Ahkaam Me Za’eef Ahadees Per Amal Ki Teen Soortein Hain

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

1. Agar Za’eef Hadees Ahtiyat ke qabeel se ho to Za’eef Hadees per amal karna Mustahab hai.

(Iski ek qism Ye bhi hai ke ek taraf Za’eef Hadees hai aur doosri taraf Koi Hadees nahi balke Qiyas hai to Za’eef Hadees per amal karne me Ahtiyat hai).

2. Agar Ayat-e-Qur’ani Ya Sahih hadees me 2 Ya 2 se zyada ma’ne ka ahtemaal (Possibility) ho aur Za’eef hadees inme se Kisi Ek Ma’ne ki Ta?eed (support) karti ho to is se Tarjeeh ka kaam liya jayega.

3. Za’eef hadees Ahl-e-ilm ke nazdeek qubooliyat ka darjah hasil kar chuki ho Ya’ni iske mutabiq Sahaba (raz.) Ka Amal ho Ya Aksar Ahle Ilm ne iske mutabiq fatwa diya ho to qabil-e-qubool hogi.

Note 1: Sahih hadees usey kehte hain Jo Muhaddiseen ke Khud ke banaaye 5 Usoolo per Khadi utrey. Iska Ye matlab nahi hota ke wo Hadees Yaqeeni wa Qatai taur per Sachhi hai. Balke is Hadees me Zu’af ka ahtemal (Possibility) bhi maujood hota hai.

Note 2: Muhaddiseen ke banaaye 5 Usoolo me se 1 Ya us se Zaayed Usoolo per Hadees khadi na utrey to wo Hasan aur Za’eef ke darjah me aa jati hai. Iska Ye matlab hargiz nahi hota ke Ye Ahadees Sachhi nahi hain. Balke isme Sihat ka Ahtemal bhi maujood hota hai.

Note 3: Agar Koi Hadees Jhooti ho to Usko Mauzoo’ Hadees kehte hain Na ke Za’eef.
