Joonagarhi Ka Aitraaz (Hanafiyo Ka Quran Hidayah Hai) Ka Jawaab

AITRAAZ:-
Firqa Ahlul Hadees ka Mash’hoor Fitnah Parwar Aalim, Muhammad Joonagarhi Jiski taraf Nisbat kar ke Firqa Ahlul Hadees me shamil Log Khud ko MUHAMMADI kehlaate hain, Usne Aitraaz kiya hai ke (Muqaddamah Hidayah) me likha hai: “Haqeeqatan Hidayah Misl Qur’an ke hai, Jisne Is se pehle ki Shari’at ki Kul Musannifah Kitabo’n ko Mansookh Kar diya.”

Phir aagey likha: “Magar Aaah Afsos Tumne Musalmaan ho kar Qur’an-e-Kareem ko Khuda ka Kalaam maan kar Iske MISL bhi banaa liya aur saaf Keh diya ke (Hidaaya Qur’an ke Misl hai).

Hanafi Dosto.! Ghaur Karo. Apni Jaano per Reham Karo. Allah ke Bando ke Kalaam ko Khuda ke Kalaam ke baraabar Na Maano. Is se Naazreen samajh gaye honge ke HIDAYAH ka martabah HANAFIYO’N ke nazdeek Kaisa Kuch hai. Goya Hum Yu Keh sakte hain ke, YE HANAFIYO’N KA QUR’AN HIDAYAH HAI.

AL-JAWAAB:-
Muhammad Joonagarhi Wohi Shakhs hai Jisne Hazrat Umar wa deegar Sahaaba (Raziallahu Anhum) ki Daraayat (Samajh) per sawaal uthaaya tha….

Umar (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ke baare me likhte hain: “Rivaayat ki tarah Unki Daraayat (Samajh) Hum per Waajib At-Ta’meel nahi, bohat mumkin hai ke wo Durust na ho.” [Shama’ Muhammadi, Safhah: 21]

Aur aagey likha hai: “Sahaaba (raziallahu anhum) Ki Daraayat (Bisa Auqaat) Mu’tabar nahi hoti.” [Safhah: 22]

Ab sawaal Ye paida hota hai ke Jab Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke nazdeek Sahaaba (raziallahu ta’la anhum) ki Samajh Mu’tabar nahi hai to Kya Joonagarhi aur deegar Ghair-Muqallid Ulema’ ki Samajh Mu’tabar ho sakti hai.?

Lekin Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Juhala’ is Joonagarhi ki Samajh ke Andhey Muqallid bane baithe hue hain aur Isi ki Andhi Taqleed me social sites per is Aitraaz ko phaila kar Man-maani Tashreehaat kar ke Logo’n ko Mughaltah de rahe hain.

AITRAAZ KI ASAL HAQEEQAT AUR JOONAGARHI KA JHOOT:

(Awwalan):.. Koi bhi Hanafi Bandey ki Tasneef (Hidaaya) ko Allah ke Kalaam (Qur’an) ke baraabar maanna to door ki baat hai balke aisa Khiyaal bhi apne Dil me nahi la sakta balke bohat saare Ahnaaf to aise hain Jo Kitaab (Hidaaya) ke naam se bhi waaqif nahi hain.

Pas Ye Joonagarhi ka Ahnaaf per badtareen JHOOT hai.

Hidaaya to Hidaaya, Qur’an to Darjah wa Martabah me Hadees se bhi barh kar hai aur Fiqh ka Darjah wa Martabah Hadees se bhi Kam hota hai.

(Saaniyan):.. Ye Sha’er Maulana Abdul Hayi Lakhnavi (rahmatullahi alaih) ne Allamah Ilaah daad (rahmatullahi alaih) ke hawalah se naqal kiya hai. Lihaaza Joonagarhi ka Unke apne Zaati Qoul ko bunyaad bana kar Ye kehna ke, “Hanafiyo’n Ka Qur’an Hidayah Hai” (Naoozu Billah) Tamaam Ahnaaf per Ek Azeem Bohtaan (Jhoot) hai.

