Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) “Yateeman Fil Hadees” Ki Haqeeqat

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

Roze azal se ye baat chali aa rahi hai ke har azimul-martabat shakhsiyat ke mukhalifeen bhi hote hain aur Muttabi’een bhi. Muttabi’een us shakhsiyat par aye’temaad karte hain aur unki ta’leemaat par amal karte hain, jabke mukhalifeen ka Wateera chala aa raha hai ke wo us shakhsiyat ki beja mukhalifat me jhut, ithaam, aur zaban daraazi karte hain. Yahi kuchh Syedul Fuqaha wal Muhaddiseen Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa Nau’maan bin Saabit (Rahimahullah) ke saath bhi hua. Aap ke muttabi’een ne jahan aapki mudawwan kardah Fiqh ko Dars-o-Tadrees se kone kone tak pohchaaya wahan is (Fiqh) ko amalan naafiz kar ke Mu’aashra me aman, sukoon, insaaf aur adal ki bahaare’n luta di’n, dusri taraf mukhalifeen jo siwaye apna Naama-e-Aamaal siyah karne ke aur kuchh bhi na kar sake.

Aaj ke daur me Mukhalifeen ki roohani nasl phir se Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) ki shakhsiyat par keechar uchhaalne aur unki bedaagh zindagi ko (Alayaazu billah) daaghdaar saabit karne ke liye chand shub’haat ko hawa dene ka manfi propaganda shuru kar rakkha hai. Ham Insha ALLAH intehaayi musbat andaaz me Imam Sahab ke Manaaqib bhi bayaan karenge aur aapki zaat par kiye jaane waale aye’terazaat ka difa’ bhi.

Qaari’een zi waqaar! Hirmaa’n Naseeb logo’n ne Imam Sahab ki Shakhsiyat par waise to kayee “laam kaaf” kahe hain aur tohmat lagaye aur phailayae hain lekin inme chand ek ko mukhalifeen bahut mazbut samajhte hain, zel me ALLAH ki taufiq se in shub’haat ka jaayeza lete hain.

Khateeb Baghdaadi ki Taareekh ka hawaala dete hue Imam Abdullah Ibn Mubaarak ke qaul ko pesh kiya jata hai ke unhone farmaya, “Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) Hadees me ‘Yateem’ the.”

Ghairmuqallid Muhammed Yusuf Jaipuri ne bhi isi baat ko “Qayaamul layl” ke hawaale se naqal kiya hai.

Dar’asal “Yateeman fil Hadees” ka kalma tanqeed aur jarah ke liye nahi balke kalma’e Madah hai kyunke Muhaavra me “Yateem” ke maani Yakta, Munfarid aur Be-misl ke bhi aate hain, Mulaahiza ho’n!!!
“Har wo akeli chiz jiski misaal kamyaab ho “Yateem” hai jaise kaha jata hai ‘Durr-e-Yateem’(yaani Naayaab moti).”

Baaqi Imam Abdullah Ibn Mubarak (Rahimahullah) to Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) ke aise Maddaah hain ke unki zabaan se Imam Sahab ke baare me hamesha Madah aur Munqabat hi saadar hui hai. Maslan wo khud farmaate hain ke:“logo’n me sabse bade Faqih Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) hain, Maine Fiqh me unki misl kisi ko nahi dekha.”

“Agar ALLAH TA’ALA Imam Abu Hanifa(Rahimahullah) aur Imam Sufyan Sauri (Rahimahullah) ke zarya meri madad na karta to main aam logo’n ki tarah hota.”

Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) ki mazeed madah karte hue farmaate hain:

“Agar Asar (Hadees) me Fiqh ki zarurat pesh aaye to usme Imam Maalik (Rahimahullah), Imam Sufyaan (Rahimahullah) aur Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) ki raaye mo’tabar hogi. Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) in sab me umda aur daqeeq samajh ke maalik hain, Fiqh ki baarikyo’n me gahri nazar rakhne waale aur teeno’n me bade Faqih hain.”

Balke Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) par naaz karte hue farmaate hain ke:

“Ulama me Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) ki misl laao warna hame’n maa’f rakho aur kooft na do.”

[Manaqib Maufiq Makki, p. 52/2]

Inke elaawa kayee aqwaal Imam Sahab ki shaan me Imam Abdullah ibn Mubarak (Rahimahullah) ke mukhtalif kutub me paaye jaate hain. Lehaaza “Yateeman fil hadees” se Jarah samajhna Abu Bakr Khateeb baghdaadi ki galti hai jise Mu’allif “Haqiqatul Fiqh” ne mahaz Anaad ki waja se pesh kiya hai.

Iske alaawa Hafiz Abul Hasan Ahmed bin Ayebak Ibn Al-Dumyaati (Rahimahullah) (d. 749 H) ka qaul naqal kar diya jaye jo is amr me kaafi hai, farmaate hain:

“Yateeman Fil Hadees ka lafz Madah ke zyada Mushaabah hai na ke zam ke kyunke aam taur par jab kisi chiz ki misaale’n nahi milti ho to log ‘durr-e-yateem’ ka lafz bolte rahte hain aur ye lafz aam taur par raayij hai. Hame’n maalum nahi ke kisi ne isme ikhtelaaf kiya ho jaisa ke ‘Yateem Dahar’ aur ‘Faride Asr’ waghaira alfaaz bole jaate hain. Khateeb Baghdaadi ki faham is baat ko samajhne se qaasir rahi jisse awaam bhi bekhabar nahi.”

Alhamdulillah! Imam Sahab par jo jarah aaj naqal ki ja rahi hai uske jawaabaat aathwee’n sadi hijri (8th century) me hi di ja chuki hai par jinke dilo’n me bughz wa keena is darje tak bharaa ho ke jis kitaab se wo jarah naqal kar rahe hain usi kitaab me Imam Sahab ke madah me kayi ibaarte’n hone ke baawajud use pas-e-pusht daala jaye to isse kisi ka kya nuqsaan ho sakta hai siwaaye khud ke A’amaal siyah karne ke. ALLAH TA’ALA hame’n DEEN ki Sahih samajh ata farmaye. Ameen
