      Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ho Ya Koi aur Shaqs PAIDAISHI MUJTAHID nahi hota balke Jab ILM Hasil karta hai aur Quran wa Ahadees ka MAAHIR ho jata hai to Phir wo MUJTAHID banta hai. Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ne Ibraheem Naqai (rah.) ke Fatawat per amal kiya hai Goya ke wo Unki Taqleed karte the aur Ibraheem Naqai (rah.) ke Fatawat KITABUL AASAAR ba-rivayat Muhammad aur Abu Yusuf me milenge Jinko Imam Abu Hanifa (rah,) ne Khud rivayat kiya hai.

      Ha Jab Imam Sahab (rah.) IJTIHAD karne ke Ahal ho gaye to Unhone TAQLEED Tark kar di aur wo Khud IJTIHAD karne lage. Jaisa ke Unka ek Qoul se Sabit hai ke Taba’een ka Qoul ho to wo IJTIHAD karte hain. [Tazkiratul Nu’man tarjumah Aqoodul Jimaan Page 241]

      Neiz, aise logo’n se aap ye daryaft karlia kizye “Jab Imam Bukhari (rah.), Imam Muslim (rah.), Imam Tirmizi (rah.) wagira nahi thay aur na unki kitab thi to log kis ki aur kaunsi Hadees ki kitab ka mutala karte aur unper amal pera hote thay?”

    Imam-e-azam imam abuhaneefa r.a ke fatawa, qaul-o-fel, unke haalaat, seerat janne ke liye sahee tareen kitabo k nam bataye, jisme sahee riwat hi ho. Jhooti bate na ho jaisa k baz hasideen unke taraf mansoob karte hai.
