Ghairmuaqallid “Muhaqeeq” Dawood Arshad Sahab ki Jhoot aur Bad-diyantiy’an per Ek Nazar

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Seene per hath bandhna liye Gairmuqallideen ka Mashoor Mas’ala hai. Lekin is mas’ale ko sabit karne ke liye Gairmuqallideen ko kitna  jhoot bolta he aapke samne Pesh-e- Kheedmat hai.

Barelvi Maslak ke ek mashoor Aalim Mufti Ahmed Yaar Na’eemi  Sahab ne ek Kitab “Jaa-Al-Haq” likhi jo ke kafi mashoor kitab hai. Iske jawab me Gairmuqallideen ke ek Muhaqeeq Maulana Abu Shoaib Muhammed Dawood Arshad Sahab ne Kitab likhi  Jiska naam hai “Deen Al Haq Ba-Jawab Jaa Al Haq”  hai. Is kitab ko Maktaba-e-Azizia, Lahore (Pakistan) ne 2001 mai shaya kiya hai. Is kitab main Mufti Ahmed Yaar Na’eemi  Sahab ke pesh kirda dalail ke jawab diye gaye hai.

Is Kitab ka Muqadma Mashoor Gairmuqallid Muhammed Yaha Gondalvi ne likha Aur Uske sath sath Us ki Tareef Mojoodah Dor ke mashoor Gairmuqallid Allama Mubashir Ahmed Rabbani ne bhi ki hai.

Is kitab me Muhammed Dawood Arshad Sahab Jahan Naaf ke neechay haath bandne ke barain main Mufti Ahmed Yaar Na’eemi  Sahab ke hawale per aitrazaat kia hai wahi Seene per hath bandhne ke Bare me Dalaail bhi bayan kia hai. Lekin chunke Seene per Haath bandne wali riwayat zaef hai isliye  Dawood Arshad Sahab ne  apne dalail bayan karne ke duaran Kayi Jhoot Bole hai.

DAWOOD SAHAB KE KHAYANAT WA JHOOT MULHAIZA HO:

1) Dawood Arshad Sahab Unhone ek Riwayat pesh ki Hazrat Halab (Radiallahu Anhu) Se aur Likhte he ke

“””رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ،ويَضَعُ یدهُ عَلَى صَدْرِه

Lekin Musnad Ahmed main Hazrat Halab (Radiallahu Anhu) se ye riwayat aise nahi hai jaise ke Dawood Sahab ne bayan ki hai. Kyu ke Dawood Sahab ne khaynat karte hue Hadees Ke Alfaaz Tabdeel Kardiye hai aur iske ilawa unhone Sand bayan he nahi ki takay koi Musnad Ahmed se riwayat check karle kyu ke Musnad Ahmed main iski sanad zaef hai.

Musanade Imam Ahmed Ki Riwayat ye hai, Mulhaza ho.

“حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ , حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ , عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : ” رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ , وَرَأَيْتُهُ قَالَ يَضَعُ هَذِهِ عَلَى صَدْرِهِ ” , وَصَفَّ يَحْيَى : الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى فَوْقَ الْمِفْصَلِ “۔

2) Is Riwayat me Namaz ka Alfaz hai Nahi he Jabke Dawood Sahab ne Tarjuma Karte huwe apne Marzi se usme Namaz ke alfaz shameel (Izafa) kar diya.

3) Dawood Sahab ne apna Mouquff sabit karne ke liye  khayanat ye ke ke is Riwayat se

(وَرَأَيْتُهُ قَالَ يَضَعُ هَذِهِ عَلَى صَدْرِهِ ” , وَصَفَّ يَحْيَى : الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى فَوْقَ الْمِفْصَلِ “)

Ye alfaz nikal diye.

4) Lafz “Hadah” ko “Yadhu” se Tabdeel  kar diya.

Is Tarah ye Puri riwayat me ye tabdeele ho gayi.

Dawood Sahab ne ye riwayat apne hisab se tabdeel karne ke baad mazeed 2 aur jhoot bole:

5) Dawood Sahab likhte hai  “Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah) ne aur Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah)  ne is iski sanad ko Hasan Tasleem kiya hai.” [Deen Al Haq Ba Jawab Jaa-Al-Haq, 1/218]

Dawood Sahab ka jhoot hai ke Imam Tirmzi (Rahimahullah)  is riwayat ke sanad ko  Sahih Kaha hai. Kyu ke Hazrat Halab (Radiallahu Anhu) ki ye riwayat Jame Tirmizi mai is sanad aur is alfaaz ke saath mojood he nahi. jin Alfaz ke sath Dawood Sahab ne pesh ki hai

Iske ilawa Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah) Ne Hazrat Halab (Radiallahu Anhu) Ki Jis hadees ko Hasan kaha he uskie Sanad bhi Mukhtaleef hai. To Dawood Sahab ne Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah)  kee Taraf Jhoot ki Nisbat ki hai.

6) Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah)  ka Hawala diya ke Unhone “Asaar as- Sunan me is Riwayat ko Hasan Tasleem kiya ha. Lekin yaha bhi Dawood Sahab ne Gair-Muqalledeen ke  Rosh pe chalte hue khayanat kar dali. Dawood Sahab ne Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah)  ka Muqammal Hawala pesh he nahi kiya balke Aadha Hawala pesh kiya he Aur Baki Aadha hawala chod diya kiyu ke Agar Us Hawale ko Muqammal pesh karte to us Riwayat kee haqeeqat sab ke samne aajati.

Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah)   ne ye Riwayat un Alfaz ke sath Bayan he Nahi ki Jin Alfaz ke sath Dawood Sahab ne pesh ki. Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah)  ne ye Riwayat Musnade Ahmed se pesh kee Aur musnade Ahmed kee Riwayat kee Sanad ko Hasan Tasleem Kiya. Lekin  Uske sath Aage wazahat ki ke Musnad Ahmed ki Us Riwayat ki sanad me ”عَلَى صَدْرِهِ ” ke Alfaz Gair-mehfooz hai [Asaar as- Sunan]

Lekin Dawood Arshad Sahib ne  khayanat Karte Huwe sirf  Itna bayan kiya ke Us Riwayat ki sanad hasan he aur Aage ka Hawala Chod diya.

7) Ghairmukallideen ke Maulana Dawood Arshad Sahab Maraaseel Abu Dawood se Ek Rayawat bayan karke likhte hai hai “Iski Sanad Imam Tawoos tak bilkul Sahih hai. [Deen Al Haq Ba-Jawab Jaa Al Haq, 1/218]

Ye Dawood Sahab ki Jhoot hai ke iski Sanad Sahih hai. Kyunke ye riwayat zaeef hai aur Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah) ne isko za’eef bayaan karne ke ba’d iski sanad me ek rawi ko bhi za’eef bayaan kiya hai.

Chancha Allamah Nemwi Hanafi (Rahimahullah) ye riwaayet likhne ke ba’d likhte hain ki ise Abu Dawood ne apni Maraaseel me bayaan kiya hai, lekin iski sanad za’eef hai.

Aur uski wajah bayaan karte huwe likhte hain ki ”Za’eef hone ke saath saath iski sanad me Sulaimaan bin Moosa hadees me narmi baratne waale hain aur Imaam Bukhaari (Rahimahullah) ke nazdeek Munkar ul Hadees, aur Imaam Nasai (Rahimahullah) ne farmaaya ki Qawi nahi hai, aur Al-Tqreeb me Sudooq aur Faqih kehne ke saath saath hadees me narm aur aakhri umr me Makhloot ul Kalaam farmaaya hai.” [Asaar as- Sunan]

Iske elaawa Is riwaayet ke rawi Sulaimaan bin Moosa ke baare me Imaam bukhari (Rahimahullah) bayaan karte hain ki ” hadees me qawi nahi hain” [Kitaab uz zu’faa lil  Bukhari 186]

Jis riwaayet ki sanad za’eef hai us riwaayet ko Dawood Arshad saahab Sahih keh Kar logon ko dhoka dene ki koshish kar rahe hain.

8) Maulaana Ahmed Yaar Na’eemi  Sahab ne Allamah Ibn Hazam ki kitaab se ek riwayat Hazrat Anas (rez.) ki bayaan ki hai Daahena haath Baayen haath pe Naaf ke neeche rakhna Nabuwwat ke akhlaaq me se hai. Is riwayat pe aittraaz karte huwe Maulana Dawood Arshad Sahab Likhte hain ki ”Bila shubah Imaam Hazam ne ise bayaan kiya hai magar iski sanad bayaan nahi ki…….. Khud Imaam Hazam ne saraahat ki hai ke iski Sanad nahi hai yeh bila sanad hi hai” [Deen Al Haq Ba-Jawab Jaa Al Haq, 1/226]

Is hawaale me Dawood Arshad Sahab ne Ibn Hazam ki taraf Jhoot mansoob kiya hai. Ye baat sahih hai ki Allama Ibn Hazam ne apni kitaab me ye riwaayet bila sanad bayaan ki hai lekin Ibn Hazam ne ye saraahat nahi ki ki is riwaayet ki sanad nahi hai.

“Allama” Dawood Sahab ne ye jo kaha hai ki ”Allama Ibne Hazam ne saraahat ki hai ki iski sanad zaeef hay’’ ye baat jhoot hay.
