Matan (Text): Sa’ib bin Yazeed (raziallahu anhu) farmaate hain ke, “Hum (Ya’ni Sahaba-e-Kiraam wa Taaba’een ba-Jama’t) Hazrat Umar (raziallahu ta’la anhu) ke Zamaane me 20 Raka’t (Taraweeh) aur Witr Parhte.” [Muarifat As-Sunan Wal Aasaar Lil Bayhaqi, Jild: 4/ Safah: 42]

GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE AITRAZAAT AUR UNKE JAWAABAAT:
Aitraaz: Ghair-Muqallid Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri ne likha: “Is rivaayat me Ek Raavi Abu Tahir hai Jinki Nisbat Hum ko Ilm nahi ke Kisi ne Inko SIQAH (Neik wa Deendaar) qaraar diya ho. Doosre Abu Usman hain Jinka Tazkirah Hum ko Kisi Kitaab me Nahi mila Lihaaza Ye rivaayat ZA’EEF hai.” [Tuhfatul Ahwazee]

Al-Jawaab: Ye rivayat bilkul SAHEEH hai. Kayi Muhaddiseen ne Is Hadees ko Tasleem kiya hai ya Iski TASHEEH ki hai. Mazeid Iski 2 SHUWAHIDAAT bhi maujood hain Jisme se ek ko Yazeed bin Khusyafah (rahimahullah) ke doosre Shagird Ibne Abi Zi’b (rahimahullah) ne rivaayat kiya hai aur doosri Yazeed bin Khusayfah (rahimahullah) ki MUTABI’AT karte hue Al-Haris bin Abdur Rahman bin Abi Zubaab (rahimahullah) ne rivaayat kiya hai.

Isi Mubarakpuri ki Andhi Taqleed me Ghair-Muqallid Ulema’ wa Juhala’ Ye Aitraz Nasal dar Nasal naqal
karte aa rahe hain aur phir isko Khud ki Tehqeeq ya Allah wa Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki ITA’AT ka Naam de kar Logo’n ko FAREIB dete hain.

Jab ke Mubarakpuri ne Khud Tasleem kiya hai ke, Is Hadees ki SANAD ko Allamah Subki (rahimahullah) ne [Sharah Al-Minhaj] me aur Mullah Ali Qari (rahimahullah) ne [Sharah Al-Muatta (Muhammad)] me SAHEEH kaha hai.

Aur SANAD ko SAHEEH kehna Us SANAD ke Har Har Raavi ki TAUSEEQ hoti hai. Yaqeenan Allamah Subki aur Mullah Ali Qari (rahmatullahi alaihim) ke nazdeek Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh aur Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahmatullahi alaihim) ki Tauseeq saabit hai isliye Unhoney Is Hadees ki Sanad ko SAHIH kaha hai.

ABU TAHIR MUHAMMAD BIN MUHAMMAD BIN MAHMISH (RAHMATULLAHI ALAIH):
1. Allamah Zehbi aur Hafiz Ibnul Imaad (rahimahullah) inke baare me likhte hain: “Ye Naysabur ke Aalim aur Musnid the aur Dunya se Qina’at karne waale aur Paak Daman Shafa’i Al-Maslak Faqeeha the. Imam Haakim (rahimahullah) ne inse ba-wajood Mutqaddim hone ke rivaayat ki hai aur Unki Ta’reef bhi ki hai.” [Al-Ibar Liz Zehbi Jild:2/ Safah: 218, 219; Shuzraat Az-Zahab Li Ibnul Imaad 3/192]

2. Allamah Subki (rahimahullah) farmaate hain: “Faqeeha Sheikh Abu Tahir Ziyaadi apne Zamaane ke Naysabur Shehar ke Tamaam Muhaddiseen aur Fuqaha’ ke Imaam the aur wo Sheikh, Adeeb aur Arabi Zuban ke Aalim the. Naysabur shehar ke Tamaam Fuqaha’ ne Fatwa Nuweisi aur Buzrugi Unko Sounp di thi.” [Tabqaat Ash-Shafi’yah Al-Kubra 4/198]

3. Allamah Subki (rahimahullah) Abdul Ghafir (rahimahullah) se Inke baare me Naqal karte hain: “Wo poore Khurasan ke Bil-Ittifaq aur Bila-Ikhtilaf Imaam As’habul Hadees aur Unke FAQEEH the.” [Kitabul Siyaaq Li-Ta’reekh Naysabur ba-hawala Tabqaat Ash Shafi’yah Al-Kubra 4/200]

4. Abu Ya’la Al-Khaleeli (rahimahullah) ne likha hai: SIQAH MUTTAFAQUN ALAIH. [Kitabul Irshad Fi Mu’arifah Ulema’ Al-Hadees 3/862]

5. Allamah Subki aur Mullah Ali Qari (rahmatullahi alaihim) dono ne Is Hadees ki SANAD ko SAHEEH keh kar Abu Tahir (rahimahullah) ki TAUSEEQ ki hai.

Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai ne likha hai: “Rivaayat ki TASHEEH wa TEHSEEN Uske Har Har Raavi ki TAUSEEQ hoti hai.” [Muqaddamah Juz’ Rafayadain, Safah:14]

Rivaayat ki Tasheeh karna Uske har har Raavi ki Tauseeq hai to phir Sanad ki Tasheeh karna to ba-darjah oola uske har har Raavi ki Tauseeq shumaar hogi.

6. Hafiz Ibne Kaseer (rahimahullah) ne Abu Tahir (rahimahullah) se marwi Ek Hadees ki SANAD ko JAYYID (HASAN) aur QAWI (Mazboot) kaha hai. [Seeratun Nabawiyah, Jild: 2/ Safah: 203, Maktabah Shamelah]

7. Zia’ Al-Maqdasi (rahimahullah) ne (Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh »» Abu Usman Al-Basri) ki ek rivaayat ko Apni Kitaab me La kar In dono ki TAUSEEQ ki hai. [Ahadees Al-Mukhtarah, Jild: 6/ Safah: 47]

Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai ne likha hai: “Ziya’ Al-Maqdasi ne Al-Mukhtarah me Ye Asar la kar Apne Nazdeek iska SAHEEH hona saabit kar diya.” [Te’daad Raka’t Qiyam Ramazan, Page: 23]

(Ya’ni Ziauddin Maqdasi (rahimahullah) Kisi Hadees ko Apni Kitaab me laayei’n to wo Unke Nazdeek SAHIH hoti hai).

8. Ghair-Muqallid Nasiruddin Albani ne (Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh »» Abu Usman Al-Basri) ki SANAD ki ek rivaayat ko naqal kar ke likha: Aur Iski Sanad JAYYID hai. [Silsalatul Za’eefah, 11/786, 787]

9. Ghair-Muqallid, Abdul Jaleel Shehswani likhte hain: “Abu Tahir Faqeeha Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Mahmish Mash’hoor SIQAAT me se hain. [Fatawa Ahl-e-Hadees 1/511]

Khulaasah: Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh ko Naysabur ke
Fuqaha’ wa Muhaddiseen ne Bila Ikhtilaf Apna Imam banaaya hai, Lihaaza Inki SIQAHAT wa ADAALAT Ahl-e-Ilm ke Nazdeek Mash’hoor wa Ma’roof hai Kyonke Ye baat Na-Mumkin hai ke Naysabur Shehar ke Tamaam Fuqaha’ wa Muhaddiseen Ek Ghair-Siqah aur Ghair-Aadil ko Apna Imaam banayei’n.

Allamah Nawawi Ash-Shafa’i (rahimahullah) Usool bayaan karte hain: “Jis Shakhs ki ADAALAT Ahl-e-Ilm me Mash’hoor wa Ma’roof ho aur uski Ta’reef Aam ho to Ye Uski Adaalat ke liye Kaafi hai.” [Taqreeb Mae Tadreeb Ar-Raavi 1/255]

Allamah Subki (rahimahullah) aur Abdul Ghafir (rahimahullah) ne Abu Tahir (rahimahullah) ko IMAAM aur SHEIKH ke Alfaz se Mulaqqab farmaaya hai. Aur IMAAM wa SHEIKH Alfaaz-e-Tauseeq me se hain.

