Firqa Jadeed (Naam Nihaad) Ahl-e-Hadees Jab Fiqh Hanafi ko Qur’an wa Hadees ke khilaaf Saabit karne me Na-Kaam rahe to phir Imaam Abu Haneefa Nu’maan bin Saabit (rahimahullah) ki Zaat ko Majrooh karne me lag gaye aur aise aise Aqwaal naqal karne lagey Jis se wo Ahl-e-Sunnat awaam ke Dilo’n se Un ka Ihtiraam nikaal dena chahte hain taa ke Log Fiqh Hanafi per amal karna Tark kar dei’n Ya phir in ko naqal kar ke wo Ahl-e-Sunnat per Saabit Qadam Logo’n ko TAKLEEF dena chahte hain…

Jab ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka Farmaan hai… “Murdo’n ko Gaali na do (Ya’ni Bura bhala na kaho) ke is se Zindo’n ko TAKLEEF pohnche.” [Jaami’ Tirmizi]

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ : ” ﻟَﺎ ﺗَﺴُﺒُّﻮﺍ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻣْﻮَﺍﺕَ ﻓَﺘُﺆْﺫُﻭﺍ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺣْﻴَﺎﺀَ ”

Agar Koi Maslihat-e-Raajiha na ho to Kaafir wa Munaafiq ko bhi Bura bhala nahi kehna chahye ke Zindo’n ko TAKLEEF ho…

Mujahid (rahimahullah) se rivaayat hai (Ek Majlis me) Aishah (raziallahu ta’ala anha) ne sawaal kiya:
“Yazeed bin Qays, Allah ki La’nat ho us per us ka Kya Haal hai.?
Logo’n ne Jawaab diya: wo to mar gaya.
Aishah (raziallahu anha) Astaghfaar parhne lagi.
To logo’n ne kaha: Abhi to Aap us per La’nat kar rahi thi aur ab Astaghfaar parh rahi hain is ka kya matlab hai.?
To Aishah (raziallahu anha) ne farmaaya ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka irshaad hai: “Murdo’n ko bura bhala mat kaho wo apne kiye ko pohanch gaye hain.” [Sahih Ibn Hibban]

ﻋَﻦْ ﻣُﺠَﺎﻫِﺪٍ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ ﻋَﺎﺋِﺸَﺔَ : ﻣَﺎ ﻓَﻌَﻞَ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﻗَﻴْﺲٍ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻟَﻌْﻨَﺔُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ؟ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ : ﻗَﺪْ ﻣَﺎﺕَ ، ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ : ﻓَﺄَﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔِﺮُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ ، ﻓَﻘَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻟَﻬَﺎ : ﻣَﺎ ﻟَﻚَ ﻟَﻌَﻨْﺘِﻴﻪِ ، ﺛُﻢّ ﻗُﻠْﺖِ : ﺃَﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔِﺮُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ ؟ ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ : ﺇِﻥَّ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻻ ﺗَﺴُﺒُّﻮﺍ ﺍﻷَﻣْﻮَﺍﺕَ ، ﻓَﺈِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﻓْﻀَﻮْﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻣَﺎ ﻗَﺪَّﻣُﻮﺍ ”

Lekin Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ka to in Ahadees se door ka bhi waasta ma’loom nahi hota aur mehaz Maslaki Ta’sub ki bina per ek aise Imaam ki Zaat ko Majrooh karne me lagey hue hain Jis ne apni Saari Zindagi Allah wa Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke Deen ki Hifaazat, Jama’ wa Tadween wa Tashreeh me guzaar di aur aise Imaam ki Jis ki Fiqh per Taqreeban aadhi Ummat-e-Muslimah amal karti hai…

Hum Ye dekhte hain ke Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees logo’n me Ye raag alaapte hain ke Hum to Imaam Abu Haneefa aur deegar A’immah (rahmatullahi alaihim) ka Adab wa Ihtiraam karte hain, Un ki Khidmaat ko Saraahte hain wagherah Lekin Tehreeri taur per Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ne Imaam Abu Haneefah (rahimahullah) per Jo Keechad uchhaala hai is se Allah ki Panah…

ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞُ ﺑْﻦُ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ﺑِﻬَﻤَﺬَﺍﻥَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ ﺑْﻦُ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻣَﺎﻫَﺎﻥَ ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﺑْﻦِ ﻋُﻴَﻴْﻨَﺔَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛْﺖُ ﺃَﺑَﺎ ﺣَﻨِﻴﻔَﺔَ ﺑِﺤَﺪِﻳﺚٍ ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻼﺓُ ﻭَﺍﻟﺴَّﻼﻡُ ، ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ : ﺑَﻞْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻫَﺬَﺍ .

