20 Raka’t Taraaweeh Per Chaar A’immah Muttafiq Hain

Ibn Qudamah Al-Hanbali (rahimahullah) Taraaweeh per 4 A’immah ka Ittifaaq aur 36 Raka’t ki Haqeeqat bayaan karte hue Tehreer farmaate hain:-

“Aur Mukhtaar (Pasandeedah) Qoul Abu Abdullah (Ya’ni Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal rahimahullah) ke nazdeek Isme (Ya’ni Taraaweeh me) 20 Raka’t hai aur isi ke Qaayel hain (Sufyan) Sauri, Abu Haneefah, aur Shaafa’i (rahmatullahi alaihim).

Imaam Maalik (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: 36 (Raka’t). Aur Unka Khiyaal Ye hai ke Yehi Amr-e-Qadeem (Puraana Tarz) hai, Unhoney Istedlaal kiya Ahl-e-Madeenah ke Ta’mmul se kyonke Tawaamah ke Ghulaam Abu Saaleh ne farmaaya: Maine Logo’n se mulaaqaat ki Wo 41 Raka’t parha karte the Jinme se 5 Witr hoti.

Aur Hamaari Daleel Ye hai ke Umar (raziallahu ta’la anhu) ne Jab Logo’n ko Ubayy bin Ka’b (raziallahu ta’la anhu) ke peeche Jama’ kiya to Wo 20 Raka’t Namaaz parhaaya karte the. Aur Hasan Basri (rahimahullah) ne rivaayat kiya hai ke Umar (raziallahu anhu) ne Logo’n ko Ubayy bin Ka’b (raziallahu anhu) ke peeche Jama’ kiya to Unhoney 20 Raat tak Namaaz Parhaayi, aur sirf Nisf-e-Saani (Ya’ni 16 se 30 Ramazan) me QUNOOT parhte, Jab Ashra-e-Aakhir (Ya’ni 21 se 30 Ramazan) baaqi reh gaye to Usme Ubayy bin Ka’b (raziallahu anhu) Peeche reh gaye to Ubayy (raziallahu anhu) peeche reh gaye aur Unhoney Apne Ghar me Namaaz ada ki, to Log (Ya’ni Sahaaba) kehne lage: Ubayy to bhaag gaye. Isko Abu Dawood (rahimahullah) ne rivaayat kiya hai aur Saa’ib bin Yazeed (raziallahu anhu) ne rivaayat kiya hai aur Ye marwi Mukhtaleef Turooq se hai.

Aur Imaam Maalik (rahimahullah) ne Yazeed bin Roomaan (rahimahullah) se rivaayat kiya hai ke, Farmaaya: Hazrat Umar (raziallahu anhu) ke Zamaane me Log Ramazan me 23 Raka’t parhte the, aur Hazrat Ali (raziallahu anhu) se marwi hai ke Unhoney Ek Aadmi ko Hukm diya ke Ramazan me 20 Raka’t Namaaz parhaaye. Aur is per (Ya’ni 20 Raka’t Taraweeh per) IJMA’ hai.

Jo rivaayat Saaleh ne rivaayat ki hai, to Saaleh Za’eef (Raavi) hai, Hum Logo’n me se Kisi ko bhi nahi jaante Jisne Ye Khabar (Ya’ni 41 Raka’t) di ho, aisa ho sakta hai ke isne Logo’n ki Ek Jama’t ko aisa karte paaya ho, aur Ye HUJJAT Nahi hai. Phir agar Ye saabit ho jaaye ke Tamaam Ahl-e-Madeenah ne aisa kiya hai to Wo Jo Umar (raziallahu anhu) ne kiya hai, Jis per (Ya’ni 20 Raka’t per) Sahaaba (raziallahu anhum) ka IJMA’ ho gaya hai Unke Zamaane me to Ye ITTIBA’ ke Zyadah Laayeq hai.

Ba’z Ahl-e-Ilm kehte hain: Ahl-e-Madeenah aisa (Ya’ni 41 Raka’t) isliye karte the ke Ahl-e-Makkah se Darjah me Baraabari haasil kar sakei’n Kyonke Ahl-e-Makkah har 4 Raka’t ke ba’d Waqfah (Gap) me 7 martabah TAWAAF kiya karte the, To Ahl-e-Madeenah ne aisa kiya ke 7 Chakkar ki Jagah 4 Raka’t (Ya’ni Nawaafil) parh lei’n. Aur Jis per As’haab-e-Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Amal kiya hai Wo Ittiba’ ke Zyadah Laayeq aur Haqqdaar hain.” [Al-Mughni, Jild: 2/ Safah: 604]