Allamah Suyooti aur Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) ne is Lafz ko Alfaaz TAUSEEQ me shumaar kiya hai. [Tadreeb Ar-Raavi 1/213; Sharah Nukhbatul Fikr Page 134]

Ghair-Muqallid Irshadul Haq Asri likhte hain: “SHEIKH ka Lafz Alfaaz-e-Ta’deel me shumaar hota hai.” [Tozeehul Kalaam 1/480, Old Edition]

Isi tarah Ghair-Muqallid Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri aur Ghair-Muqallid Sultan Mahmood ne lafz SHEIKH ko Alfaz-e-Ta’deel me Shumaar kiya hai. [Abkarul

Allamah Sakhaavi (rahimahullah) ne Lafz IMAM ko bhi Alfaaz-e-Ta’deel me shumaar kiya hai. [Ar-Rafa’ Wat Takmeel, page: 13]

Aitraaz: Ghair-Muqallid Nazeer Ahmed Rehmani ne likha: “Hafiz Sakhaavi (rahimahullah) ne Jo kuch likha hai iska Mansha’ ye hai ke Jab Kisi Aadil ke Haqq me Ye Alfaaz (Imaam aur Hafiz) Iste’mal kiye jaayenge to Us waqt Unka Shumaar Alfaaz-e-Tauseeq me hoga.” [Anwarul Masabeeh, Page: 223]

Al-Jawaab: Allamah Tajuddin Subki aur Abdul Ghafir (rahimahullah) ne Abu Tahir (rahimahullah) ke liye Lafz SHEIKH likh kar Unki Tauseeq kar di hai, aur Abu Ya’la Khaleeli (rahimahullah) ne to Sirahatan Inko SIQAH bataaya hai, Mazeid Naysabur ke Tamaam Ahl-e-Ilm ne inko Bila-Ikhtilaaf Apna Imaam bana kar Inki TAUSEEQ kar di hai Lihaaza Inka AADIL hona sabit ho gaya aur Rahmani Sahab ke bataaye Usool ke muwafaq bhi Lafz IMAAM Unki Tauseeq me hi shumaar hoga. ABU USMAN AMR BIN ABDULLAH AL-BASRI (RAHMATULLAHI ALAIH):
Awwalan: A’imma-e-Hadees wa A’imma-e-Rijaal me se Kisi ne bhi Abu Usman Al Basri (rahimahullah) ko MAJ’HOOL nahi kaha hai balke Ye 14wi aur 15wi Sadi (Ya’ni Angreizi Daur ke ba’d) ki Paidawaar (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees hain Jinhone Ye Bila-Daleel AITRAAZ kiya hai.

1. Iske bar-aks Tajuddin Subki, Mullah Ali Qari (rahmatullahi alaihim) ne Is Hadees ki SANAD ko SAHEEH keh kar Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) ki Tauseeq ki hai.

Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai ne likha hai: “Rivaayat ki TASHEEH wa TEHSEEN Uske Har Har Raavi ki TAUSEEQ hoti hai.” [Muqaddamah Juz’ Rafayadain, Page:14]

Aur Hadees ke SAHIH hone ke liye Ye SHART hai ke Uski SANAD me Koi MAJ’HOOL Raavi na ho.

Chunanchah Ghair-Muqalid, Mohammad Gondolvi ne likha hai: “Jis rivaayat me MAJ’HOOL Raavi ho wo ZA’EEF hoti hai.” [Khairul Kalaam, Page: 406]

Ma’loom hua ke In Hazraat ke nazdeek Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) ke Ta’lluq se Zaroor Tauseeq maujood thi Jiski bunyaad per Inhoney Is Hadees ko SAHIH kaha hai.

2. Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) ke Nazdeek Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) MAJ’HOOL Nahi hain balke SIQAH hain Isliye Unhone Inse marwi Ek Hadees ki Sanad ki TASHEEH ki hai. [Sunan Al-Kubra Bayhaqi Jild: 5/ Safah: 518, Darul Kutab Ilmiyah]

3. Imaam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) ne doosri Jagah bhi Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) se marwi Ek Hadees ki Sanad ki TASHEEH ki hai. [Mu’arif As-Sunan Wal Aasaar, Jild: 3/ Safah: 15]

4. Ziauddin Al-Maqdasi (rahimahullah) ne (Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh »» Abu Usman Al-Basri) ki SANAD ki ek rivaayat ko Apni Kitab me La kar dono ki TAUSEEQ ki hai. [Ahadees Al-Mukhtarah 6/47]

5. Ghair-Muqallid Nasiruddin Albani ne (Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh »» Abu Usman Al-Basri) ki SANAD ki ek rivaayat ko naqal kar ke likha: Aur Iski Sanad JAYYID hai. [Silsalatul Za’eefah 11/786, 787]

6. Allamah Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) ne Abu Usman (rahimahullah) se marwi Ek Rivayat ko HASAN kaha hai. [Al-Amali Al-Mutlaqa, Page: 77, 78, Maktabah Al-Islami]