(I):.. SANAD ME INQATA’:
Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke Aalim Ghair-Muqallid Zubair Ali Zai is rivaayat ke tehat likhte hain:
“Is rivaayat me WAJAH-E-ZU’AF sirf Ye hai ke Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Karaabisi ki Imaam Sufyaan bin Uyayna (rahimahullah) se mulaaqaat Ya adam mulaaqaat ki siraahat nahi mili aur na sirahtan mu’asrat saabit hai, Lihaaza is Sanad me Inqata’ Ya’ni Irsaal ka Shuba hai.” [Anwar Okarwi ke Jaayze ka Jaayza, Safha: 11]

Zubair Ali Sahab ek WAJAH-E-ZU’AF bhi rivaayat ko ZA’EEF banaane ke liye Kaafi hoti hai.

(II):.. RAAVI PER KALAAM:
Hum is rivaayat ki Doosri WAJAH-E-ZU’AF bhi bayaan kar dete hain.

Is rivaayat ke Raavi Yahya bin Abdullah bin Maahaan Al-Karaabisi ke baare me Abul Fath Azdi (rahimahullah) farmaate hain:

ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺢ ﺍﻷﺯﺩﻱ : ﻻ ﻳﺤﺘﺞ ﺑﻪ

“Is se IHTIJAAJ Nahi kiya ja sakta.” [Lisaanul Meezaan, Raqam# 8481]

(III):.. IBN UYAYNA (rahimahullah) KI TA’REEF:
Is ke bar-aks Sufyan bin Uyaynah (rahimahullah) ne Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) ki Bohat Ta’reef ki hai…

Sufyan bin Uyaynah (rahimahullah) farmaate hain: “Meri Aankho’n ne Abu Haneefah (rahimahullah) ke misl koi nahi dekha.” [Tareekh Baghdad; 15/460; Muhaqqiq Bashar Awwad ne Sahih kaha]

ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺳﻔﻴﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻴﻴﻨﺔ : ﻣﺎ ﻣﻘﻠﺖ ﻋﻴﻨﻲ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ .

Ali bin Salmah (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: Maine Sufyan bin Uyaynah (rahimahullah) ko farmaate hue suna: “Allah Ta’ala Imaam Abu Haneefah (rahimahullah) per Reham kare, Ye Un me se hain Jo Namaaz parhte hain; Mera Matlab hai ke bohat Zyadah Namaaz parhne waalo’n me se hain.” [Tareekh Baghdad 15/482; Sahih]

علي بن سلمة ، يقول : سمعت سفيان بن عيينة ، يقول : رحم الله أبا حنيفة ، كان من المصلين ، أعني : أنه كان كثير الصلاة .

Ali bin Madeeni (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: Maine Sufyan bin Uyaynah (rahimahullah) ko farmaate suna: Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) bohat Neik the, aur Wo awwal zamaane (Ya’ni chhoti Umr) se Namaaz parhte the.” [Tareekh Baghdad, 15/483]

علي بن المديني قال سمعت سفيان بن عيينة يقول كان أبو حنيفة له مروءة وله صلاة في أول زمانه .

Is ka to gumaan bhi nahi kiya ja sakta ke Sufyan bin Uyaynah (rahimahullah) jaisi Shakhsiyat aise Shakhs ki Ta’reef karei’n Jo kahe ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Hadees per peishaab kar do… (Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik)

Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) ki Qur’an wa Hadees se Muhabbat aur Un ke Usool ki Wizaahat:

