Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t Ka Nazariyah

ANBIYA (Alayhim As-Salaatu Was-Salaam) KE MUTA’LLAQ HAMARA NAZARIYAH:

Hum Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t, Hanafi – Deobandi, ADILLAH ARABA’H (Ya’ni Qur’an, Sunnat, Ijma’ aur Qiyaas) ki Roshni me Ye AQEEDAH aur NAZARIYAH rakhte hain ke Tamam Insano me Sirf Anbiya-e-Kiraam (Alayhim As-Salaatu Was-Salaam) MA’SOOM HAIN. Anbiya’ (Alayhim As-Salaatu Was-Salaam) ke ba’d Qiyamat tak Aane wale Insano me Koi bhi Ma’soom Nahi hai.

SAHABA-E-KIRAAM (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) KE MUA’LLAQ HAMARA NAZARIYAH:

Sahaba-e-Kiraam (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) ke muta’llaq hamara Ye Aqeedah hai ke Tamam Sahaba (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) JANNATI hain, MI’YAAR-E-HAQQ hain, Inko Bura Bhala Kehna NA-JAYEZ wa HARAAM hai. Hum Kisi Sahabi par TANQEED BARDASHT Nahi karte. Sahaba (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) Qur’ani Shaqsiyaat hain Na ke Sirf TAREEKHI.

Jo Sahaba (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) par TANQEED Kare Usey Ahl-e-SUNNAT WAL JAMA’T se KHAARIJ samajhte hain. Jo SAHABArr (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) Ki TAKFEER Kare Usey KAAFIR samajhte hain.

Magar Hum Sahaba-e-Kiraam (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) ko Anbiya (Alayhim As-Salaatu Was-Salaam) ki tarah MA’SOOM NAHI MAANTE Jis tarah SHIA’ RAWAFIZ Apne Imamo ko Ma’soom maante hain.

AHL-E-BAIT KIRAAM (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) KE MUTA’LLAQ HAMARA NAZARIYAH:

Hum Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t, Hanafi – Deobandi, Sahaba wa Ahle Bait (Raziallahu Ta’la Anhum) dono se Yaksaan MUHABBAT rakhte hain. Aur dono se ADAAWAT ko GUMRAAHI Qaraar dete hain.

TAABA’EEN WA TABE TAABA’EEN (Rahmahumullahu Ta’la) KE MUTA’LLAQ HAMARA NAZARIYAH:

Rasool Akram (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke Irshaad ke mutabiq Inka Zamanah KHAIRUL QUROON ka Zamanah kehlata hai. Isliye Ye BEHTAREEN ZAMANAH ke LOG hain.

Hum inko bhi Ma’soom Nahi maante, In par Tanqeed ko Bardasht karte hain Magar Inki TAUHEEN ko Bardasht Nahi karte. Usool wa Qawaa’id Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t aur Jarah wa Ta’deel ke Muslimah Usoolon ke mutabiq Agar Koi In par JARAH kare to Sirf BARDASHT karte hain.

A’IMMA-E-MUJTAHIDEEN (Rahmahumullahu Ta’la) KE MUTA’LLAQ HAMARA NAZARIYAH:

A’imma-e-Araba’h Ya’ni Imam Abu Haneefah, Imam Malik, Imam Shaafa’i aur Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (Rahmahumullahu Ta’la) ko Hum Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t, Hanafi – Deobandi, Na Khuda samajhte hain Na Rasool, Na Hum ne Inka KALIMAH parha hai aur Na Hum Inko Ma’soom samajhte hain Jis tarah Shia’ Apne Imamo ko Ma’soom samajhte hain. In A’immah se Ghalti ka Imkaan (possibility) ho sakta hai.

Magar Ek hai Ghalti ka Imkaan aur Ek hai Ghalti ka Sadoor. Zaroori Nahi ke Jis se Ghalti ka Imkaan ho Us se Ghalti Saadir bhi hui ho.

In A’immah ki DEEN-E-ISLAM Ke liye BE-PANAAH Khidmaat hain. Ye Sab Allah ke Wali the, Ummat-e-Muhammadiyah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) par In Hazraat ke bohat Ahsanaat hain.

Ummat ke Ahl-e-Ilm Hazraat ne Inko MUJTAHID maana hai. Ijtihaadi Masaa’il me Inki TEHQEEQAAT PAR AMAL KARNA INKI TAQLEED Kehlata hai.

Behre haal Ye Ma’soom Nahi hain magar Inki Tauheen karna, Inko Bura bhala kehna Ya Aisi JARAH Karna Jis se TAUHEEN YA TANQEES ka PEHLOO Nikle hargiz JAYEZ Nahi samajhte. Jo Inki bila wajah TAUHEEN kare Wo GUMRAAH hai. Haan! Jarah wa Ta’deel ke Usool Jo Ahl-e-Haqq, Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t ne banaye hain, Inki Roshni me agar Koi Jarah karta hai (Jarah karna aur baat hai, Gaaliyaan dena, Tauheen karna, Takfeer karna Ye alag baat hai) to Isko sirf Jayez samajhte hain. Wo Jarah durust hai bhi Ya Nahi, Ye Masla’h alag hai.

