Rafaul-Yadain Aur Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees Ke Fareib Ka Khulasah

Jaisa ke Aap sab ko Pata hai ke Firqa (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees Fiqh Hanafi ko Bad-Naam Karne ki Na-Kaam Koshishein Kar raha hai aur Iske liye Is Firqay ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ ne Fiqh Hanafi per Ya to Tarah Tarah ke JHOOT baandh kar Logo’n me Phaila rakhe hain Ya Phir Fiqh-e-Hanafi ki Ibarato’n ki GHALAT TASHREEHAAT kar ke Ya Fiqh ki Aadhi Aadhi Ibarato’n ko Naqal kar ke Aam Logo’n ki ZEHAN SAAZI kar rahe hain. Aur Kayi Log Inki FAREIB KAARI me aa chuke hain. Allah se dua’ hai ke Allah Unhey aur Hum Sab Musalmano ko Seedhe Raaste per chalaaye. (Aameen)

Kuch dino pehle Ghair-Muqallideen ke Ek Blog per Nazar padi aur Unki Kayi Posts Parhne ke ba’d Ma’loom hua ke Ye Log Apne Firqay ko phailaane ke liye Kisi bhi HADD tak Gir Sakte hain.

Chunancha Kuch Ghair-Muqallid (Ya’ni Ghair ke Muqallid) Jahilo’n ne Apne Mullah ki ANDHI TAQLEED me ” Ahnaaf hazrat ke sartaaz, hz imam muhammad (rh) ka naara-e-haq rafulyadin barhak hai.. ” ke Unwaan ke tehat Ek Post Upload Kar rakhi hai. Aur Iska Image Hum Yahan per Laga rahe hain.

GHAIR-MUQALLID JAHILO KI APNE ULEMA’ KI ANDHI TAQLEED:
Waise Ye Ghair-Muqallideen, Din Raat Ye Shor machaate hain ke Muqallideen Apne A’immah ki ANDHI TAQLEED karte hain Lekin Haqeeqat Iske Bar-Aks (Ulta) hoti hai. Is Ghair-Muqallid ne Ye Post Apne Aalim Ghair-Muqallid Hakeem Sadiq Siyalkoti Marhoom ki ANDHI TAQLEED me Naqal ki hai.

GHAIR-MUQALLID SADIQ SIYALKOTI KA FAREIB:
Siyalkoti ne Likha hai: //(Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifah rah. ke Maayaa Naaz Shagird) imam muhammad (rah.) ne huzoor (saw) ki sahih hadith apni kitaab (MUATTA) me laakar maan liya ki rafulyadain unke nazdeek sunnat-e-sahiha se saabit hai… // [Dekhiye Salaatur Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) – Rafaul-Yadain ka Masla’h]

Hakeem Sadiq Siyalkoti Sahab agar ye batana chaah rahe hain ke Rukoo’ se pehle aur Ba’d me Rafaul-Yadain karna SAHIH AHADEES se sabit hai to Phir Is se Kisi bhi HANAFI ko Inkar Nahi tha aur Na hai. Lekin Sadiq Sahab ne Imam Muhammad (rah.) ka SAHIH MAUQAF Chhupa kar Logo’n ko Ek to KHIYANAT ka Irtikaab kiya hai aur Doosra FAREIB dene ki Koshish ki hai Ya’ni Aisa Zaahir Karne ki Koshish ki hai ke Imam Muhammad (rah.) bhi Rukoo’ se pehle aur Ba’d me Rafaul-Yadain karne ke Qaayel hain.

