Abu Khalid Noor Girjakhi Ki Bad Tareen Jhoot

Ghair-Muqallideen logo’n ko apni taraf karne aur Fiqh Hanafi se budzann [Dimaagh me futoor daalne] karne ke liye aksar dhoka dete hain aur logo’n ke saamne Quran-o-Hadees ke naam par, Ahadees ki kitaabo’n ke ghalat hawalay peish karte hain, kyonki unko ma’loom hai ki awaam ki in kitabo’n tak risai [pahunch] nahi hai.

Isliye awaam unke hawalay sun kar ya parh kar yeh samajhti hai ki unka har masla’h Quran-o-Hadees se sabit hai aur yeh log Hadeeso’n par amal karte hain, jabki yeh baat ghalat hai, kyonki unke aksar hawalay ya to adhooray hote hain ya ghalat.

Ghaer Mukallid Aalim Abu Khalid Noor Girjakhi ne “Rafa’yadain” ke mauz’oo par ek kitab likhi jiska naam “Asbaat-e-Rafayadayn” hai.

Lekin is kitab me usne Ghair-Muqallideen ki rawish ikhtiyar ki aur Hadees ki kitabo’n ki taraf ghalat hawalay mansoob kiye.

Abu Khalid Noor Girjakhi ne apni kitab (Asbaat-e-Rafayadayn, page 28) par ek Hadees Hazrat Wa’il bin Hujar (raziallahu anhu) se bayan ki Jaisa ki is kitab ke naam se zahir hai ki iska maqsad rafayadain ko sabit karna tha; lekin usne logo’n ko dhoka dene ke liye iss rivayat me alfaz apni taraf se mudarrij (shamil) kar diye. Aur na sirf Alfaaz shamil kiye balki uss rivayat ko Hadees ki 11 kitabo’n ki taraf mansoob kiya, jin kitabo’n me Ye rivayat sirey se maujood hi nahi hai.

Yaha   Girjakhi Sahab ne 2 Kaam kiya hai:

1) Hadees ke alfaaz tabdeel kardiya

2) Hadees ki kitabon ki taraf jhoot mansoob kiya.

Uss ney riwayat bayan ki:

”عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ قال قلت لانظرن إلى رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كيف يصلي قال فنظرت إليہ قام فكبر ورفع يديہ حتى حاذتا أذنيہ ثم وضع يده اليمنى علیٰ الیسری علی صدرہ فلما اراد ان یرکع رفع یدیہ مثلہ فلما رفع راسہ من الرکوع رفع یدیہ مثلھا (رواہ احمد) ”
Asbaat-e-Rafayuldain” [page 28]

Tarjumah: Sayyiduna Wa’il bin Hujr (raziallahu anhu) farmate hain ki main ne iradah kiya ki dekhoo’n Rasoolullah (Sallallahu alaihi wa Sallam) namaz kis tarah parhte hain. Phir main ne dekha ki jab Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Allahu Akbar kehte to rafayadain karte aur “Seeney par” haath rakhte. Phir jab Rukoo’ me jaane ka iradah karte aur Rukoo se sar uthatey to rafayadain kartey.

Is rivayat me shayad Abu Khalid Noor Girjakhi Ghair Muqallid ne socha ki rafayadain ke saath saath Seene par hath bandhne ka masla’h bhi bayan kar diya jaaye. Taaki logo’n ko pata chale ki Nabi kareem (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Seeney per hath bandhte the. Isliye usne “Ala Sadrihi” Ya’ni “Seeney par Hath bandhna” ke alfaaz apni taraf se mila diya.

Doosra usne neeche ahadees ki mash’hoor 11 kitabo’n ke hawalay bhi de diye, taaki logo’n ko pata chale ki rafayadain aur seeney par hath bandhne ka masla’h Sahih Muslim aur baaqi Ahadees ki kutab se sabit hai. Lekin ajeeb baat yeh hai ki jin alfazo’n ke saath Noor Girjakhi ne yeh rivayat bayan ki un alfazo’n ke saath ye rivayat unme se kisi bhi Hadess ki kitabo’n me nahi hai!!

Ba’az kitabo’n me is rivayat me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaaz nahi hain aur kayi kitabo’n me to ye Hadees hi maujood nahi hai; balke Waha’n Wa’il bin Hujr (raziallahu anhu) ki koi aur Hadees bayan hui hai.

Noor Girjakhi ne jin kitabo’n ke hawalay diye un par nazar daalte hain to pata chalta hai ki…

1. Sahih Muslim me yeh rivayat maujood hi nahi hai.

2. Sunan ibn Majah me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaz maujood nahi hai.

3. Sunan Al-Daarmi me yeh rivayat maujood hi nahi hai.

4. Sunan Abu Dawood me yeh rivayat maujood hi nahi hai.

5. Imam Bukhari ki kitab Juzz Bukhari me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaz maujood nahi hain.

6. Sunan Kubra Bayhaqi me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaaz maujood nahi hain.

7. Sunan Darqutni me yeh rivayat maujood nahi lekin hashiyah me hashiyah likhne waale ne yeh rivayat bayan ki lekin iss me bhi hath badhney ka zikr hi nahi hai.

8. Musnad Ahmed me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaaz maujood nahi hain.

9. Imam Shaf’ee ki Kitaab al-Umm me yeh rivayat nahi hai lekin kitab U’mm ke Muhaqqiq ne hashiyah me Musnad Hadees se ye rivayat bayan ki hai lekin iss me bhi “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaz maujood nahi hain.

10. Mishkaatul Masabeeh me bhi yeh riwayat maujood nahi aur waha’n jo rivayat Wa’il bin Hujr (raziallahu anhu) se maujood hai iss me “Ala Sadrihi” ke alfaz maujood nahi hai.

11. Note: Juz Subki” Kitab mujhe mil nahi saki. Agar kisi Ghairmuqallid ke paas is kitab ki Hadees ka wo hawalah Maujood hai jo Khalid Girjakhi ne diya hai to Bare-e-Maherbani uska asal safah peish kare’in.

Iss se sabit hua ki Noor Girjakhi nay hadees ki 11 kitabo’n ki taraf jhoot mansoob kiya hai.

Main aap ke saamne Ghairmuqallid (Naam Nihaad) Ahle Hadees Noor Girjakhi ke hi bayan ki gayi Ahadees ki kitabo’n ke saf’haat pesh karta hoon jin kitabo’n ka Noor Girjakhi ne hawala diya hai ke yeh riwayat inn kitabo’n me maujood hai.

Qara’een! khud faislah kar lein ki Noor Girjakhi ne kitna bada jhoot in Ahadees ki kitabo’n ki taraf mansoob kiya hai aur uske saath saath Hadees me alfaaz ki milawat bhi ki hai.

Ho sakta hai ki koi Ghair Muqallid keh de ki “Ala Sadrihi” ka lafz ghalti se kitabat ki wajah se print ho gaya hai to inn Ghair Mukallideen se guzarish hai ke agar “Ala Sadrihi” ka lafz ghalti se print hua hai toh tumharey is Aalim ne riwayat me is lafz ka tarjumah “Seeney par Hath Bandha” kaise bayan kar diya?

Noor Girjakhi ne lafz bayan karne ke saath iska tarjumah bhi bayan kiya aur yeh iss baat ko sabit karta hai ki riwayat me yeh lafz is Ghaer Mukallid ne khud milaaye hain.

Agar kisi Ghairmuqallid ko in kitabo’n me se ye riwayat in alfaaz ke saath miley to bara’e maherbani iske asal safah ka scan laga dei’n taa ke mujhe aur sabko pata chal sake ke ye rivayat maujood hai.
