Taqleed Aur Zubair Ali Zai Ka Fareib

Aal Peerdaad (Zubair Ali Za’i Kazzaab) agarchah Khud Sar se Pao’n tak Shuwafe’ Muqallido’n ki TAQLEED me gharq hai, Magar MUJTAHIDEEN ki Masaa’il-e-Ijtihaadiyah me TAQLEED se aise Chirta hai Jaise SIKH Kalimah Shareef se Chirtey hain.

To likhta hai: Okarwi Sahab ke Mamdooh Ayni sahab farmaate hain: “Pas Muqallid Ghalti karta hai aur Muqallid JIHALAT ka Murtakib hota hai aur har Cheez ki Aafat TAQLEED ki Wajah se hai.” [Al- binaayah Fee Sharah Al-Hidaayah 1/317]

Aal Peerdaad is par Raqs-e-Jamal (Bandaron ka Naach) kar raha hai Goya ke usey TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID ke khilaf Koi SAREEH AAYAT-E-QUR’ANI mil gayi hai Ya phir SAHEEH SAREEH GHAIR-MU’ARIZ Hadees mil gayi hai.

Jab ke Yaha’n par is TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID ka Zikr hi Nahi hai.

AAL PEERDAAD KHIYANATI WA KAZZAAB HAI:
Asal me Allamah Ayni (rahmatullahi alaih) ek Khaas masla’h par Behas farma rahe the. Aur Wo Behas Ye thi ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaya: “Jo Neend se beidaar ho to fauran Pani me hath Na daaley. Na Jaane hath ne Kaha’n Kaha’n Raat Guzari.”

Is Hadees ko Muhaddis Ibn Turkmani (rahmatullahi alaih) ne MUSLIM SHAREEF ke hawalah se Naql kiya. Haalaanke Ye Hadees Us Raavi se Sahih Muslim me Nahi hai.

Allamah Ayni (rahmatullahi alaih) is Hadees ki Mukhtaleef TAREEQ bayan karne ke ba’d farmaate hain ke: MUHADDIS IBN TURKMANI (rahmatullahi alaih) ne Bhool kar Muslim Shareef ka hawaalah de diya tha. Ba’d me ba’z aane walo’n ne is hawalah ki TEHQEEQ nahi ki aur Ibn Turkmani (rahmatullahi alaih) ki TAQLEED me Yehi hawaala dete aa rahe hain. Pas Jiski TAQLEED ki gayi Wo Bhool gaya (Ya’ni Ibne Turkmani) aur TAQLEED karne waala Na-Waqif (Ya’ni Jahil) raha. Aur is Qism ki har Cheez ki aafat TAQLEED se hai.

Allamah Aini (rahimahullah) to Yahan par Ye bata rahe hain ke Kisi MUHADDIS ka diya hua hawaala Naqal karna bhi TAQLEED hai.

Is lihaaz se Aal Peerdaad Zubair Ali Zai Jisne Allamah Ayni (rahmatullahi alaih) wagherah ke Aqwaal aur unke hawaalaat Naqal kar ke Unki TAQLEED ki hai. Aur Phir Wo (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e- Hadees Firqay ke hi Usool ke mutabiq JAHIL, BID’ATI aur TAQLEEDI MUSHRIK ho gaya kyonke Unke Nazdeek TAQLEED SHIRK-O-BID’AT hai aur TAQLEED karne wala JAHIL, TAQLEEDI MUSHRIK WA BID’ATI hai.

Aal Peerdaad ne Ye Ibaarat Yusuf Jaipuri ki Kitaab [HAQEEQATUL FIQH] se chori ki hai Ya phir Jaipuri ki ANDHI TAQLEED me naqal kar ke TAQLEEDI MUSHRIK ban baitha hai.

Ibaraton me Aisi TEHREEF karne wala to (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees hi ho sakta hai. Agar Haqeeqi Ahl-e-Hadees hota to MUQALLIDEEN ki Aaraa’ ki TAQLEED nahi karta aur Na hi Khiyanat wa Tehreefaat ka murtakib hota.

NOTE 1: Qaara’een-e-Kiraam! Is wizaahat ke ba’d Aap Zehan Nasheen kar lein ke Agar (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees Ya Koi aur Ghair Muqallid Firqah isi tarah ka Koi Qoul pesh karey ke TAQLEED ko fala’n Aalim ne JIHAALAT Kaha hai fala’n ne TAQLEED se mana’ farmaya hai wagherah wagherah to Aap Unke DHOKEY me mat aa’iye Kyonke Waha’n Behas Kisi Khaas masla’h par hoti hai. Aap Unsey Ye Mutaalbah Karei’n ke Hum to TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID ke Qaayel hain, Agar Ulema’ ne iske khilaaf kuch kaha hai to phir Siraahat dikhayi Jaaye (Ya’ni aisi saaf ibarat dikhayi jaaye jisme likha ho TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID, Jihaalat hai).

NOTE 2: La-Mazhab, Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees, A’imma-e-Araba’h ke Aqwaal bhi Pesh karte hain ke Unhoney UNKI TAQLEED kiye Jaane se mana’ farmaya hai. To Asal me Ye Qoul IJTIHAAD ki Ahliyat rakhne walo’n ke liye hai (Ya’ni wo Shakhs Jo Qur’an wa Hadees se Masaa’il ukhaz karne ka poora poora Ahal ho). A’imma-e-Araba’h ne Aami (Layman) ko Unki TAQLEED karne se (Ya’ni A’imma-e-Mujtahideen se Masaa’il daryaft karne se) Kahi’n bhi mana’ Nahi farmaya.

Chunanchah Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal (rahmatullahi alaih) ke baare me Allamah Ibne Taimiyah (rahmatullahi alaih) naqal farmate hain: “Imam AHMED (rahmatullahi alaih) Aam logo’n ko IMAAM IS’HAQ, IMAAM ABU UBAID, IMAAM ABU SAUR aur IMAAM ABU MUS’AB (rahimahumullah) se MASAA’IL DARYAFT karne ka hukm dete the aur apne AS’HAAB (Sathiyo’n) me se Jo Ulema’ the Maslan IMAAM ABU DAWOOD, OSMAN BIN SAYEED, IBRAHIM AL-HARBI, ABU BAKR AL-ASRAM, ABU ZAR’AA, ABU HAATIM SAJASTANI AUR IMAM MUSLIM (rahimahumullah) wagherah ko kisi ki TAQLEED karne se rokte the aur unsey farmaate the ke Tum par Asal Kitab-o-Sunnat ki taraf Rujoo’ karna WAJIB hai.” [Majmua’h Fataawa Ibne Taymiyah, Jild 20, Page: 226]

Allamah Ibne Taymiyah (rahmatullahi alaih) ki is ibaarat ne Bilkul wazeh kar diya ke jin MUJTAHIDEEN ne TAQLEED se mana’ kiya hai wo Apne Un SHAGIRDO’N ko Mana’ kiya hai jo Bazaat-e-khud Jaleelul Qadr MUHADDISEEN aur MAHIR FUQAHA’ the aur IJTEHAD ki poori Salahiyat rakhte the.

Allah ta’la Aal Peerdaad Jaise Kazzabo’n ke Wasaawis se Ahle-Sunnat ko Mehfooz farmayei’n. (Aameen Summ Aameen)