Jab ke Imam Muhammad (rah.) ne Isi BAAB: IFTITAHUS SALAAH me apna mauqaf waazeh farma diya hai ke: “Jab Aadmi Dauraan-e-Namaz Jhukey aur Uthey to Uska TAKBEER kehna SUNNAT hai. Jab Sajdah ke liye Jhukey to Takbeer kahe, Namaz me Rafaul-Yadain ka Hukm ye hai ke Wo SHUROO’ NAMAZ me EK MARTABAH dono Hatho’n ko Apne Dono Kano tak ke Barabar Uthaaye Phir ISKE BA’D NAMAZ ME KISI MAUQA’ PER BHI RAFAUL-YADAIN NA KARE. Ye Sab Imam Abu Hanifah (rahmatullahi alaih) Ka MASLAK hai aur Iske Muta’lliq BA-KASRAT AASAAR waarid hain.” [Muwatta Imam Malik ba-rivayat Imam Muhammad Tehat Raqam# 104]

Imam Muhammad (rah.) ke Is farmaan se bilkul waazeh ho gaya hai ke:
1. Wo sirf TAKBEER-E-TEHREEMAH ke waqt Rafaul-Yadain karne ke Qaayel hain.
2. Unke Ustaad ka Maslak bhi waazeh kar diya hai ke Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) bhi sirf TAKBEER-E-TEHREEMAH ke waqt Rafaul-Yadain ke qaayel hain.
3. Ye bhi Waazeh kar diya ke Sirf TAKBEER-E-TEHREEMAH ke waqt Rafaul-Yadain karne ke Muta’lliq Kayi AASAAR Maujood hain.

Imam Muhammad (rah.) Iske Alawah Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) se TARK RAFAUL-YADAIN per MAQTOO’ HADEES bhi rivayat karte hain:

MATAN:
Ibraheem Naqa’i (rah.) farmate hain: “Namaz me pehli baar ke alawah Rafaulyadain na karo.”

Iske tehat Imam Muhammad (rah.) farmate hain: “Hum Isi ko Ikhtiyar karte hain aur Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ka bhi Yehi Qoul hai.” [Kitabul Aasaar ba-rivayat Imam Muhammad Raqam# 73]

Ab Baaqi Rahi baat Ibne Umar (raz.) se rivayat kardah Marfoo’ Hadees ki Jisko peish kar ke Ghair-Muqallideen ne Imam Muhammad (rah.) per JHOOT baandhne ki Koshish ki hai to Iska Jawab hai ke Imam Muhammad (rah.) ne Ibne Umar (raz.) se TARK RAFAUL-YADAIN ki rivayat Isi BAAB me La kar Rukoo’ se Pehle aur Ba’d me Rafaul-Yadain ka TARK hona SABIT kar diya hai.

HADEES: Abdul Azeez bin Hakeem (rah.) farmate hain: “Maine Ibn-e-Umar (raz.) ko Namaz ki Ibtida’ me Takbeer-e-Oula kehte waqt Apne Dono Kaano ke barabar Rafaul-Yadain karte dekha. Iske alawah (Namaz me) Kisi aur Jagah Rafaul-Yadain karte Nahi dekha.” [Muatta Imam Muhammad Raqam# 108]

TANBIYAH: Is Hadees ke Ek Raavi Muhammad bin Aabaan bin Saaleh per Kalaam hai Magar Is HADEES ka Ek SHAHID maujood hai Jisko Ibne Abi Shaybah (rah.) ne Apni MUSANNAF me rivayat kiya hai aur Imam Tahavi (rah.) ne Ahmed bin Yunus (rah.) se Iski TAKHREEJ ki hai. Lihaaza Ye ASAR Bilkul SAHEEH hai.

SANAD: Ibne Abi Dawood »»► Ahmad bin Yunus »»► Abu Bakar bin Ayaash »»► Hussain »»► Mujahid (rahmatullahi alaihim)
HADEES: Mujahid (rah.) farmate hain ke, “Maine Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (raz.) ke Peeche Namaz parhi, Aap ne Is me Kahi’n bhi Rafaul-Yadain Nahi Kiya Sivaaye TAKBEER OULAA (TEHREEMAH) ke, Namaz me.” [Sharah Mu’anil Aasaar – Kitab: As-Salaah – Baab: At-Takbeer 1/225]

Imam Tahavi (rah.) Is Hadees ke tehat likhte hain: “Ye Ibn-e-Umar (raz.) hain Jinhone Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ko Rafaul-Yadain karte dekha Phir Khud Unhone Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke ba’d TARK kiya to Iska Sabab Yehi hai ke Unke Nazdeek Is Rafa’ ka Naskh sabit ho chuka tha.”

