Isbaat Aur Nafi Ki Wizaahat

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem (03-03-2014)

Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai ne Ghair-Muqallid Nasiruddin Albani ki Andhi Taqleed me Tark Rafayadayn ki Sahih Ahadees ko Jhutlaane ke liye Ek Usool bayaan kiya hai aur wo ye hai ke: “Isbaat Nafi per muqaddam hota hai.” [Noorul Aynayn]

Al-Jawab: Iska Jawab Maulana Haashim Sindhi (rahimahullah) ne Rafayadayn ke masla’h per apne mustaqil Risaalah me bohat pehle hi de diya tha. Hum unka hi jawab yaha’n per naqal kar dete hain.

Chunanchah wo likhte hain: “Hum is ke Jawab me kehte hain Ye Theek hai lekin Us waqt jab ke Nafi karne waale ka ilm us cheez ko Muheet na ho jiski Nafi ki ja rahi ho. Aur agar Raavi ka Ilm us cheez ko Muheet ho jaisa ke is Jagah hai to Isbaat aur Nafi dono ka hukm BARABAR hoga aur isme Koi Shakk nahi hai ke Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu anhu) Awwal Al-Islam laane waalo’n me se hain aur Wo Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Sohbat me hameishah rahe hain. Aur wo Shaaz wa Naadir hi Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se Juda hue hain hatta ke Log gumaan karte the ke Aap Ahl-e-Bayt Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) me se hain aur wo Paancho Namazei’n Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Iqtida’ me adaa farmate the, Pas kahiye Unka Ilm is Nafi ko Muheet nahi.?” [Kashaf Ar-Reen Mutarjam Page: 98]

Agar Waqayi Isbaat Hameishah Nafi per Muqaddam hai to phir Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ko Un Tamaam Ahadees per amal karna chahye Jinme Sajdo’n ke darmyaan balke har oonch neech per Rafa’yadain karne ka Isbaat (zikr) maujood hai.

Chunanchah Ghair-Muqallid Nasiruddin Albani likhte hain: “Nabi Kareem (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Kabhi Sajdah me jaate waqt bhi Rafayadayn karte the. Ye Rafayadayn 10 Sahaaba-e-Kiraam (raziallahu ta’la anhum) se marwi hai. Ibne Umar wa Ibne Abbas (raziallahu anhum) aur Hasan Basri, Taawus, Ibne Umar (raziallahu anhu) ke Ghulaam Naafe’, Saalim bin Naafe’, Qasim bin Muhammad, Abdullah bin Deenaar aur Ata’ (rahmatullahi alaihim) isko Jaayez samajhte hain. Abdur Rahman bin Mehdi (rahimahullah) ne Isko Sunnat kaha hai aur Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal (rahimahullah) ne is per amal kiya hai, Imaam Malik aur Imaam Shaafa’i (rahmatullahi alaihim) ka bhi Ek Qoul Yehi hai.” [Namaaz-e-Nabawi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Ahaadees-e-Saheehah Ki Roshni Me (Mutarjam) Page: 131]

Sajdo'n ke darmyan Rafayadayn Sahih Hadees Se Saabit Hai

Magar (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees in rivaayaat per amal hi nahi karte. Ma’loom hua ke Ye Usool sirf Logo’n ko Dhoka dene ke liye bayaan kiya jaata hai amal ke liye nahi. Aur jis Usool per Khud Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ka amal nahi us se Ahnaaf per hujjat qaayem karna Nari Jihalat wa Himaaqat hai.

Is tarah ki bohat si misaalei’n di ja sakti hain.

Tanbiyah: Tark Rafayadayn ko bayaan karne me Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu anhu) Akele nahi hain ke Kaha jaaye ke Unsey Bhool Chook ho gayi hai balke Sahaaba (raziallahu anhum) ki Ek Kaseer Te’daad Unke sath hai.