7. Allamah Zehbi (rahimahullah) ne Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) ke baare me ye Alfaaz Iste’maal kiye hain: “Imam, Al-Qudwah, Al-Zahid aur Al-Salih.” [Siyar A’laam An-Nubala’, Jild: 15/ Safah: 364, 365, Muassassa Risaalah]

Mazeid kaha ke Ye Naysabur Shehar ke MUSNID hain. [Tazkiratul Huffaaz 3/45 No. 825]

Saaniyan: Abu Usman Al-Basri (rahimahullah) se Kam se Kam 2 Raavi Abu Tahir Al-Faqeeh aur Hasan bin Ali bin Mo’mal rivaayat karte hain. [Sunan Kubra Bayhaqi aur Mu’arifat As-Sunan Bayhaqi 3/15]

Aur Kisi Muhaddis ne Abu Usman (rahimahullah) ki TAZ’EEF bhi Nahi ki hai balke Mullah Ali Qari, Tajuddin Subki, Imaam Bayhaqi, Ziauddin Al-Maqdasi, Ibne Hajar (rahmatullahi alaihim) ke alawah Ghair-Muqallid Albani ne Abu Usman (rahimahullah) ki rivaayat kardah ISNAAD ki TASHEEH wa TEHSEEN kar ke Inki Tauseeq ki hai.

Usool-e-Hadees ka Ye Muttafiqah Usool hai ke, Jis Shakhs se Do Raavi rivaayat kar dein to Uski JIHALAT Khatm ho Jati hai. Aur wo Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek MAJ’HOOL Nahi rehta.

Chunanchah Hafiz Ibn Hajar Ash-Shafa’i (rahimahullah) likhte hain: “Jis Shakhs se sivaaye Ek Raavi ke doosra Koi Raavi rivaayat na kare aur Kisi ne Uski Tauseeq bhi na ki ho to Uski taraf Lafz MAJ’HOOL se Isharah kiya Jaata hai.” [Muqaddamah Taqreeb At-Tehzeeb, Page: 3]

Isi tarah Allamah Ibn Hazam (rahimahullah) ne Jab Darqutni ke Ek Raavi ko Maj’hool kaha to Un per Giraft karte hue Ghair-Muqallid Shamsul Haq Azeemabadi likhte hain: “Ye Jarah Mardood hai, Insey 3 Raavi rivaayat karte hain.” [At-Ta’leeq Al-Mughni 3/9]

Isi tarah Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai ne likha hai:
Muhammad bin Yahya As-Safaar se 2 Siqah Raavi rivaayat kar rahe hain…………………Lihaza wo Maj’hool nahi hai. [Al-Kawakib, Page: 45]

Ghair-Muqallid Abdus Sattar Al-Hammad ne likha hai: Aur Muhaddiseen ka Usool hai ke Jis Aadmi se Kam az Kam 2 Raavi rivaayat karne waale ho, Uski Jihaalat Khatm ho jaati hai.” [Haft Rozah Al-I’tisaam, Page: 19; 16th september 1994]

Jaha’n Apna Matlab banta dekha waha’n per (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadeeso ko Ye Tamaam Usool Yaad aa Jaate hain aur Jab Ahnaf ki Mukhalifat karni ho to phir In Usoolo’n ko Apne Baap ka Maal samajh kar Hazam kar lete hain.

Baaqi raha Maulana Mubarakpuri sahib ka ye kehna ke, Abu Usman (rahimahullah) ka tazkirah humein Kisi Kitab me nahi mila to Iska Jawaab Khud Unke Hum Maslak, Ghair-Muqallid Muhammad Gondolvi Sahab se dete hain ke wo likhte hain: “Ba’z Hanafiyah ne Is Asar per Ye Aitraaz kiya hai ke Iski SANAD me Muhammad bin Abbas hai. Iska Pata Nahi chala. “Magar Adam Ilm se Ye Lazim nahi aata ke wo MAJ’HOOL ho.” [Khairul Kalaam, Page: 248]

Pas Mubarakpuri ke Adam Ilm se Abu Usman (rahimahullah) ka Maj’hool hona Laazim nahi aata.

La-Mazhab (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees (Asal me Munkar-e-Hadees) ka Is Hadees ko SHAHEED karne ke liye kiye gaye Tamaam Aitrazaat BAATIL wa MARDOOD hain. Is rivaayat ke Pehle 2 Raavi Qata’n MAJ’HOOL Nahi hain. Aur Is Hadees ke Baaqi ke Tamaam Ruvaath SIQAH wa AADIL hain. Lihaaza Ye Hadees Bilkul SAHEEH hai.