Mazeid likhte hain: “Agar Koi Shaqs kahe ke Ye Hadees MUNKAR hai to Usey Jawab me kaha Jayega, Is per Kya Daleel hai Tum (Ya’ni Mukhalifeen) Is tak Nahi Pohanch sake.?”

Is doosri Sanad ki Hadees ko SHAHEED karne ke liye Is per Ghair-Muqallideen ne 2 Juroohaat Naqal ki hain.

Chunanchah Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali ne likha: “Ye rivayat Qari Abu Bakar bin Ayash (rah.) ke WEHAM ki wajah se ZA’EEF hai.” [Mahnama ZarbeHaqq 21, Pg No. 38; Noorul Ainain Pg 168]

AL-JAWAAB: Ye Jarah Baatil hai Kyonke Is Hadees ki Asal (SHAHID) Maujood hai Jisko Imam Muhammad (rah.) ne Muhammad bin Aabaan bin Saleh se rivayat kiya hai aur iska Scan Humne ooper Laga diya hai. [Dekhiye Mutta Malik Ba-Rivayat Imam Muhammad Raqam# 108]

Zubair Ali ne Doosra Aitraaz ye kiya ke, “Abu Bakar bin Ayaash (rah.) Aakhri Umar me IQTILAAT ka Shikaar ho gaye the.” [Dekhiye Noorul Ainain pg 170]

AL-JAWAAB: Ye Jarah bhi bilkul BAATIL hai Kyonke Zubair Ali ne Ek Usool Qaayem kiya hai aur Ye Jarah Uske Apne hi Usool ke Khilaf hai. Bas Logo’n ko FAREIB dene ke liye Ye sab kiya Ja raha hai.

Chunanchah Zubair Ali ne likha hai: “SAHEEHAIN me Jis Mukhtalat wa Mutaghayyar Al-Hifz Raavi se Istedlaal kiya gaya hai Iski Daleel Ye hai ke Uske Shagirdo’n (Students) ki rivaayaat Ikhtilaat se pehle ki hain (Illa Ye ke Takhsees sabit ho Jaye).” [Noorul Ainain page 95]

Is Usool se Ma’loom hua ke SAHEEHAIN (Ya’ni BUKHARI wa MUSLIM) me Jis MUKHTALAT Ya Kharaab Haafzah waale Raavi ki Rivaayaat Jin Shaagirdo’n (Students) se marwi hain wo Shaagird Haafzah Kharaab hone se Pehle ke Raavi hote hain.

Aur Hamari Peish Kardah rivayat me Abu Bakar bin Ayash (rah.) se rivayat Karne waale Unke Shagird hain Ahmed bin Yunus (rah.) aur SAHIH BUKHARI me bhi Isi Sanad ki (Ahmad bin Yunus »»► Abu Bakar bin Ayaash) ek rivayat maujood hai.

Lihaaza Usool ke mutabiq Ahmed bin Yunus (rah.) ne Ye Hadees Sahih Bukhari ke Raavi Abu Bakar bin Ayash (rah.) ka HAFZAH Kharab hone se pehle suni hai Lihaaza In ko WEHAM hone ka Sawal hi Paida nahi hota.

Ye raha (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees Firqay ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ ki FAREIB KAARI wa DAGHABAAZI Ka MUNH TOR aur MUFASSAL Jawab aur Ye Log Fareibkaari isliye dikhaate hain taa ke Log Inke JAAL me Phans kar A’imma-e-Mujtahideen ki TAQLEED Chhor kar Inke Ulemao ki ANDHI TAQLEED shuroo’ kar dein.
