ZUBAIR ALI ZAI KA DEOBANDIYO PER ILZAAM (GHAIRULLAH SE MADAD MAANGNE) KA JAWAAB

:: AITRAAZ ::
Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Aalim Zubair Ali Zai Marhoom likhte hain:

Deobandiyo’n ke Peer aur Sayyadut Taa’ifah Ad-Deobandiya Hāji Imdādullah Sāhab apne ash’aar me Nabi (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ko mukhātib kar ke farmaate hain:

Ya Rasool-e-Kibriya Faryād hai, Ya Muhammad-e-Mustafa faryād hai, (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam)
Aap ki Imdād ho, Mera Ya Nabi Haal abtar hua Faryād hai. (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam)

Sakht Mushkil me phansa hoon aaj kal,
Ae Mere Mushkil Kusha Faryād hai. [Kulliyāt-e-Imdādiyah, Safha: 90-91]

Ibārat apne Maf’hoom me wāzeh hai ke Hāji Sāhab Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ko “Mushkil Kusha” kehte aur samajhte hain aur Aap ki Wafāt ke ba’d Aap ko madad ke liye Pukār rahe hain. Hāji Sāhab ka Ye Aqeedah WA IYYĀKA NASTA’EEN “Aur Ae Allah Hum tujh hi se Madad maangte hain” (Surah Fātiha: 5) ke saraasar Khilaaf hai phir bhi Ashraf Ali Thānvi Sāhab Ye farmāte hain ke: Hazrat sāhab ke wahi Aqā’id hain Jo AHL-E-HAQ ke hain. Phir likha: Bareilviyo’n per Mushrik ka fatwa lagāne wālo Kya kabhi apne Ghar ki bhi khabar li hai.?

Hāji Imdādullah Sāhab bhi Rasoolullah (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ko MUSHKIL KUSHA’ keh kar Madad ke liye pukārte hain aur AAL-E-BAREILI bhi isi Aqeedah per gāmazn hain. [Mahnāma Al-Hadees]

Janāb Zubair Ali Zai Sāhab Marhoom Doosro ko Naseehat dene ke bajāye pehle Khud apne Ghar ki Khabar le lete..

Sābiq Ameer Jami’at Ahl-e-Hadees (Pakistan) Maulāna Dāwood Ghaznavi Marhoom ke Haalaat me likha hai ke…. “1953 ki Tehreek Khatm-e-Nabuwwat me Maulāna Ghaznavi per Jab Muqaddamah chala to Adālat me Justice Muneer ne Aap se sawāl kiya ke, Kya Aap YA SHAIKH ABDUL QĀDIR JEELĀNI SHAYY’AN LILLAH Kehne waale ko MUSHRIK qarār dete hain.?
Maulāna Ghaznavi ne farmāya: Is ka Inhisaar Kehne wāle ki NIYYAT per hai, har Us Shakhs ko Jo Ye Alfāz Zubān se Nikālta hai MUSHRIK qarār nahi diya Ja sakta. Is se ma’loom hua ke Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke nazdeek NIDA’ ka Inhisār Kehne waale ke Aqeedah ki bunyād per hai.

DEOBANDIYO’N KA AQEEDAH:
Ulema’e Deoband ka Aqeedah Kya hai is ko Khud Zubair Ali Zai ne Haashya me naqal kiya hai, mulāhizah farmāyei’n…

Mufti Muhammad Haneef Khālid Deobandi Sāhab Makhlooq ke liye MUSHKIL KUSHA’ ka lafz Jāyez qarār dene ke liye likhte hain ke, “Allah Ta’ala Dunya me apne Bando’n ki mukhtalif ASBAAB ke zarye Madad karta hai. Kyonke Dunyā DARUL-ASBĀB hai. Yaha’n ASBĀB ko Ikhtiyār kiye baghair Aam taur per Koi Kaam nahi ho sakta. Ab Jis Sabab ke zarye Allah Ta’ala ne Madad ki hai Ya Koi Mushkil hal ki hai, ASL MADADGAAR AUR MUSHKIL HAL KARNE WĀLA ALLAH TA’ALA HAI MAGAR MEHAZ AALAH AUR WĀSTAH KE DARJEY ME US SABAB KO BHI MADADGAAR AUR MUSHKIL HAL KARNE WĀLA KEH DIYA JĀTA HAI. Jaisa ke Aaj kal ke Muhāwrey me bhi aisa Keh diya Jāta hai ke Fala’n Shakhs Hamāra bada Himāyati aur Madadgār hai, Fala’n Shakhs ne Hamāra Fala’n Mushkil mas’la hal karā diya hai, Yaha’n Ye kehne wāla Shakhs Yaqeeni taur per Asl aur Zaat ke eitebār se to Himāyati, Madadgār aur Mushkil hal karne wāla Allah Ta’ala ko hi samajhta hai MAGAR SIRF ASBĀB KE DARJEY ME US SHAKHS KO BHI HIMĀYATI, MADADGĀR AUR MUSHKIL HAL KARNE WĀLA KEH DETA HAI, Shari’an Is tarah kehna Koi Na-Jāyez Ya Shirk wa Kufr nahi hai balke Jāyez hai.”

