Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees Aalim Ghair-Muqallid Badi’uddin Shah Raashdi ne FIQH aur HADEES me Ikhtilaaf saabit karte hue Ek Kitaab FIQH WA HADEES ke naam se likhi hai aur Ghair-Muqallid Zulfiqar Ali ne is ka Urdu me Tarjuma kiya hai.

Phir Muhammad Junagarhi ne [Safha: 165] per “OONT KI QURBANI ME EIJAAD” Unwaan Qaayem kar ke Ye saabit karne ki Koshish ki hai ke Ye amal BID’AT hai. (Na’oozu Billah Min Zaalik)

Junagarhi ki ANDHI TAQLEED me Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke Ek Jaahil ne is Aitraaz ko likh kar logo’n ko Gumraah Karne me laga hua hai.

Al-Jawaab:-
A’imma-e-Araba’ (Imaam Abu Hanifah, Imaam Maalik, Imaam Shaafa’i, Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal rahmatullahi alaihim) ne Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke muqaabil me Koi naya DEEN nahi banaaya hai balke Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke hi laaye hue DEEN ki Hifaazat, Jama’ wa Tadween wa Tashreeh wa Tableegh wa Tash’heer ki hai.

Lekin Jumlah Ghair-Muqallideen Firqe (Ya’ni Ahl-e-Qur’an, Jama’tul Muslimeen, Ahl-e-Hadees, Ghurba Ahl-e-Hadees wagherah) aur in ke Badey bhai Shia’ Rawafiz ki hamesha se Ye chaal rahi hai ke A’imma-e-Araba’ ko Mukhaalif-e-Qur’an wa Mukhaalif-e-Hadees saabit kiya jaaye balke in ko Islam se bhi KHAARIJ baawar kiya jaaye.

Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees Jo ANGREZI DAUR me Hind wa Pak me paida hua tha is ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ ne FIQH HANAFI ke khilaaf SAAZISHEI’N shuru’ kar di aur akhir-kaar Ek bohat badi SAAZISH ke tehat Un AHADEES ko chhupaana shuru’ kiya Jo FIQH HANAFI ke mutaabiq thi’n aur phir FIQH HANAFI ke MUQAABIL me MUTA’RIZ AHADEES (Ba-Zaahir Doosri Ahadees ke khilaaf) ko peish kar ke aam logo’n ko GUMRAAH karne lagey ke Dekho FIQH HANAFI, Qur’an-o-Hadees ke KHILAAF hai. Aur Logo’n se sawaal karne lagey ke, Kya Ab Tum Allah wa Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki baat maanoge Ya Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) ki…?

Koi bhi Shakhs Allah wa Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke muqaable me Kisi bhi Imaam ko chunna pasand nahi karega. Lihaaza KAM-ILMI ki wajah se wo Shakhs un ke DHOKE wa FAREIB me aa jaata hai.

Agar Wo Shakhs Tasveer ka Doosra rukh bhi dekh leta to Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ka MAKR-O-FAREIB us ke saamne khul jaata ke Imaam ne Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke khilaaf Koi baat nahi kahi hai balke apni TAHQEEQ ke mutaabiq Jo amal Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se SAHIH SAABIT hai us per amal ki Da’wat di hai.

OONT KI QURBANI ME HISSEY AUR AHNAAF KE DALAA’IL:

(I):.. Jaabir bin Abdullah (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) se rivaayat hai ke Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: “GAAI 7 afraad ki jaanib se hai aur OONT 7 afraad ki jaanib se.” [Sunan Abu Dawood]

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : ” الْبَقَرَةُ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ وَالْجَزُورُ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ ” .

Ghair-Muqallid Albani ne is ko [Sahih Abu Dawood] me Sahih qaraar diya hai.

(II):.. Jaabir bin Abdullah (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) farmaate hain: Hum ne Hudaibiya me Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke saath EK OONT aur EK GAAI 7-7 afraad ki jaanib se ZABAH ki thi. [Sahih Al-Muslim]

ﻋَﻦْ ﺟَﺎﺑِﺮِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻧَﺤَﺮْﻧَﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻋَﺎﻡَ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺪَﻳْﺒِﻴَﺔِ ﺍﻟْﺒَﺪَﻧَﺔَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ ، ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ .

(III):.. Jaabir bin Abdullah (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) farmaate hain: Hum ne Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke saath HAJJ kiya aur Ek OONT aur Ek GAAI 7 afraad ki jaanib se ZABAH ki. [Sahih Al-Muslim]

ﻋَﻦْ ﺟَﺎﺑِﺮِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺠَﺠْﻨَﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ، ﻓَﻨَﺤَﺮْﻧَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻌِﻴﺮَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ ، ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ .

Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) Ka Maslak:

Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) ke Shaagird Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah) rivaayat karte hain……………. Jaabir bin Abdullah (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya: “Humne Hudaibiya ke maqaam per Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke saath Ek Oont aur Ek Gaai 7-7 afraad ki jaanib se ZABAH ki.” [Muwatta Maalik ba-rivaayat Imaam Muhammad]

ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﻣَﺎﻟِﻚٌ ، ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺍﻟﺰُّﺑَﻴْﺮِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻜِّﻲُّ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺟَﺎﺑِﺮِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻧَﺤَﺮْﻧَﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺤُﺪَﻳْﺒِﻴَﺔِ ﺍﻟْﺒَﺪَﻧَﺔَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ ، ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓَ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ ”

Imaam Muhammad (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: “Aur isi per Hamaara amal hai ke Oont aur Gaai ki Qurbani 7 Aadmiyo ki taraf se Jaayez hai agarchah Qurbani karne waale alag-alag Ghar se ho Ya Ek hi Ghar ke Afraad ho aur Yehi Imaam Abu Haneefa ka Qaul hai aur Hamaare Aam Fuqaha’ ka Yehi Qaul hai (rahimahumullah).”

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ : ﻭَﺑِﻬَﺬَﺍ ﻧَﺄْﺧُﺬُ ، ﺍﻟْﺒَﺪَﻧَﺔُ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓُ ﺗُﺠْﺰِﺉُ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔٍ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻷُﺿْﺤِﻴَﺔِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﻬَﺪْﻱِ ﻣُﺘَﻔَﺮِّﻗِﻴﻦَ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ، ﺃَﻭْ ﻣُﺠْﺘَﻤِﻌِﻴﻦَ ﻣِﻦْ ﺃَﻫْﻞِ ﺑَﻴْﺖٍ ﻭَﺍﺣِﺪٍ ، ﺃَﻭْ ﻏَﻴْﺮِﻩِ ، ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﻗَﻮْﻝُ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﺣَﻨِﻴﻔَﺔَ ، ﻭَﺍﻟْﻌَﺎﻣَّﺔِ ﻣِﻦْ ﻓُﻘَﻬَﺎﺋِﻨَﺎ ﺭَﺣِﻤَﻬُﻢُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ .

Shuwaafe’ Ka Maslak:
Imaam Nawawi Ash-Shaafa’i (rahimahullah) raqm-taraaz hain:

ﻓِﻲ ﻫَﺬِﻩِ ﺍﻷَﺣَﺎﺩِﻳﺚ ﺩَﻻﻟَﺔ ﻟِﺠَﻮَﺍﺯِ ﺍﻟِﺎﺷْﺘِﺮَﺍﻙ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﻬَﺪْﻱ , ﻭَﺃَﺟْﻤَﻌُﻮﺍ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃَﻥَّ ﺍﻟﺸَّﺎﺓ ﻻ ﻳَﺠُﻮﺯ ﺍﻻﺷْﺘِﺮَﺍﻙ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ . ﻭَﻓِﻲ ﻫَﺬِﻩِ ﺍﻷَﺣَﺎﺩِﻳﺚ ﺃَﻥَّ ﺍﻟْﺒَﺪَﻧَﺔ ﺗُﺠْﺰِﺉ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔ , ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓ ﻋَﻦْ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔ , ﻭَﺗَﻘُﻮﻡ ﻛُﻞّ ﻭَﺍﺣِﺪَﺓ ﻣَﻘَﺎﻡ ﺳَﺒْﻊ ﺷِﻴَﺎﻩ .

“In Ahadees me Qurbani ke Jaanwar me Hissa daalne ki Daleel paayi jaati hai, aur Ulema’ is per Ittifaaq hain ke Bakre me hissa daalna JAAYEZ NAHI, aur in Ahadees me Ye bayaan hua hai ke Ek OONT 7 AFRAAD KI JAANIB SE KAAFI HOGA, Aur GAAI BHI 7 AFRAAD KI JAANIB SE, aur har Ek (Ya’ni Oont aur Gaai) 7 Bakriyo’n ke Qaayem-e-Maqaam hai…..” [Sharah Sahih Muslim]

Hanbali Maslak:
Ibn Qudamah Al-Hanbali (rahimahullah) raqm-taraaz hain:

ﻭﺗﺠﺰﺉ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻧﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺒﻌﺔ , ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺮﺓ ، ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻗﻮﻝ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ …

“Aur Oont 7 afraad ki taraf se Kaafi hai aur isi tarah GAAI aur Aksar Ahl-e-Ilm ka Yehi Qaul hai..” [Al-Mughni]

Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka Qaul bhi 7 ka hai aur Amal bhi 7 ka hai to Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke Ulema’ aur Juhala’ ka Ye kehna ke FIQH HANAFI NE BADAL KAR 7 kiya hai Ya is ko EIJAAD (Ya’ni BID’AT) kehna Ye Kitna AZEEM BUHTAAN hai. (Na’oozu Billah Min Zaalik)

DUS HISSO’N WAALI RIVAAYAT KI HAQEEQAT:

Abdullah bin Abbas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ki rivaayat…

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺣُﺮَﻳْﺚٍ ، ﻭَﻏَﻴْﺮُ ﻭَﺍﺣِﺪٍ , ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞُ ﺑْﻦُ ﻣُﻮﺳَﻰ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺣُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻭَﺍﻗِﺪٍ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﻠْﺒَﺎﺀَ ﺑْﻦِ ﺃَﺣْﻤَﺮَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﻜْﺮِﻣَﺔَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﺒَّﺎﺱٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻛُﻨَّﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻓِﻲ ﺳَﻔَﺮٍ ، ﻓَﺤَﻀَﺮَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺿْﺤَﻰ ﻓَﺎﺷْﺘَﺮَﻛْﻨَﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓِ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔً ، ﻭَﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺠَﺰُﻭﺭِ ﻋَﺸَﺮَﺓً ” .

