Meri 4 Nikah hogaye hain 5we ki tayyari hai. Jald hi hogi paanchwi.

Sunni: 5 wa nikah?? Nikah to 4 hi kar sakte hai ye 5wa kahan se agaya janab.

Ghairmuqallid: Tum Muqallid jahil ke jahil hi rahoge tumhe SUNNAT se kahan ka Wasta dekho Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke NIKAH me ek sath 9 AZWAAJ the, tum log to SUNNAT par AMAL nahi karoge hum AHLE HADEES HAR SUNNAT se amal karte hai.

Sunni: Janab Wo Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki khususyat thi. Hamare lye sirf 4 hai wo bhi agar istetaat ho to warna ek hi karna chahye. Dekho ! Quran me hai ke:

Tum Aurto se Nikah karo ek ke ilawa do do, teen teen, char char jo pasand ho nikah karo phir daro ke agar insaf na kar sakoge to ek hi Nikah karo.[4:3] 

Aimma Arba aur Jamhoor ka Maslak ye hai ke 4 se ziada ek sath Nikah karna jayaz nahi. Is par Ijma bhi hai.

Ghair Muqallid: Arey tum Muqallid to Jahil hote ho har jagah TAQLEED karte ho. Ijma ijma ki ratt lagate ho Hum Ahle Hadees hai hamare 2 Usool Quran aur Saheeh Hadees.

Aur ye Quran ki Ayat jo tune pesh ki hai usse Murad sirf 4 karna nahi hai. Wo Misal dekar bataya gaya hai ke do do teen teen char char karsakte hai ye Misal hai. Tum Muqallido ko Quran kahan se samajh ayegi. Misal dekar samjhaya hai 4 ke agey karsakte hai. Jahil Muqallid.

Sunni: Arey janab ap ghalat tafseer kar rahe ho dekho Quran ki ayat ki Tafseer Khud se karoge to Gumrah hojaoge, Dekho Hadees me bhi hai ke GHAILAN BIN SAQAFI ne jab ISLAM QABOOL kiya tha tab unke Nikah me 10 Aurten thi. To Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne unko hukum diya ke wo in 10 me se sirf CHAR (4) ko apne lye Pasand karlen. Dekho is Hadees se sabit ho raha hai ke sirf 4 aurto ke ek waqt me Nikah me rakha jasakta hai usse ziada ko nahi. Ye riwayat Tirmizi, Musnad Shafai,Ibne Maja wagaira me hai.

Ghairmuqallid: Arey Jahil Muqallid. Ye jo Hadees tune pesh ki hai ye ZAEEF hai. Tum Muqallid to Zaeef hadees hi par Amal karte ho.

Dekho MUJADDID E ISLAM NAWAB OF BHOPAL NOOR UL HASAN JO BADE MUHADDIS HAI unhone ARFUL JADI me wazahat ki hai ke YE HADEES KO AGARCHE IBNE HIBBAN Aur HAKIM ne SAHEEH KAHA MAGAR IMAM BUKHARI AUR ABU ZARAA AUR ABU HATIM ne isko Malool kaha hai (Aurful Jadi 111, 112) par tafseel se ye MASLA hai tum to MUQALLID ho; Jahil ho tum kahan tehqeeq karoge. Hum Ahle Hadees hai har Amal tehqeeq se karte hai. Chal ja Jahil Muqallid.

Sunni: SAHEEH HAI KE JAB TAQLEED CHORDOGE SALAF SAALIHEEN KA RASTA CHORDOGE to aise hi GUMRAH hoge. Us Hadees ko Ibne Kaseer rah ne BUKHARI-o- MUSLIM ke usool par kaha hai. Alhamdu lillah hum MUQALLID HAI SALAF SAALIHEEN ki Tehqeeq par Bharosa karte hai. Tum log Dawa Quran Hadees ka karte ho magar Nafs parasti karte ho. Islye Quran o Hadees ke Sareeh hukum ki Mukhalifat karte ho. Allah Ta’ala hamari tum jaise logo se hifazat farmaye aur Deen ko Salaf Saaliheen ke tareekhe par samajhne ki taufeeq de aur tum jaise Jahil ban kar khud se tehqeeq ka dawa kar ke Khud bhi Gumrah doosro ko bhi Gumrah karne se bachaye.

Note: Ye Hai Ghair Murallidyat ye log ki tehqeeq ab tak Mukammal nahi hui ye Salaf Saaliheen par aur unki tehqeeq par bharosa nahi karenge aur Khud se Jahalat ke bawajood TEHQEEQ ka dawa kar ke Gumrah honge aur dusro ko Gumrah karenge.

      Ye kaam firqa Ahle Quran (Munkireen Hadees) ka hai aur Zubair Ali Zai Sahab indirect unko support kar rahe hai. Ye batana chahte hai ke Bukhari-Muslim ki hadees aitemaad ke layak nahi. Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah wa Imam Muslim Rahimahullahne sanad ko sahi se nahi parkha.