Yahya bin Zureis (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya ke Main Sufyan Sauri (rahimahullah) ki Khidmat me tha ke Ek Zi-ilm Ibaadat guzaar Shakhs aaya aur Sufyan Sauri (rahimahullah) se arz kiya: Ae Abu Abdullah.! Abu Haneefah (rahimahullah) ki Kis baat
per Aap Naraaz hain.? Unhoney farmaaya: Un ki kya baat hai.? Us Buzrug ne arz kiya: Maine to Unsey Insaaf ki baat suni hai, wo keh rahe the ke, Pehle Main Allah ki Kitaab (Qur’an) ko leta hoon, Pas Is me Agar Mas’la Na mile to Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki SUNNAT ko leta hoon. Agar SUNNAT-E-NABAWI (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) me bhi Mas’la Na mile to Sahaaba-e-Kiraam (raziallahu ta’ala anhum) ke Aqwaal leta hoon, Agar wo Mukhtalif ho (Ya’ni Ikhtilaaf ki soorat me) Kisi Ek Qoul ko leta hoon albattah in ke Aqwaal se baahar nahi jaata ke in ka Qoul chhor kar kisi aur ka Qaul ikhtiyaar karoo’n aur agar in ke Aqwaal bhi nahi milte aur Mu’aamlah Ibraheem Naqa’i, Shu’ba, Ibn Sireen, Hasan Basri, Ata’ bin Abi Rabaah aur
Sayeed bin Musayyab wagherah (Taaba’een rahmatullahi alaihim) tak pohnche to Main Khud IJTIHAAD karta hoon Jaisa ke In Hazraat Taaba’een ne Ijtihaad kiya. Yahya bin Zureis (rahimahullah) ne farmaaya: Sufyan Sauri (rahimahullah) Ye sun kar bohat deir tak Khamosh ho gaye………… [Tareekh Yahya bin Ma’een (rahimahullah), Tareekh Baghdad, Tehzeebul Kamaal wagherah, Sanad Sahih]

ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ ﺑﻦ ﻣﻌﻴﻦ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ﻋﺒﻴﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻗﺮﺓ ، ﻳَﻘُﻮﻝُ : ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰ ﺑﻦ ﺿﺮﻳﺲ ، ﻳَﻘُﻮﻝُ : ﺷﻬﺪﺕ ﺳﻔﻴﺎﻥ ، ﻭﺃﺗﺎﻩ ﺭﺟﻞ ، ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ ﻟَﻪُ : ﻣﺎ ﺗﻨﻘﻢ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻭﻣﺎﻟﻪ ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺳﻤﻌﺘﻪ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ : ﺁﺧﺬ ﺑﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ، ﻓﻤﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺃﺟﺪ ﻓﺒﺴﻨﺔ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ، ﻓﻤﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺃﺟﺪ ﻓِﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﻻ ﻓِﻲ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺃﺧﺬﺕ ﺑﻘﻮﻝ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺑﻪ ، ﺁﺧﺬ ﺑﻘﻮﻝ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺌﺖ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ، ﻭﺃﺩﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺌﺖ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ، ﻭﻻ ﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻮﻟﻬﻢ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻗﻮﻝ ﻏﻴﺮﻫﻢ ، ﺃﻣﺎ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ، ﺃﻭ ﺟﺎﺀ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺇﺑﺮﺍﻫﻴﻢ ، ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﺒﻲ ، ﻭﺍﺑﻦ ﺳﻴﺮﻳﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺴﻦ ، ﻭﻋﻄﺎﺀ ، ﻭﺳﻌﻴﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻴﺐ ، ﻭﻋﺪﺩ ﺭﺟﺎﻻ ، ﻓﻘﻮﻡ ﺍﺟﺘﻬﺪﻭﺍ ، ﻓﺄﺟﺘﻬﺪ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺍﺟﺘﻬﺪﻭﺍ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻓﺴﻜﺖ ﺳﻔﻴﺎﻥ ﻃﻮﻳﻼ

Jis Imaam ne apne Masaa’il ke maakhaz ko itne waazeh taur per bayaan farma diya hai, wo Kaise Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Hadees per Peishab karne ki baat kar sakta hai…? (Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik) Balke aisi baat to Koi Bachha bhi nahi karta.

Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) se Ye Qaul peish karte hain ke, “Sahih Hadees hi Mera Mazhab hai.” aur phir Muqallideen per hujjat qaayem karne ki koshish karte hain.

Ab Ba-Qaul tumhaare Jis ka Mazhab hi SAHIH HADEES ho Kya Wo Hadees per PESHAB karne ki baat kar sakta hai…? (Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik)

Shayad Firqa Jadeed Ahl-e-Hadees ke Dilo’n me Allah Ta’ala ka Khauff baaqi nahi raha hai.

Ye baat Jaan lo ke Tumhaare Bohtaanaat se Imaam Abu Haneefa (rahimahullah) ka kuch bigadne waala nahi hai. Agar kuch nuqsaan hoga to wo tumhi ko hoga.

Allah ta’ala se dua hai ke Humei’n apne Akaabireen aur Ulema’e Kiraam ki Izzat wa Adab aur un ka difa karne ka hausla wa himmat ataa farmaaye. (Aameen)