Imaam Tirmizi (rahimahullah) is hadees ke tehat farmaate hain: “Ye Hadees HASAN GHAREEB hai aur Ye Hadees Hussain bin Waaqid se hai.”

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﻋِﻴﺴَﻰ : ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺣَﺪِﻳﺚٌ ﺣَﺴَﻦٌ ﻏَﺮِﻳﺐٌ ، ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺣَﺪِﻳﺚُ ﺣُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻭَﺍﻗِﺪٍ .

Ya’ni ke Te’daad Ruvaath ke lihaaz se Ye Hadees KHABAR-E-WAAHID hai Hussain bin Waaqid se aur Raaviyo’n ki Sifaat ke lihaaz se Ye Hadees HASAN hai Ya’ni ke SAHIH ke darje ko nahi pohnchi.

Aur Hussain bin Waaqid agarchah SIQAH hain lekin Ye apni ba’z Ahadees me WEHAM ka shikaar hue hain.

Chunanchah Imaam Ahmed (rahimahullah) farmaate hain:

ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺣﻤﺪ : ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺣﺪﻳﺜﻪ ﻧﻜﺮﺓ

“Is ki ba’z Ahadees me Nikaarat hoti hai.” [Siyar A’laam An-Nubala Li Zehbi (rahimahullah)]

Aur Haqeeqat bhi Yehi hai ke Hussain bin Waaqid WEHAM ka shikaar hue hain.

Chunanchah Ibn Abbas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ne farmaaya: “Hum Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke saath SAFAR me the, wahi’n Yaum-e-Nahr aa gayi to Hum me se 7 afraad GAAI me shareek the aur OONT me 7 Ya 10 Aadmi Shareek the.” [Sahih Ibn Hibban]

ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺃَﺣْﻤَﺪَ ﺑْﻦِ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻋَﻮْﻥٍ ﺍﻟﺮَّﻳَّﺎﻧِﻲُّ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺣُﺮَﻳْﺚٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞُ ﺑْﻦُ ﻣُﻮﺳَﻰ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻭَﺍﻗِﺪٍ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﻠْﺒَﺎﺀِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺃَﺣْﻤَﺮَ ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻋِﻜْﺮِﻣَﺔَ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﺒَّﺎﺱٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻛُﻨَّﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻓِﻲ ﺳَﻔَﺮٍ ، ﻓَﺤَﻀَﺮَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺤْﺮُ ، ﻓَﺎﺷْﺘَﺮَﻛْﻨَﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻘَﺮَﺓِ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔً ، ﻭَﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻌِﻴﺮِ ﺳَﺒْﻌَﺔً ، ﺃَﻭْ ﻋَﺸْﺮَﺓً ”

Pas ma’loom hua ke Ibn Abbas (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ki is rivaayat me Raavi SHAKK me hai ke 7 shareek the Ya 10 shareek the.

Hasan bin Ali (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) se rivaayat hai, Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: “Jo cheez Shakk me mubtala karne waali ho usey chhor kar Us Kaam ko apne liye Pasand kar lo Jo Shakk wa Shubah se baala-tar ho. Isliye ke Sachhayi Saraapa Sukoon wa Itminaan hai aur Jhoot Saraapa Shakk.” [Sunan Tirmizi]

” ﺩَﻉْ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺮِﻳﺒُﻚَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻣَﺎ ﻻَ ﻳَﺮِﻳﺒُﻚَ ﻓَﺈِﻥَّ ﺍﻟﺼِّﺪْﻕَ ﻃُﻤَﺄْﻧِﻴﻨَﺔٌ ﻭَﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟْﻜَﺬِﺏَ ﺭِﻳﺒَﺔٌ ”

Mazeid Ibn Abbas (raziallahu anhu) ki rivaayat ke khilaaf SAHIH RIVAAYAAT se Saabit hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka QAUL bhi 7 ka hai aur AMAL bhi 7 ka hai.

Aur Usool bhi Yehi hai ke, QAULI HADEES FE’LI HADEES PER HUJJAT HOTI HAI.

Pas AHNAAF ka MASLAK Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke MASLAK se RAAJEH hai. (Alhamdulillah)

Muhammad Junagarhi ne Kitaab [Hidaaya] ki Ibaarat ke Tarjuma me bhi GADBADI ki hai taa ke FIQH Ki Ibaarat bilkul HADEES ke MUKHAALIF lagey Ya’ni ke Khud se Ye Jumlah “IS SE ZYADA NAHI” izaafa kiya.

Kya Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Ahadees me KHIYANAT karne waalo’n aur Ibaarato’n me TEGREEF karne waalo’n ko AHL-E-HADEES kehte hain..?