Phir likha: “Bi-ainihi Yehi Aqeedah Bareilviyo’n ka hai.” [Bid’ati ke peeche Namāz Ka Hukm]

Zubair Ali Zai ke mutābiq Ma Tehat Asbāb madad maangna SHIRK hai.
Lekin Jab Munkireen-e-Hadees ne [Sahih Bukhāri] ki Hadees pesh ki ke….

Abu Hurayrah (raziallahu ta’ala anhu) se rivāyat hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmāya: “Allah Ta’ala Loot (alaihis salām) ki Maghfirat farmāye wo Ek Mazboot Rukn ki Panāh chāhte the.”

Is bunyād per Munkireen-e-Hadees ne Loot (alaihis salām) per Imām Bukhāri (rahimahullah) ke hawāle se SHIRK ki Tohmat lagāyi.

Qur’an-e-Kareem me hai ke Loot (alaihis salām) ne farmāya: “Kāsh mujh me Tumhaara Muqābla karne ki Quwwat hoti Ya Kisi Mazboot Sahāre ki Panāh le sakta.” [Surah Hood: 80]

To Janāb Zubair Ali Zai Sāhab Hazrat Loot (alaihis salām) ka difa’ Yu’n karte hain:
“………Ye Istemdād MA TEHAT UL ASBĀB hai. Sayyiduna Eisa (alaihis salām) ne farmāya tha ke: “Kaun Mera Madadgār hai Allah ki Raah me.?” [Surah Saff: 14]

MA TEHAT UL ASBĀB MADAD MAANGNA AUR EK DOOSRE KI MADAD KARNA SHIRK NAHI HOTA. SHIRK to Ye hai ke Allah Ta’ala ki SIFAAT-E-KHAASA me Kisi ko SHAREEK kiya Jāye Ya AMWAAT se MA FAUQUL ASBĀB MADAD maangi jāye. Lihāza Munkireen-e-Hadees ki taraf se Sayyiduna Loot (alaihis salām) per SHIRK KA ILZAAM BAATIL WA MARDOOD HAI. [Mahnāma Al-Hadees]

Is ko parhne ke ba’d Ye baat Waazeh ho jāti hai ke Zubair Ali Zai ne Ulema-e-Deoband ke khilaaf wahi Policy Ikhtiyār kar rakhi hai Jo Munkireen-e-Hadees ne Anbiya (alaihim assalaam) ke khilaaf Ikhtiyār kar rakhi hai.

Is se Ye baat bhi sābit ho gayi ke Jo Aqeedah Bareilviyo’n ka hai Bi-ainihi wahi Aqeedah Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ka bhi hai kyonke Zubair Ali Zai Sāhab ne Ma Tehat Asbāb madad maangne ko Bareilvi Aqeedah qarār diya hai.

AMWAAT SE MADAD MAANGNA AUR TĀWEELĀT:
Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Aalim Nawāb Siddeeq Hasan Khān Bhopali ke ek Sha’er per Gāliban Qādyaniyo’n ne Aitrāz kiya hai:

Wahābiyo’n ke Sardār Nawāb Siddeeq Hasan Khān Bhopali to Amwaat (Jo mar chuke hain) se ISTIMDĀD ke Qāyel hain. Balke Khud apne Faut-shudah Buzrugo’n se ISTIMDĀD farmaate hain, Mulaahizah ho Aap ka Kalaam Hasb-e-Zail…
Ibn Qayyim madade, Qāzi Shaukāni madade.

To Jawāb me Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Sheikhul Islām Maulāna Sanaullah Amritsari likhte hain: Nawāb Sāhab Marhoom ke mazkoorah Sha’er ka matlab Aap ki Aam Tasneefaat (Ya’ni Kitaabo’n) ki roushni me samajhna Chahye to ma’loom hoga ke is se maqsood HAQEEQATAN ISTEMDĀD nahi balke IZ’HĀR-E-MOHABBAT hai. Is Jawāb se ma’loom hua ke IZ’HĀR-E-MOHABBAT ke liye Murdah Logo’n se MADAD māngna Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke nazdeek Jāyez hai.

Mazeid Ye ke, is tarah ki Ibārat ka Maf’hoom Musannif ki doosri Ibārāt aur Tasneefaat ki roushni me samjha jāyega.

Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan ka sha’er:

“Ibn Qayyim madade (madad de) Qazi Shaukani madade (madad de).” [Nafhut Tayyib Min Zikrul Manzil, Safha: 47]

To Wakeel-e-Salfiyat Raees Nadwi is Sha’er ka Yu difa karte hain…

“Ash’aar me badi Nāzuk Khiyāli pesh karne ki Shu’ra ki Aadat hai, Yaha’n Nawāb Sāhab ki baat ka matlab Ye hai ke Ahl-e-Hadees ke sāth Ahlur raa’i Fitnah Pardaazi me masroof hai, un ke muqāble ke liye humei’n Imām Shaukani jaise Haami-e-Sunnat ki KITAABO’N ki MADAD lene ki Zaroorat pesh hai………” [Majmua Maqaalaat per Salafi Tehqeeqi Jāyezah, Safha: 868]

Mazeid Ye bhi likha hai: “…….. Aur Sha’irāna Kalām se Log wāqif hain ke is ka Zāhiri ma’na Kuch aur Haqeeqi ma’na Kuch aur hota hai….” [Majmua Maqaalaat per Salafi Tehqeeqi Jāyezah, Safha: 905-906]

Dekhye ke Kis tarah Raees Nadwi ne Amwāt se Istemdād ko Asbāb se badal dāla hai.