Joonagarhi ka maqsad is Ibaarat se saaf Zaahir hai ke, Hanafiyo’n ne Qur’an ko mansookh maan kar Fiqh ki Kitaab (Al-Hidayah) ko apna Qur’an bana liya hai. (Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik)

Lekin Haqeeqat Ye hai ke QUR’AN Kisi ki TASNEEF (Literary Composition) Nahi hai balke Ye WAHI-E-ILAAHI (Allah Ka Kalaam) hai. Aur Ash’aar me hai ke, “Musannifah (Ya’ni Tasneef shudah) Kitabo’n ko Mansookh Kar diya.” In Alfaaz se saaf Zaahir hai ke Kitab (Al-Hidaaya) ka Taqaabul deegar Kutab Fiqh se kiya Ja raha hai aur unke muqaabil me Iski “Bartari” ka Izhaar kiya ja raha hai.

(Saalisan):.. Joonagarhi ne is Sha’er ka Tarjumah bhi Sahih nahi kiya hai balke Aksar Ghair-Muqallideen Lafz “Kal-Qur’an (كالقرآن)” per Jumlah ko khatm kar dete hain lekin Sahih Ye hai ke Lafz “Kal-Qur’an” se Akheer tak sab mil mila kar ek hi Jumlah hai.

Sha’er Ka Sahih aur Ba-Muhaawra Tarjuma’h:
“Be-shakk! Hidaayah ne Qur’an ki tarah (misl) is se Qabl (Ya’ni Pehle ki) Musannifah (Ya’ni Likhi gayi) Shari’at ki (Ya’ni Fiqhi) Kitaabo’n ko Mansookh Kar diya hai.”

إن (الهداية) كالقرآن قد نسخت * ما صنفوا قبلها في الشرع من كتب

Sha’er Kehne Waale Ka Maqsad:
Jis tarah Qur’an ne Pichhli Aasmani Kitabo’n (Jaise Tauraat, Injeel, Zaboor) ko Mansookh kar diya hai aur Unki Jagah le li hai theek Isi tarah Allah Ta’ala’la ne Kitaab Hidaaya ko Aisi Maqbooliyat Ata’ farmaayi hai ke FIQH-E-HANAFI me Mash’hoor wa Awwal Darjah ki Kitaab ka Maqaam Haasil kar liya hai aur Is se pehle Fiqh Hanafi ki Jitni bhi Kitaabei’n likhi gayi hain Unko Mansookh Kar diya hai Ya’ni Unki taraf Muraajat (Returning) ki Zaroorat Na rahi.

Is Lihaaz se Allamah Ilaah daad (rahmatullahi alaih) ne Hidaayah ko NASKH, SHOHRIYAT wa MAQBOOLIYAT me Qur’an se Tashbih di hai Na ke Allah Ta’la ke Kalaam me..

Tashbeeh Ki Haqeeqat:
Tashbeeh Lughat me Ek Cheez ka Doosri Cheez se Ishtiraak Ma’navi ka naam hai. Isme Mushabbah (Jiski Tashbih di gayi hai) aur Mushabbah biha (Jis Cheez se Tashbih di gayi hai) me Na Koi Taqaabul maqsood hota hai aur Na hi Masaawaat-e-Kulliyah (Ya’ni har cheez me Baraabari).

Maslan: Kisi ne Kaha ke, “Zayd, Sheir (Tiger) ki tarah (misl) hai.” Ab koi Ghair-Muqallid Ye dekhe ke Sheir ki 4 Taangei’n hain aur Zayd me bhi 4 Taangei’n Talaashna shuroo kar de Ya phir dekhe ke Sheir ki dum (tail) hai aur Zayd me bhi Talaashna shuroo’ kar de to Ye Kam-Aqli ki daleel hai Balke Yaha’n to sirf Bahadduri me Ishtiraak saabit karna asal maqsood hai.

Lekin ZAYD, BAHADDURI ME BHI SHEIR KI BARABARI NAHI KAR SAKTA.

Is se ma’loom hua ke Kisi cheez se Tashbeeh dene se Usko Qat’an Barabari haasil Nahi hoti.