BA’D KE LOGON KE MUTA’LLAQ NAZARIYAH:

Sahaba (Raziallahu ta’la Anhum), Taaba’een, Tabe Taaba’een, A’imma-e-Mujtahideen (Rahmatullahi alaihim) ke ba’d se le kar Qayamat tak aane wale Jo log hain chaahe Wo Kisi bhi Tibqa se ho, Mufassir, Muhaddis, Mu’arriq, Mutakallim, Fuqaha’, Musannif, Hanafi, Shaafa’i, Maaliki, Hanbali waghera waghera Jo bhi ho Unke muta’llaq Hamara Nazariyah Ye hai ke Ye Ma’soom Nahi, Inse Ghalti ho sakti hai aur ba’z se Ghaltiyan hui bhi hain. In Hazraat par Usool ke mutabiq TANQEED ho sakti hai. Inki baat li bhi Ja sakti hai aur Radd bhi ki Ja sakti hai.

Inki Kitabon me har Qism ki batein mil jati hain, Hamare Nazdeek Inki Taqseem is tarah hai.

1. Agar Inhone Qur’an wa Sunnat ki Koi baat Apni Kitabon me Naql ki hai to Usey maanna Zaruri hai. Kyonke Ye Unki baat Nahi hai, Unhone to Sirf Naql ki hai.

2. Agar Inki Kitabon me aisi baat maujood hai Jo ba-zaahir Humein Qur’an wa Sunnat ke khilaf Nazar aati hai to Hum Apni poori Koshish karenge ke Isko Qur’an wa Sunnat ke mutabiq karein. Agar Ta’ruz Kisi tarah Khatm Nahi hota to Phir Isko Chhor denge aur Qur’an wa Sunnat par Amal karenge Magar Iske Musannif ko Kafir Nahi kahenge Na Uski Tauheen karenge Kyonke Wo Musalman Aalim hai. Aur Ek Musalman ke Jo Hum par Huqooq hain Un ka Khyaal rakhenge.

3. Agar Inki Kitabon me aisi baat Payi jaaye Jo Adilla-e-Araba’h (Qur’an, Sunnat, Ijma’, Qiyas) se to Saabit Nahi Magar Inke khilaf bhi Nahi aur Na hi Ahl-e-Sunnat ke Kisi Usool ke khilaf hai to Isme Aadmi ko Iqtiyar hai, Chaahe Maane aur Chaahe Inkaar kare, Magar Hum Isko maante hain.

4. Agar Kisi Aalim ki baat me Ta’ruz ya Tazaad ho to Uski Aakhri baat ka A’itebaar hoga. Agar Ye Ma’loom Na ho sake to Chhor denge.

5. Agar Kisi Aalim-e-Deen ki baat me Kisi Jagah Iqtisaar hai aur Kisi Jagah Tafseel to Tafseeli baat ka A’itebaar hoga.

6. Agar Kisi Aalim ki Apne hath se Likhi hui Kitab aur Uske Malfoozaat Ya is qism ki deegar Cheezon ka Aapas me Ta’ruz ho to Uski Apne Hath se Likhi hui Kitab ka A’itebaar hoga.

7. Agar Kisi Aalim ke FATWON me hi Ta’ruz ho to Jo Fatwa Aakhri daur ka hoga aur Uske Mazhab ke mutabiq hoga wo Qabil-e-Amal hoga, doosra Shaaz samjha Jayega.

8. Tamam Soofya-e-Kiraam ki Jo Apni batein hain Wo DEEN me HUJJAT Nahi hain aur NA Qur’an wa Sunnat ki Aisi TASHREEH Jo MUHADDISEEN aur FUQAHA’-E-UMMAT ke Khilaf ho Wo Qubool ki Jayegi. Soofiya-e-Kiraam ki sirf aur sirf Wo batein Jo Qur’an wa Sunnat ke mutabiq ho TASLEEM ki Jayengi.

Hum Soofya ke Wo Tamam Salaasal Jo Mash’hoor aur Maqbool hain Unko TASLEEM karte hain. Hum Aise TASAWWUF ke Qayel hain Jo Qur’an wa Sunnat ke mutabiq ho. Jo TASAWWUF Quran wa Sunnat ke mutabiq Nahi, Hum Usko TASAWWUF hi Nahi samajhte. Magar Hum Kisi Neik Buzrug, Soofi, Allah ke Wali ki Takfeer ya Tauheen Nahi karte Na Isko Pasand karte hain. Uska mu’amlah Allah ta’la ke Suprad karte hain.

9. Agar Kisi Maslak ke Aalim ne apne Ilm ke mutabiq Ek baat likhi hai Ya Fatwa diya hai aur Usi Maslak ke Kisi doosre Aalim ne Apni Tehqeeq ke mutabiq doosra Fatwa diya hai to Jo baat Mufti biha aur Ma’mool biha hogi Usko Mazhab qarar diya Jayega aur doosre ko SHAAZ ya GHALAT ya MANSOOQ samjha Jayega.

10. Hamare Nazdeek Ilm Tafseer ki baat Usool Tafseer ke mutabiq, Ilm Hadees ki baat Usool Hadees ke mutabiq, Fiqh ki baat Usool Fiqh ke mutabiq, Tasawwuf ki baat Usool Tasawwuf ke mutabiq aur Fiqh Hanafi ki baat Fiqh Hanafi ke Usoolon ke mutabiq honi chahiye. Doosron ke Usool Fiqh-e-Hanafi par Naafiz Nahi karne chahiye. Jarah wa Ta’deel, Tehqeeq wa Tanqeed ke bhi Usool muqarrar hain, inke mutabiq kaam karna chahiye.

Hamare Khiyaal me agar Aise Kiya Jaye to Hamari Aapas ki bohat si Laraa’iyaan Khatm ho sakti hain. Agar In Usoolon par amal kiya Jaaye to Firqa-e-Jadeed (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees ke FIQH-E-HANAFI par Kiye Jaane waale JAHILANAH wa BE-JAA AITRAZAAT KHUD BA KHUD KHATAM ho Jaate hain