MAS’LA NIDĀ’E GHAIRULLAH KI HAQEEQAT:
Hāji Imdādullah Muhājir Makki (rahimahullah) MAS’LA NIDĀ’E GHAIRULLAH ka Unwaan qāyem kar ke likhte hain: “Is me Tehqeeq Ye hai ke is ke Maqāsid wa Aghrāz (aims and objectives) mukhtalif hote hain.
Kabhi mehaz Izhār-e-Shauq,
Kabhi Tahassur (sigh),
Kabhi Munādi ko sunāna,
Kabhi Us ko Payām (letter) pohnchana,
So Makhlooq-e-Ghāyab ko pukārna agar mehaz Waasta-e-Tazkirah aur Shauq-e-Wisaal aur Hasrat-e-Firāq ke hai Jaise Aashiq apne Mehboob ka naam liya karte hain aur apne Dil ko Tasalli diya karte hain is me to Koi GUNĀH nahi………….. aisi Nida’ Sahāba (raziallahu ta’ala anhum) se Ba-Kasrat rivāyāt me manqool hai.”

Mas’la ke akheer me likhte hain: “Musharrab is Faqeer ka Ye hai ke aisi NIDA’ MERA MA’MOOL NAHI, HAAN BA’Z ASH’AAR ME ZAUQ-O-SHAUQ SE SEEGHAH NIDA’ BARTA GAYA HAI.” [Mukammal Tafseel ke liye dekhye Kulliyāt-e-Imdādiyah, Safha: 83-84]

To ma’loom hua ke Maulāna  Imdādullah Muhājir Makki (rahimahullah) Makhlooq-e-Ghāyab ko pukārna mehaz ZAUQ-O-SHAUQ aur IZ’HĀR-E-MOHABBAT ki bina per Jāyez samajhte the. Un ka ISTIMDĀD HAQEEQI nahi hai.

Zubair Ali Zai ne Jis Kitāb se Aitrāz naqal kiya hai, usi me hi Aitrāz ki Haqeeqat bayān kar di gayi thi magar Zubair Ali is ko bayān kar deta to Fitnah kaise phailāta..?

Mufti Kifāyatullah Dehlvi (rahimahullah) farmaate hain: “Ya Muhammad, Ya Rasoolullah (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) kehne wāla Agar Ye samajh kar NIDA’ karta hai ke Huzoor (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) Meri Aawāz ko har waqt har Jagah se sunte hain to Ye NIDA’ NA-JĀYEZ aur Ye KHIYAAL GHALAT hai. Aur Agar is KHIYAAL se ke Mere Ye Alfāz Huzoor (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ko Farishtey pohnchā dete hain to DUROOD-O-SALAAM ke sāth Ye Khiyaal Durust hai………………. Chounke Aksar Awām is Bad-Aqeedgi me mubtala’ hain ke Huzoor (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) har jagah Hāzir wa Nāzir hain aur har jagah se Ya Muhammad, Ya, Ya Rasoolullah kehne wāle ki Aawāz sun lete hain, isliye aise Moham Alfāz ka Na Kehna aur Logo’n ko Un ke iste’māl se mana’ karna hi AHWAT (Ahtiyaat) hai.

YA AYYUHAL MUZAMMIL, YA AYYUHAN NABI JĀHADAL KUFFĀR, YA AYYUHAN NABI Jo Tashahhud me hai in se Huzoor (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) ke Hāzir wa Nāzir hone per Istedlāl karna Sahih nahi. YA AYYUHAL MUZAMMIL aur Qur’an-e-Paak ke Tamām Khitābāt HĀLAT-E-HAYĀT me nāzil hue aur ba’d Wafāt Hikāyatan parhe jāte hain kyonke Qur’an-e-Paak ka Ek-Ek Lafz aur Ek-Ek Nukhta WĀJIB UL HIFĀZAT hai. Aur TASHAHHUD ka Khitāb SALĀM ke sāth hai Jo Farishtey Huzoor (sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam) tak Pohncha dete hain. [Kifāyatul Mufti, Jild: 1/ Safha: 166-167]

Khulāsah: Ghairullah se Istimdād Ma tehat Asbāb ho to Jāyez hai aur Ma Fauqul Asbāb ho to Shirk hai. Agar Ghairullah se Nida’ Sābit Bid-Daleel Eiteqād ke sāth ho to Jāyez hai warna Mamnoo’ hai balke ba’z dafa’ Shirk tak le jāta hai lihāza Awām ko is ki Ijāzat na dene me hi Ehtiyāt hai.