Is Aitraaz waali Ibaarat ko hi le lijiye ke, Qur’an ne Pichhli Aasmani Kutab ko aisa Mansookh Kar diya ke Unki Shohrat aur un per Amal dono mansookh ho gaye hain magar Kitaab Al-Hidaaya ne Picchli Fiqhi Kitabo’n ki sirf Shohriyat ko mansookh kiya hai na ke Amal ko..

Pas Kitaab Al-Hidaaya ko Naskh, Shohriyat me bhi Qur’an se Baraabari haasil Nahi hai.

Agar Is baat se Aitraaz hai ke Qur’an ko Ek Makhlooq ki likhi hui Kitaab se Tashbih di Ja rahi hai to Hum bata dei’n ke Khud Muhammad Joonagarhi ne Qur’ani Aayat ka Tarjuma’h kiya hai ke, “ALLAH Noor hai, Aasmano aur Zameeno ka, Iske Noor ki misaal misl Ek Taaq ke hai Jisme Chiraagh ho aur Chiraagh Sheeshah ki Qandeel me ho.” [Tarjuma’h Ghair-Muqallid Muhammad Joonagarhi, Safhah: 978; Tiba’: Shah Fahad Complex]

Joonagarhi ne Noor-e-Khudavandi Jo Ghair-Makhlooq hai Isko Makhlooq ke banaaye Chiraagh se TASHBIH di hai.

Joonagarhi Sahab.! Agar Zindah hote to poochta ke, Kya Is TASHBIH se Allah Ta’la ka NOOR aur CHIRAGH dono barabar ho gaye hain..? (Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik)

Agar Nahi to phir Bandey ki Tasneef aur Allah ka Kalaam baraabar kaise ho sakta hai.? Jab ke Asal Tashbih to Naskh wa Shohriyat me di gayi hai Na ke Kalaam me…

Ye to Joonagarhi Sahab ki HANAFI DUSHMANI hai ke FIQH ki Ibaarato ko Tod Marod Kar bayaan Kiya hai Jis tarah Kuffar Qur’an wa Ahadees ko Tod Marod kar bayaan karte hain.

Al-Haasil:-
Jis tarah Zayd ko Sheir se Bahadduri me Tashbih dene per bhi Baraabari Haasil Nahi hai aur Makhlooq ke banaye Chiragh (Light) ko Allah Ta’la ke Noor se Tashbih dene per Koi Baraabari haasil Nahi hai theek Isi tarah Kitab (AL-HIDAYA) ko Naskh, Shohriyat wa Maqbooliyat me bhi Qur’an se Koi BARABARI Haasil Nahi.

Lihaaza Ahnaaf per Ye Ilzaam Lagaana ke Allah ke Kalaam ko Makhlooq ke Kalaam ke Barabar Kiya Ja raha hai Dhoka wa Fareib ke siva Kuch nahi.

Kaash, Joonagarhi Sahab.! Apni Jaan per Thhora sa REHAM kha lete. Na Qabar ka Khauff raha Na Hashar Ka aur Na hi Allah Ta’la ka ke Itna bada JHOOT Tamaam HANAFIYO per baandh diya. Allah Ta’la Khoob Hisaab lene wala hai.

Alhamdulillah.! Humne Aqli wa Naqli Dala’il se saabit kar diya hai ke, Tashbeeh se Na to Taqaabul maqsood hota hai aur Na hi Is se Masaawaat-e-Kulliyah me Baraabari haasil hoti hai.

Agar Ghair-Muqallideen ki Faham me ab bhi baat samajh me nahi aayi aur Phir se Tamaam Hanafiyo’n per Jhoot baandhne per ba-zidd hain to phir is Hatt-Dharmi ka koi Ilaaj nahi..

Allah Ta’ala se dua hai ke Humei’n DEEN ki SAHIH Samajh ata farmaaye aur Is per Amal Karne ki Taufeeq de aur Isi per Hamesha Qayem rakhe. Joonagarhi Jaise Fareibiyo’n aur firqa Ahlul Hadees ke Dajal wa Fareib se hamaari hifaazat farmaaye. (Ameen Ya Rabbul Aalameen)
